“Kathryn was terrific with communication and taking care of my boy. She asked questions to better help my little guy adjust to the new routine and made some suggestions (bring his beds) that I hadn’t even thought of. Not only will I book with this family again, I also recommend them for anyone with a balanced dog!”

“Mary is beyond incredible! You can immediately tell upon meeting her how much she loves animals and you can tell your pet will be loved like one of her own while they're staying with her! I can't thank her enough for taking such good care of Finn!”

“This was our first experience with Rover and therefore our first experience with Sam. We just have to say we could not be more pleased. We were visiting in Hutchinson, KS and our dog Elmer stayed overnight with Sam, his roommate and Trapper, a high energy, playful and very friendly dog. The two dogs meshed well wonderfully and got “lots of exercise” and play time. This was Elmer’s first night away from us as he is a recent adoptee and apparently he didn’t seem to miss us one bit. Sam was great about sending frequent updates and pictures while hosting Elmer which really helped alleviate any concerns we had. We wholeheartedly recommend Sam and would have no reservations about using his services again!”

“Jake was awesome!! Would give him 10 stars if I could. I had peace of mind while traveling knowing my four legged kids were being well cared for. When I came to pick them up they almost didn’t wanna go home with me!! Thank you Jake!!!”

“We have tried boarding our dog in a kennel before and it was obvious he did not have a good time. When we went to pick him up from Janet's, he was so happy and I could tell he had a so much fun! It was such a great experience and a relief to know our baby was safe and happy while we were away. Janet was very easy to work with and provided updates and photos for us.”

About: I’ve spent most of my life caring for animals, and it’s something I genuinely enjoy and take seriously. I’m calm, reliable, and pretty tuned in to how animals communicate what they need, especially when they’re in a new space or off their usual routine. With over 20 years of experience caring for pets of all sizes and personalities, I’m comfortable working with senior pets, administering medications (including injections when prescribed), and supporting animals who need a little extra patience. I focus on keeping things steady and low stress so pets can relax, settle in, and feel comfortable while their people are away. Pet care is built into my daily routine rather than squeezed in around other commitments. Because I work from home, I’m able to structure my day around visits, walks, and check-ins, and adjust as needed for each pet’s schedule. I’m home throughout the day and keep a steady, flexible rhythm that allows me to be present and attentive rather than rushed. Safety and comfort are always my top priorities, whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home. I’m thoughtful about supervision, separation when needed, and making sure each pet has appropriate space to rest, eat, and decompress. I follow each pet’s usual routines as closely as possible and keep environments calm and predictable. I’m careful about doors, gates, leashes, and transitions, and I check in frequently to make sure pets are comfortable and settling in well. My approach is low stress, attentive, and focused on helping pets feel secure in whatever space they’re in.
“We left Maggie with Alexis, Luke and Winston (Maggie’s new best friend) for two weeks. Alexis provided pictures and updates. I could see that Maggie was having a great time. They were flexible on the time that we could pick her up, and greeted us with smiles and a very happy dog. It was great to hear how much fun Maggie had with Winston. We will definitely use Alexis and Luke again.”

I love to play with the puppies, however, I love making sure the seniors get the cuddles and treats they desire! I have a senior in my own home and administer daily pills, multiple times per day. I also have a pitbull puppy who will run herself ragged outside while chasing balls, gardening, and just running around. She also loves hikes and walks! I run my own massage business for in home massage. I am only working three days a week for a few hours at a time. Taking care of the pets is really easy with my schedule! I can carve out as much time as they might need in my day. I aim to keep there routine as normal as possible. I am very flexible in making sure I can do that! I personally feed my own dogs two times per day (morning and night). I have crated my dogs at night for many years, but that is because they love their space. I don't mind having the animals out and about if that is what they prefer! I love to take my own animals on several walks per day, especially with apartment living! “Charlotte is amazing! She has a gift for making animals feel safe and connecting with them. We struggled to give our kitten antibiotics, and thankfully, she saved the day. Our fur babies and we look forward to having her in our home again!”

“Sent great updates, came on time and stayed the full duration, and I loved the pictures. Thankful that Sam was able to accommodate so many visits and my dog was happy and well taken care of!”

“Cadence was able to take care of my 18 year old chihuahua and get her daily medicine in her and play numerous games of fetch and keep away with my 1 year old high energy Australian shepherd mix. They were well cared happy when I got home. I will definitely be using her services again.”

“we had such a great experience! Alpha was well cared for and felt comfortable right away. I loved getting updates about his day, and it meant a lot hearing that he played a bit with Quinny since he’s not much of a player. also discussed he loves carrots! Which was a fun surprise! he was in a calm, loving environment with Gma and Gpa, and i really appreciated the attention and care he received!”

About: I’ve been caring for animals since I was young. Growing up on a farm taught me how to look after all kinds of animals, and over the years family, friends, and neighbors have trusted me to care for theirs whenever they’re away. My dogs are like kids to me, so I understand how important it is to treat someone else’s animals with the same love and attention they get at home. I’m available full‑time to care for your animals and would love to welcome them into my home! I’ll make sure they’re comfortable, safe, and well‑loved while you’re away. I have a fully fenced backyard and two small dogs who would love the company. If you prefer, I can keep them completely separated, and I’m also happy to use a crate if that’s what your dog is most comfortable with.

About: I have always had dogs in my life. Growing up, I had two chocolate labs, and I now have my own three furry friends. My boyfriend and I consider our dogs to be a part of the family and treat them as such! They go everywhere we do, and we love taking them on new adventures! I work in the healthcare field, and my sister is an animal control officer so I have lots of knowledge when it comes to caring for your furry ones!! I work full time on night as a RN, but my boyfriend is home during that time! Someone will always be around with the pups:) I have a nice open home and a big fenced in backyard! There are dog beds in almost every room of the house. When I am home, the dogs get outside time about every two hours or whenever they tell me they need to go outside. If I am not home, they get let out about every four hours. There is no lack of love in our home and attention is constant for the pups.

About: I've been taking care of pets for family, friends, and neighbors for years. I grew up around dogs and have yet to meet one that doesn't like me. Through the years, I've taken care of all types of dogs and cats; from young, crazy pups to old, sick dogs and from ornery mostly outdoor cats to snuggly kitties that want to use me as a bed. My other job is remote, so my schedule is very flexible for whatever your pet may need. Weekends or weekdays doesn't make much of a difference. I'm also a morning person, so early morning walks, feedings, etc are perfectly fine! For boarding, I have one pet friendly roommate and dog. The dog is so cat friendly that she annoys some cats by trying to convince them to play. My yard is fenced, but there is currently a damaged section that has been covered with temporary plastic fencing. The damage will be repaired soon and until then, I don't let anyone out there without supervision. For house sitting or drop-ins, I treat your pets the way I would want mine treated. I also try to match any routines your pet might be used to, if it's eating at a certain time or always being let out at a certain time, just let me know and I'll make sure to keep things as familiar as possible for your furry friends.

About: I grew up with large and small dogs and cats. Around 5 years ago I learned to care for an elderly mostly blind, and def dog who had seizures up until she passed. I am fairly strong so if needed I can carry animals up and down stares or just in general if needed. I work great with elderly dogs especially ones who need extra care. I do have experience administering medication orally if needed and I am very patient. Wile I’m great with older dogs I also grew up with puppies because one of our other dogs had multiple litters and we cared for them. I do online schooling and have a class every Saturday from 1 to 5. I also work a few days a week from around 4 to 10pm. In my opinion you know what’s best for your dog so I will always follow your rules. I strongly believe in following what rules you have in place but at the same time if something happens I’m not afraid to reach out to you

“Janet was amazing with Rue and had the perfect combo of fun and cuddles! She was so flexible with some last minute changes and sent some adorable pics of Rue playing with her dog Cash:) Would definitely recommend her to anyone and I’m sure Rue would love to have another visit!”

About: Me and dogs get eachother. I’ve worked at a human society for 3 years. I have 2 dogs and every dog I come in contact with loves me. It fits in more than taking care of myself. Dogs should be treated better than any human being. Dogs are perfect and deserve the world. Like they are little humans. Take care of them until you can tell that they are comfortable or relaxed and then pet them more to make sure them feel loved.
