It’s incredibly comforting to go on vacation knowing your fur babies are living their best lives—probably better than you are—getting loved, spoiled, and treated like tiny, furry royalty. Meanwhile, you’re out here hoping your hotel towels are as fluffy as your dog’s emotional support blanket. They truly are amazing… and at this point, I’m not entirely convinced my pets even miss me.”

Friends and neighbors have relied on me to walk, feed, and play with their pets in their absence. I will send updates on your pets as often as you'd like, so that you can know they are being loved and well taken care of. I currently work part-time, which leaves me plenty of time to make sure every member of your furry family is well taken care of! I am available most afternoons and the occasional morning. I am willing to travel as far as Kansas City/Overland Park, Pittsburg, and Joplin/Springfield, or basically within an hour and half for house sitting. For daily walks, we will have to agree on a price if its farther than Nevada, El Dorado Springs. I live on a few acres with cats, a dog, chickens, and ducks. I have experience with a lot of different types of animals as well including fish and smaller caged critters. I have experience working with service dogs as well. I have helped a friends family with their cattle and pigs, but am not as experienced with livestock outside chickens. About: I took Care of my own dog until he was 16 year old I've also taken care of bunnies and now I'm taking care of a puppy which I got at 8 months old i also have work between 11:00am - 4:00pm Work at 11:00 am - 4:00pm so I'll have plenty of time for taking care of pets except for Sunday I have church that I need to go to I feed my dog in the 3 times a day and take her on walks were have a fenced in yard so we have a doggy door so the can go outside on their own but I make sure they get outside at least every 2 hours if there is no door

Context: I spend the summers at home in KC, but the rest of the year live in Portugal playing professional soccer. Two years ago, our friend found three kittens on the side of the road, so my roommates and I adopted 2 Portuguese kittens, Leo and Vala (seen in my photo). At the end of my season in May, I flew home with them to give them a permanent home in Kansas at my brother's house. They now enjoy their dual citizenship and have three cat dads at home, plus their original (and I argue the favorite) cat mom who visits them every summer :) Living abroad makes it impossible to keep pets of my own and makes me truly miss having animals around, which is why I love spending my summers pet sitting!

He taught me a lot of responsibility and showed me a lot of love. A few years later my my mom added several dogs to the family - miniature Schnauzers, Standard Schnauzer, and a Beagle mix Having these animals in my life has given me great experience and also taught me unconditional love. My previous dog helped me get through the rough days when I lost my mom to cancer. I have learned to care for seniors, animals requiring medication (orally) and how to work with young animals especially puppies. In your employ my top priority will be your pets happiness. Working for you is my only employment and my focus will be on your dog or cat only. They will get my undivided attention and I hope to spoil them like crazy. Since I have dealt with several puppies I can even try to bring some training tips to your dog if needed. Personally, I do still have my pup Julius but he lives with family out in the country loving his best life in open fields He is 12 now, He is my furry angel in he was my little protector. It is so true that not all angels have wings. I would have kept him but I could not afford all of the vet bills when you take care of a pet properly, luckily I have a family member I love so much that was able to provide that. I love spoiling dogs of course with the doggy parental guidelines, this includes specific food regiments and pills. I hope that I will get to meet you and your fur babies soon! I have a very go with the flow attitude, I make any animal I care for #1. I dont work full time, so time for pet care is very important to me. Whatever routine the family has I stick to for consistency. I do have other activities I do but they are always scheduled around my work as a pet care provider. 🙂 In my home I create a safe environment. I'm very aware of other animals around to keep your dogs safety number one priority. Unfortunately in this world people at their dogs off leash and that can be a problem. I have no problem following any regimented food or medication delivered to the animals. Also if I'm in a client's home I would treat it with respect and basically make it look like nothing has changed except your dog has gotten top-notch care. If there's anything specific in the requiring overnight boarding I am more than happy to oblige with that.

About: I have lots of experience with dogs of all ages! My dog Prada is a Rottweiler mix and she is almost 8 years old. She is super calm and chill! We also have two other family dogs, Kova (6 yr old lab mix) and Crimson (8 yr old Pomsky). They keep us on our toes and have very different personalities!
