About: I grew up on a farm in Kansas, have a degree in Biology and have been around animals my entire life. Anyone who knows me, will attest that I pay lots of attention to their pets. I have been asked to watch houses and pets for years by family and friends who don't trust anyone else. I have kept dogs, cats, sheep, cows, ducks, fish, reptiles, spiders, insects, birds and lizards as pets. I normally work a 9-5 schedule Monday through Friday and live alone in Rose Hill, KS. Most evenings I go for a walk when it cools down because I love being outdoors. On my walks, I usually end up petting several neighborhood dogs and cats that eagerly await my attention. About: I worked at a boarding kennel for about a year (Andover boarding kennel) and since then I have been watching dogs, cats, birds etc ever since. It is a passion to work with animals and help people give their fur babies attention when their schedules don’t allow for it as often as they’d like to. I currently work for Derby Police Department and treat everyone’s fur babies as my own while they stay with me. I give my undivided attention to each and every pet as well as getting them worn out from all of the playing. If the owners will allow it, my dogs and cats are very sweet and love to play with other dogs so there are opportunities for socializing as well! You’ll always get updates through pictures during their stay with me as well as some extra spoiling. I work Monday through Friday 0800-1700, but I still ensure lots of play time and socializing happens during their stay! I also work training into their stay if there are any bad habits families would like their babies to stay away from or commands they'd like them to become more familiar with. This is done through positive reinforcement with treats and lots of praise. I have a specific room for the dogs to be crated. It’s climate controlled, a quiet location so they can feel comfortable and not at all anxious. Dogs and cats do not have access to any toxic chemicals or things that would harm them. Treats, food and toys are always approved by the owner so they know what their fur babies are ingesting and/or playing with.

About: This is the first time I have been on rover but I have pet sit for others in my past (about a year and a half ago) for over 20 dogs and I have never received a complaint. I love animals and I believe that they feel emotions to and get lonely when their family has to go places without them so I try to treat all of them with genuine care. I am currently working part time so I will have to be flexible with my schedule but I mostly work mornings (10am-2pm) other than that I am free and open to your needs I don’t have a big open house or a fenced in yard so I won’t be providing this service, thank you for understanding.

About: "I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind since I was 10. Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed and bathe their pets..i have experience with disabled animals as well. I work for the school district and home early daily. If I'm not home my mother is. We also are able to schedule around each other if needed so that somebody is always home. I'm typically outside in the backyard with the dogs working on my flower gardens, during the summer I have dog pools, play ball and just love being with my four-legged friends.

About: I fell in love with dogs at 6 years old when we adopted a Cocker Spaniel, Heidi. After graduating from KU I was finally able to adopt my own, Lola. Since our German Shepherd Kylee passed in 2020 we have especially enjoyed caring for fur babies in our home. My sons are 8 and 10 and are, of course, also huge animal lovers. I’d love to adopt again, but right now we are soaking up all the cuddles from new and returning furry friends. Caring for pups brings us so much joy. About: I’ve had a dog all growing up and want to take care of yours as if they’re my own. No matter the size, I want to be the best sitter I can be for them and for you! I’m available mornings, lunch and evenings to make sure your dog is well taken care of while you’re gone. I have lots of free time to make sure they are loved and taken care of! I’m used to making sure that your dog enjoys their walk, bathroom break or anything else while making sure they are safe from running away, other people or other dogs! You can sleep peacefully knowing they’re in good hands!
About: I have taken care of animals since I was a child. I have worked in the veterinary field for the past 3 years, and recently got a promotion to be a vet assistant at my clinic. I am a working college student who is in a veterinary nursing program. I have experience with young animals, as well as seniors. I currently work part time, though in August I will be a full time college student again. I recently got a promotion at the vet clinic I work at to become a veterinary assistant full time. But for now, I am very free! I do not offer services at my home, as I have pets myself. But I am trained in taking care of your animals to ensure that they are as stress free as possible. Having a fenced in yard would be fantastic, but if you do not have one that is fine too!
About: Our house is full of dog lovers! My husband has had pets his entire life. Our daughter's best friends are our THREE huskies. She is an aspiring Vet! Our dogs are our fur-babies. They have special places in our hearts. They are allowed on furniture and in the bed, as it should be! Have dog sit friend's dogs and they love the attention they get when staying over. We have a fenced in yard for freedom play. Your dog will get tons of attention from our family of humans and huskies! It may take a few minutes for our dogs to get a feel for each other, but they are playful and love meeting new friends!! Meet and Greet welcome before we schedule a stay, let out or walk! Our dogs get free roam of the house. They are kenneled if needed. They are usually let out after 4 hours, and at least every 4 hours there after. The dogs will always be on a leash if we go outside the house or yard. Otherwise, time will be spent in the house or in the fenced in backyard.
About: I love working with dogs and I have worked in humane society all though out my high school career. I have also always had a pet since I can remember I am a teacher, so I currently have all summer off. have a lot of time hanging out and taking your dogs out and play with your dogs! I always make sure my animals have access to water and have time to use their energy and also socialize. These are very important for the health and wellbeing of a pet.
