About: Hello pet parents! I am currently attending veterinary school at K-State, and I have worked within the veterinary medicine field for many years. My own pets are my pride and joy, but I enjoy the opportunity to meet new furry friends through Rover. In my home, I make sure that dogs are always leashed when outside of my apartment. All possible hazards to a pet are kept out of reach and pets have 24 hr access to water. At clients homes, I make sure to keep the home clean and tidy, as well as making sure that the pet is entertained and cared for at all times. Anytime, anywhere! If there is a schedule conflict, then I will be sure to let you know in advance. Apart from being a student, my schedule is open. He got treated like family at her house and when we got back home he was ready for a nap!”

About: HEY!!! NEED A LOVING CARETAKER YOU TRUST? IT'S US KAYLYN AND SETH! We have dog and cat sat multiple times in the past for family/ friends. I currently have an 18 week pup who is in training, so I'm consistently training and thoroughly enjoy it. I love playing fetch and running around with my dog. I have grown up with multiple animals in the house since I was born. I have given injections before for a diabetic cat growing up. I also had a boxer who I cared for as a senior dog, and when she had surgery I took great care of her then too. I am very familiar with giving medications. I have my husband who also loves animals and grew up with multiple dogs in his home. He's cared for his dog who was a senior including medications and diapers. My husband Seth has the patience of a saint. We moved here from Pensacola, FL back in January and our love for animals led us to this app. We watched animals back home for our friends and family as well as their friends and families. We're looking to love on as many animals as possible. I wish I could take in all the pup and cats. I work from home which means I walk my dog on every break. I also have a fenced in back yard where they can play for additional activity and easy and consistent potty breaks. I do have a cat. He will not bother the dogs, and is used to my 18 week pup bothering him. He does well with my dog and other animals as well he has never been an alone animal longer than 2 months. He has grew up around multiple dogs and cats. My husband and I also love to cuddle with any dog that's willing. Your fur babies will rarely be left alone. Either Seth or I are home day and night. I am also very tentative and am constantly watching my pets as well as yours. I am always available to take calls/texts or send pictures of your fur babies when you're missing them. I know it's hard to leave them with someone you don't know, so we can always do a meet and greet prior if wanted. We have healthy and happy animals, and will make sure yours are very well taken care of at all times. We would love to host your loving fur babies, and will make sure they're treated like our family. My husband wakes up at 6 to let the dog out. And I'm up around 7-7:30 to feed and walk my pup before work at 8:30. I can be up earlier if needed. I have time when I'm working to walks the dogs as requested. My husband is military and is off relatively early so we can adapt to any strict routines you may have. I am able to send pics throughout the day, and I am available to text back. I do work out for an hour a day, but it is usually when my husband is home. We are both off weekends and like to take my dog on walks or to the big yard on base to play fetch. I do prefer kennel trained unless the dog is very well behaved with no destructive tendencies. I have a fenced in back yard, and a dog that can help run energy out of yours. I have a decent sized house with no choking hazards available since my dog is 18 weeks (she is fully vaccinated and healthy). We make sure my pup has her toys constantly and is always in my view to watch her, and I will treat yours as my own. Treats are a must if allowed. I am very strict with routines, and I will respect all obligations needed. I do know how to do CPR and first aid for dogs, but I am not certified in that area.

About: I have grown up with animals my entire life. When I was younger, I had chickens, and my very first pet was my bunny Sid. My sister and I started a dog walking business in our neighborhood when we were very young. After moving out, I got my very first dog, Clifford ! I currently have 4 dogs and 1 cat. I’ve always loved animals, and caring for animals has been my greatest passion in life. I have worked in kennels, vet clinics, and have pet sat for others for over 5 years. I’m currently also in school to become a certified dog trainer. I strive to make animals happy as well as their owners ! I’ve cared for pets who need medications, pets who have high anxiety, puppies, seniors, and pets who just need some extra time with someone. This includes dogs and cats, and I’ve also pet sat birds, pigs, rabbits, ferrets, and guinea pigs. I love all animals ! I am currently doing this full time, so I will have lots of time with your kiddo(s). With doing this full time, this allows me to be at home and making sure everyone is happy, healthy, and safe ! I have a fenced yard with lots of space for dogs to run around. There is also a dog door, so that will allow dogs to be able to go in/out as they please. There is also plenty of gates to keep my own dogs and your dogs separate if requested. I am wanting everyone to feel safe and also have a good time. Cats will have lots of scratch posts/trees, and their own room. There is what I call a “dog stopper”, it allows the cats to go in and out of the room as they please, but keeps the dogs out. If your cat is a bit bigger, the stopper is adjustable !

About: For the last 20 years I've been deeply involved with dog rescue and fostering. I have experience with dogs of all ages and temperaments as well as dogs in need of special care. I am an animal lover through and through and I will make sure your friend(s) will get the loving care they deserve. If your pets have medications that they routinely need I have lots of experience with administering meds and dealing with other health issues. I have a relatively flexible work schedule Monday through Friday, I can do walks and play in the early afternoon most days as well as evenings. Ask me about my boarding service as well ! I currently live with three seniors and two younger pups, I live out in the country and have two homes, on one of the properties there are two fenced areas with plenty of room for zoomies. If you would like to board your friends with me, I am fine with having them out and about in the house when I'm present, but they would most likely need to be crated if left alone. Contact me with questions and I can give you more details.
“I can’t say enough wonderful things about Kayla and the incredible care she took with my dog, Pippa! From the first walk, I could see Kayla’s love for animals and her dedication to making each outing special and safe. Pippa, who can sometimes be a bit shy, immediately warmed up to her, and now I can see Pippa’s tail wagging with excitement as soon as Kayla arrives. Kayla’s communication is also top-notch; she kept me updated with photos, detailed notes, and little stories about their time together, which made me feel so much more at ease. I knew that Pippa was in trustworthy hands, getting plenty of exercise and affection. Kayla went above and beyond to understand Pippa’s quirks and preferences, making adjustments as needed to keep her comfortable and happy. If you’re looking for someone who will truly treat your dog with love and respect, Kayla is your person. I’m so grateful for the peace of mind she brings and the genuine connection she has with my fur baby. Highly recommend her services to any dog owner!”

About: I grew up around animals and learned early how to care for them with patience and love. My mom has been a pet sitter for eight years, and I’ve spent that time helping her with walks, feeding, drop-ins, and in-home care. Being around pets has always felt natural to me, and I’m comfortable caring for animals of different ages, personalities, and routines. Pet care fits easily into my routine, and my schedule is super flexible. I like hanging out with pets in their own space, keeping them company, and making sure everything feels normal and stress-free while you’re gone. When I stay in your home, I focus on keeping things normal for your pet. I handle meals, walks, and hangout time, making sure they feel comfortable, relaxed, and cared for while you’re away.
“Samantha is awesome! She walked my dog Jake for 3 days while I was out of town for a little weekend get away. She is very friendly, reliable and she sent me pictures each day of Jake on his walks. I felt very comfortable and relieved that Jake was getting some exercise and attention while I was away. I will use her services again in the future. Thank you Samantha ?”

About: I have spent my entire life around animals! As a child, I grew up on a small family farm in southeast Kansas where we raised livestock, rode horses, and loved many family pets. For 13 years, I participated in 4-H which included multiple animal projects including showing horses and training and showing dogs, among others. As an adult, I have surrounded myself with pets. Currently, we have a 3-year old Great Dane, an 8-year old Pit Bull mix that we adopted from a local rescue, and a 12-year old Snowshoe Cat. I have a lot of experience with high-need animals. In November 2023, we had to make the difficult decision to say goodbye to my dream dog, a 1.5 year old Great Dane, due to heart issues that he developed. While it was tragic, I did learn a tremendous amount and gained a ton of experience through his intensive care. I would love to share my love of animals with you and take care of your pets. Ours truly are part of our family and yours would be treated the same! I have a full time job but currently work from home so our animals are rarely alone. Working from home affords me a ton of flexibility to care for your pet when needed! We have a large, fenced in yard where I can care for your pet along with two dogs and a cat that would love to keep your pet company! I am happy to also drop in to your home if your pet is more comfortable in their own environment. This is how we provided care to our high-needs Great Dane when he was ill so I completely understand the need to keep your pet home when needed if that is where they are comfortable.
“Danielle and Joseph are so wonderful with my puppy! They always take the time to talk to my daughter and I before and after walks! Charlee loves that Danielle brings treats and I’m so happy they help with training her!”

About: Personally I have been lucky enough to have three beautiful cats for the past nine years. As a dog sitter I have enjoyed caring for every type of doggie from Yorkies, Pugs, Boston Terriers, Pit Bulls, Bull Dogs, German Shepards, and Boxers. I never met a dog I didn’t love! I have no problem administering basic medical care to animals as I also am a registered nurse for humans 😊 I enjoy caring for dogs in their home to ensure comfort and access to their care needs. I do have a 5 year old son who would occasionally be with me depending on timing of visits as he is in half day preschool. Please reach out to me if you have any questions! Other than taking my kiddo to half day preschool mid day and some therapy appts my schedule is pretty open. We should be able to work something out that works for you and your fur baby. At this time I will only be assisting in your home due to limitations in my own home with our existing animals. I will do everything to respect your space, privacy, and ensure your animals feel loved and cared for.
About: I am a college student looking for some extra income! I love all kinds of animals and have had pets my whole life. I've owned everywhere from cats and dogs to tarantulas, fish, reptiles, amphibians, rodents, various insects and arachnids, and more, so I am open to helping with any other kinds of animals you might have! I have done pet/house sitting for friends and neighbors quite a bit, so I have lots of experience! I have class and other odd jobs sporadically throughout the day, but I can regularly check in on pets and do some adjusting of my schedule as necessary. Just let me know your pet’s needs and I will see what I can do! I love to spend time with animals and I will gladly meet the needs of whatever pet I am caring for…whether that’s play-time, cuddles or just someone nearby to keep them company! I know that every pet is different and I would like to hear about your pet and do my best to meet their needs for them to be safe and comfortable!
About: Hi! My name is Bentley and I am a Pre-Vet/ Animal Science Major at Kansas State University. This means I will be doing dog sitting in your home. Some qualities that set me apart from other sitters is my level of expertise. I have had dogs and cats my whole life and have always been the one to take care of them. However, I also have spent 3 years growing my experience around animals at multiple jobs. I have worked at a doggy daycare, service dog school, and a vet clinic. All of these jobs have allowed me to learn more about the animals and how to properly take care of them regardless or age, size, or breed. I would love to spend time with your pet and give you the comfort you deserve from a pet sitter! Since I am going into my freshman year at K-State my class schedule varies. However, I will always be flexible with hours needed and what works for me. I plan on getting a part time job as well while also ensuring time for your pets! I am very flexible with how I take care of your pets depending on what they are used to with you! However, all pets will be treated with love just like they are my own!

About: Hi!! I’m Sarah Pingel, I’m 23, and I love animals!! I have a Siberian Husky/ Alaskan Malamute mix named Benny, he’s 4 years old and I love him with all my heart!! I cared for my sisters dog the first 3 years she had him while she was working long hours or on vacations. I ended up taking him to training and helping him understand it all and now he’s very trained!! There’s many more stories I could tell about the pups and kitties I’ve watched, but I’m gonna keep this short and sweet!! I can’t wait to meet your family with paws!!🐾 I work part time as a barista currently, so I’m free on weekends and then free during the week just depending on the time/day!! Message me and we can talk more about my availability, I’m normally pretty flexible!! My dog is spoiled rotten and I won’t let your furry family feel any less than that!! I will make sure your dog/cat feels safe and loved while their families are away!! I’ll make sure to give them exercise and cuddles until you’re back home with them!!

“Kohleen helped us out on short notice for a weekend when we really needed an extra set of hands! She was on time, shared multiple pictures, and Freya (dog) was very happy with her walks! Thank you!”

About: I’ve been taking care of animals my whole life and have vast experience with a wide range of breeds, sizes, temperaments, needs, and species. I am very physically active and can provide fast paced walks or runs for the more energetic dogs. I’m very intuitive with animals and am able to adjust my energy to suit their needs and requirements for a more peaceful interaction. I spent about 2 years volunteering at my local dog shelter, as the dog exerciser and obedience trainer, producing excellent results. I was a former Security Forces member in the United States Air Force- attention to detail and integrity are engrained in me. I love picking up pet care jobs on the side whenever I can. I work several part time jobs as a welder, personal trainer, and reiki practitioner. I love having a variety of jobs to do- especially when it involves animals! If I am caring for your pet(s) in your home, they will be very well taken care of. They will receive loads of love and attention and your home will also be in excellent hands. While on walks, I am very attentive and cautious of all possibilities and situations, ensuring that your pet will never get loose or harmed.

“Absolutely amazing we had a very skittish dog but she warmed up very quickly as we could see through pictures! They also definitely got a lot of play time as they were super worn out when we got home! So thankful for her watching our fur babies!”

“Alyssa is amazing!!! She kept us updated the entire week she had Walter with pictures, videos and messages! She took him on walks and game him lots of love! She’s the best (and so is Butters, her pup!)! Highly recommend!!”

“Ash was just wonderful!! She provided a “meet and greet” before the booking, was a great communicator throughout our pup’s stay and sent daily pictures. Will definitely use her again!”

“Nora was great with Boston & very flexible. I booked with not a lot of time in advance and she was flexible for me to come and do a meet & greet despite it being the week of Thanksgiving. She sent lots of pictures while we were away from our sweet boy, and we are grateful for the good care Nora & her family provided to Boston.”

“Kim was amazing! Auggie and Atlas had the best time with her! We were traveling for the holiday and had some very last minute sitter needs for our two boys and she was very accommodating! She gave us lots of updates, photos, and assured us that our pups were being loved and cared for while we were away!”

“Claire was absolutely wonderful! She was very thorough, and paid close attention to all instructions and made a point to stick to my dog’s medication routine. She communicated well throughout the stay, and clearly loves animals! My pup had an awesome time and was so comfortable during his stay. We highly recommend Jessica if you need your dog watched!”

About: Hello pet parents! I am currently attending veterinary school at K-State, and I have worked within the veterinary medicine field for many years. My own pets are my pride and joy, but I enjoy the opportunity to meet new furry friends through Rover. If you need boarding services, dog walking services, or drop-in services, then I’m confident in my ability to meet your needs. I truly love working with animals, and I look forward to all the tail wags and happy meows in my future! Besides caring for my own 1.5 year old Aussiedoodle, I also care for animals as a vet tech. My job includes everything from cleaning up messes, to administer vaccinations, to simply loving on the pets in the clinic. I have a large backyard and two dogs who would love the opportunity to meet other doggy/cat friends. My entire family adores animals, and you can be sure that I will strive to ensure the comfort and happiness of your pet.
“Krystal is a great sitter! This is the first time I used Rover and the first time my dog stayed with a non-relative. I was nervous because my dog has separation anxiety. I am nothing but pleased with the service Krystal provided. She sent cute picture updates which reassured me my dog was doing well. He got treated like family at her house and when we got back home he was ready for a nap!”

About: I've had dogs my entire life. My grandfather was a dog trainer and when I went to visit him, I helped him care for any of the dogs he had at the time. I currently have a 1.5 year old Husky German Shepherd mix. She has PRAA so I have become very comfortable with special feeding instructions as a result. I work during during the week. I am home everyday by approximately 12pm. On the weekends I am home all the time, we live a 5 minute drive or 10 minute walk from a dog park and we love going all the time. I have a large fenced in backyard. We live on a quiet street and all of our neighbors are very friendly. My dog loves sitting out in the backyard on the deck or playing fetch.
About: “With years of loving, hands-on experience caring for dogs of all breeds and sizes, I provide safe, reliable, and compassionate care that treats every pup like family.” I can do it full-time, since I work from home. I can keep an eye on the furry friends without any problems caring for them. “I provide a clean, safe, and loving environment where dogs feel at home, cared for with attention, hygiene, and compassion—because their well-being is my priority.”
“Dorian is a great sitter with excellent communication. We had in-house care and really appreciated her the time and effort with our shy cat. Thank you for the peace of mind care.”

“Jessi was amazing! She took such great care of our dog Sam. He got lots of cuddles, walks, and play time while with her, and she was very understanding and helpful with his separation anxiety. She is very knowledgeable and trustworthy, I highly recommend Jessi to care for your furry friend !”
About: I have always had pets growing up, so I learned at a young age how to care for dogs, cats, fish, and Guinea pigs. I have my own pet currently! I have a cat and her name is Willow. I take care of my cat every day, I check her food and water bowls twice a day and make time to play with her to give her a workout. I do have a cat, so if I end up taking car of your dog for the day I will most likely avoid bringing them to my home unless you tell me that they get along well with cats. I can take them for walks and to the park or for rides if they enjoy that too!
