“This was our first experience with Rover and therefore our first experience with Sam. We just have to say we could not be more pleased. We were visiting in Hutchinson, KS and our dog Elmer stayed overnight with Sam, his roommate and Trapper, a high energy, playful and very friendly dog. The two dogs meshed well wonderfully and got “lots of exercise” and play time. This was Elmer’s first night away from us as he is a recent adoptee and apparently he didn’t seem to miss us one bit. Sam was great about sending frequent updates and pictures while hosting Elmer which really helped alleviate any concerns we had. I would sometimes bring them over to my neighbors for play dates, I could teach them tricks and play with them all day. I approach care with a proactive approach, rather than reactive. This means I always keep a close eye on individual pet behavior as subtle cues can indicate how a pet is feeling at a given moment. Many pet owners miss out on these cues, especially if they aren't trained to look for them. Overall, this means I try my best to create a safe environment for and trusting bond with any animal I work with via positive reinforcement and never push past an individual's limits.

About: I have taken care of pets since I can remember and love getting to know new animals personalities and playing with them. I have plenty of time to devote to your fur babies. I do mostly gig work and am home and available for most of the day. I am available to take care of pets all day almost everyday and enjoy taking care of and meeting new pets. I have a fenced yard and an unbusy street to allow your sweet baby all sorts of walks and playtime outside. I have plenty of experience with administering dogs medicine and crating them, if needed.
About: I've been taking care of pets for family, friends, and neighbors for years. I grew up around dogs and have yet to meet one that doesn't like me. Through the years, I've taken care of all types of dogs and cats; from young, crazy pups to old, sick dogs and from ornery mostly outdoor cats to snuggly kitties that want to use me as a bed. My other job is remote, so my schedule is very flexible for whatever your pet may need. Weekends or weekdays doesn't make much of a difference. I'm also a morning person, so early morning walks, feedings, etc are perfectly fine! For boarding, I have one pet friendly roommate and dog. The dog is so cat friendly that she annoys some cats by trying to convince them to play. My yard is fenced, but there is currently a damaged section that has been covered with temporary plastic fencing. The damage will be repaired soon and until then, I don't let anyone out there without supervision. For house sitting or drop-ins, I treat your pets the way I would want mine treated. I also try to match any routines your pet might be used to, if it's eating at a certain time or always being let out at a certain time, just let me know and I'll make sure to keep things as familiar as possible for your furry friends.

About: I have done rescue work for dogs. I actually have two dogs of my own one. I saved from the Humane Society and one I saved for a rescue who is going to be put to sleep for no reason. I am currently not working so I would be home all of the time with them. They would get all the attention in the world. We have a a fenced in backyard that they would be able to run around in and the cats would be kept inside and fed. What food daily if you please. “This was our first experience with Rover and therefore our first experience with Sam. We just have to say we could not be more pleased. We were visiting in Hutchinson, KS and our dog Elmer stayed overnight with Sam, his roommate and Trapper, a high energy, playful and very friendly dog. The two dogs meshed well wonderfully and got “lots of exercise” and play time. This was Elmer’s first night away from us as he is a recent adoptee and apparently he didn’t seem to miss us one bit. Sam was great about sending frequent updates and pictures while hosting Elmer which really helped alleviate any concerns we had. About: I’ve taken care of my family and friends fur babies for a while, i’ve also baby sat kids as well as house sit and took care of animals while doing so! My goal is to make sure your fur-babies are happy, healthy and well taken care of while you’re at work or out of town! whatever the case may be I just want to make sure they’re loved! Due to not being able to have kids my pets are like kids to me and I treat everyone’s ’kids’ the same way i do mine, with lots of love!! I’ve done a lot of rescue work in the past with animals aswell as fostered several dogs! I also run my own business making dog and cat bandanas were i donate 10% of all profits to a pet rescue organization 🤎 I’m currently a stay at home dog mom, making taking care of everyone else’s pets extremely easy and very doable! I’m extremely flexible with my time and want to make sure your pets are well taken care of! I care for pets in my home or outside of my home the same way i do mine! Lots of love is given if they allow it, frequent updates will be given even if not asked. I want to make sure everyone can see how their fur-babies are doing and receive as many updates as possible as if it were me this is what i would want! I also do pet photography on the side and will get atleast 1-2 professional photos from my camera to give you during the stay - this is on top of the many photos i’ll send from my phone!

About: I grew up with dogs and have owned dogs most of my life (variety of breeds). I currently have a mini-Pomeranian and a Golden Retriever, who love making new friends! I've helped family and friends with pets over the years, and I also volunteered at a mill-dog rescue when I lived in Colorado - giving meds, cleaning, and socializing. I will make sure your fur-baby receives the best care!! I work full-time M-F (normal day-time hours) but can work from home whenever I want. I live close to work and, therefore, can drive home for check-ins/walks if I do need to be at my office. I have a lot of availability and flexibility on weekends. I have a small, fenced yard in a quiet, safe neighborhood. It's extra secure because my small dog would, otherwise, be able to sneak out of it. It's also partially shaded, but they would not need to be outside unless they preferred to be!
