“This was our first experience with Rover and therefore our first experience with Sam. We just have to say we could not be more pleased. We were visiting in Hutchinson, KS and our dog Elmer stayed overnight with Sam, his roommate and Trapper, a high energy, playful and very friendly dog. The two dogs meshed well wonderfully and got “lots of exercise” and play time. This was Elmer’s first night away from us as he is a recent adoptee and apparently he didn’t seem to miss us one bit. Sam was great about sending frequent updates and pictures while hosting Elmer which really helped alleviate any concerns we had. I will make sure your fur-baby receives the best care!! I work full-time M-F (normal day-time hours) but can work from home whenever I want. I live close to work and, therefore, can drive home for check-ins/walks if I do need to be at my office. I have a lot of availability and flexibility on weekends. I have a small, fenced yard in a quiet, safe neighborhood. It's extra secure because my small dog would, otherwise, be able to sneak out of it. It's also partially shaded, but they would not need to be outside unless they preferred to be!

About: I've been a volunteer at Caring Hands Humane Society for 4+ years, and in January of 2022 I raised a litter of 6 Pomsky puppies! I have a 4+ year old orange Siberian Husky, and I've grown up with a couple family dogs, so I've always been around animals and want to pursue an animal related career! I love to play with the puppies, however, I love making sure the seniors get the cuddles and treats they desire! I have a senior in my own home and administer daily pills, multiple times per day. I also have a pitbull puppy who will run herself ragged outside while chasing balls, gardening, and just running around. She also loves hikes and walks! I run my own massage business for in home massage. I am only working three days a week for a few hours at a time. Taking care of the pets is really easy with my schedule! I can carve out as much time as they might need in my day. I aim to keep there routine as normal as possible. I am very flexible in making sure I can do that! I personally feed my own dogs two times per day (morning and night). I have crated my dogs at night for many years, but that is because they love their space. About: I lost my girl in late 2024. Pet sitting for others has really helped my heart to heal. I have always had a dog in my life but I am not yet ready to commit to my next soulmate. I work from home full-time and miss having a shadow with me. Comfortable with meds and needles, as needed. Comfortable with elderly dogs. I work full time from home, so rarely would your pet be alone. I treat your dog like I treated my own. If I run an errand, your dog runs an errand with me (as long as you approve). We might take a walk, we might Netflix and chill, we might swim in the summer, it just depends what your dog “tells” me they wanna do! We have two guinea pigs (who can be separated from other animals if needed). It’s just my husband and I and our teen daughter, who is generally the one our guest dogs sleep with! Fully fenced yard available to use with few steps. Upstairs and downstairs of house but not required to go downstairs if they don’t want to. Crate available, if they are trained or need it. I rarely see the need to use it but require crate trained dogs in case I need it. Common reasons would be during grocery delivery (to prevent escapes while door maybe open), unexpected visitors (if your dog would be uncomfortable, etc.), and such.

I would sometimes bring them over to my neighbors for play dates, I could teach them tricks and play with them all day. My yard is fenced, but there is currently a damaged section that has been covered with temporary plastic fencing. The damage will be repaired soon and until then, I don't let anyone out there without supervision. For house sitting or drop-ins, I treat your pets the way I would want mine treated. I also try to match any routines your pet might be used to, if it's eating at a certain time or always being let out at a certain time, just let me know and I'll make sure to keep things as familiar as possible for your furry friends.

About: I have done rescue work for dogs. I actually have two dogs of my own one. I saved from the Humane Society and one I saved for a rescue who is going to be put to sleep for no reason. I am currently not working so I would be home all of the time with them. They would get all the attention in the world. We have a a fenced in backyard that they would be able to run around in and the cats would be kept inside and fed. What food daily if you please. I have a fenced yard, one mini dachshund who loves to play and relax, and I allow dogs on the furniture. My dog and I go on frequent walks, depending on the weather, if backyard play isn't enough for your dog.
About: Hello! My name is Erin ODonnell and I am a 22 year old college student at Wichita State University. I am currently going into my last semester and am a nanny to an 2 year old girl twice a week. I am looking to make some extra money because I have plenty of free time around my classes, school work, and my nanny job. I currently have a very flexible schedule and am able to make time when needed! I have several available time slots in my day to tend to new responsibilities as needed. I have two dogs, a Great Pyrenees and an Australian Shepherd. Both are very high energy as they are still pretty young. I’ve taught them everything they know from sitting and shaking to walking good on a leash and catching a ball in the air and doing fun tricks. I’ve taught both animals to be gentle and loving to all living things from children to other animals. I have also always had cats throughout my life, and can give them lots of needed attention.
About: I’ve been a pet owner my entire life. My sweet Charlie crossed the rainbow bridge in 2025, but when he was here he loved being a pal to all doggos and kiggies. Honoring his memory, I will care for your sweet critter with the same love and attention I have always shown to all creatures. I have one cat, who is aloof, but peaceful. Fenced yard, kiddie pool in the summer, and I am totally okay if your baby needs to dig a hole in the yard. This is a safe space for critters to be their authentic selves. I’m work during the week, so I am only available Friday after 5pm through Sunday at 9pm. I don’t go out on the weekends, so I’m totally dialed in to seeing to your pet’s needs for pottying, walkies, snuggles, and anything else that helps them cope with having their human be absent for brief times. I have a large fenced yard. The grass is soft, but I’m okay with them getting a lil diggy time in if needed. The neighborhood is safe and there is a beautiful park nearby for walkies. I also have a pet stroller if your furry fren needs the accommodation.
About: Experienced Pet Caretaker: From Puppies' Playtime to Senior Pill Prowess! I have cared for many puppies, as well as our Seniors. I love to play with the puppies, however, I love making sure the seniors get the cuddles and treats they desire! I have a senior in my own home and administer daily pills, multiple times per day. I also have a pitbull puppy who will run herself ragged outside while chasing balls, gardening, and just running around. She also loves hikes and walks! I run my own massage business for in home massage. I am only working three days a week for a few hours at a time. Taking care of the pets is really easy with my schedule! I can carve out as much time as they might need in my day. I aim to keep there routine as normal as possible. I am very flexible in making sure I can do that! I personally feed my own dogs two times per day (morning and night). I have crated my dogs at night for many years, but that is because they love their space. I don't mind having the animals out and about if that is what they prefer! I love to take my own animals on several walks per day, especially with apartment living! We can do anything from short walks to long hikes. I also have had to give my own dogs medications and am no stranger to senior care.
