“Sasha was amazing! I needed a sitter due to a medical emergency, there were so many things at play to where I was out of town when our dog was ready to be picked up. My dad who was just recovering from surgery was not as fast he usually was post surgery. We had to coordinate and navigate a lot considering this was also our first time using Rover. Sasha was patient in navigating the frustrations with pick up. She was very hands on with our dog and communicated with us as we navigated his needs and this app for the first time. About: I’ve been taking care of pets ever since I was a young girl. My parents would often foster kittens to which I would help and learn. When I was 11 and moved to Florida, I started to connect with my neighbors and created relationships where they trusted me enough to care for their pets and stay in their home. With experience in both dog and cat care, elderly and young, I’ve learned how to give medicine, understand what they need, and how to love them unconditionally. As a mom of two cat babes, I understand the need for a loving presence when you cannot be there for your own animals and would love to be able to be that for anyone else. Currently I work part-time with time to spare at home for pet care. I already spend many hours at home with my own fur babies, so I wouldn’t mind at all splitting that time with others staying in the house! Saturdays I work an 8 hour shift, but any other day is wide open. I have two cats in my home, and they have free roam of the house. I am not one to restrict where pets can and cannot go since this is their first time living as well and are curious creatures. If I have a dog with me, then I try to be where they are, providing supervision and company.

About: Ever since I was a little girl, I've taken care of all manner of pets. From cats and dogs, all the way down to small critters. I do vest with dogs, but no critter is too much work for me. About: I’ve had a dog most of my life, but I’ve owned Cavaliers for 15 years. I’ve cared for multiple dogs (and cats) at one time. I prefer to care for dogs in your home. I can also care for fish, chickens and do general housekeeping. I reside in El Dorado, but for the last year, I have been substitute teaching in the Wichita metro area. Therefore, I do have some flexibility in my schedule at this point. I’m able to do potty runs during the day provided the distance allows it. I prefer to care for pets in my client’s home so that the dogs are used to their normal environment and routine. If needed, I can care for a single small-medium sized dog in my home, although the dog must be comfortable being on a leash as I do not have a fenced yard. Also, I am not a smoker or drinker.

About: I lost my girl in late 2024. Pet sitting for others has really helped my heart to heal. I have always had a dog in my life but I am not yet ready to commit to my next soulmate. I work from home full-time and miss having a shadow with me. Comfortable with meds and needles, as needed. Comfortable with elderly dogs. I work full time from home, so rarely would your pet be alone. I treat your dog like I treated my own. If I run an errand, your dog runs an errand with me (as long as you approve). We might take a walk, we might Netflix and chill, we might swim in the summer, it just depends what your dog “tells” me they wanna do! We have two guinea pigs (who can be separated from other animals if needed). It’s just my husband and I and our teen daughter, who is generally the one our guest dogs sleep with! Fully fenced yard available to use with few steps. Upstairs and downstairs of house but not required to go downstairs if they don’t want to. Crate available, if they are trained or need it. I rarely see the need to use it but require crate trained dogs in case I need it. Common reasons would be during grocery delivery (to prevent escapes while door maybe open), unexpected visitors (if your dog would be uncomfortable, etc.), and such.
“Veronica provides a safe, cosy place for dogs to stay when they can’t go with their owner, and my dog Bear was treated like family. Bear is almost 14 years old and not interested in playing, but he got along well with Veronica’s gentle dog, who Veronica carefully introduced to him. He likes to be with people, and he was so comfortable with Veronica that he relaxed at my feet when she and I chatted, instead of pulling me out the door. Veronica was very careful to help Bear negotiate around her house, as he doesn’t see well, and she was clever in making sure he could safely go out. Bear says he would go back anytime and I can heartily recommend Veronica to care for beloved pets.”

About: I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember. Back in 2014, I had two ferrets, and they were such a joy—full of energy and personality! Since 2019, I’ve had my long-haired Dachshund, Chestnut, who’s been my constant companion. Taking care of him has taught me a lot about the needs of small dogs, from grooming to keeping up with their energy. I’ve also helped out friends by pet-sitting over the years. I watched a cat for a friend for several months, making sure they were fed, played with, and given plenty of attention. I’ve also dog-sitted, with the longest stay being a full month. On my workdays, I'm able to leave during lunch to provide dogs with potty breaks. There is a dog park within walking distance of my apartment that I bring my dogs to every morning and evening. I do also have a dog potty set up inside my apartment just in case a dog can't wait for me to get home. I provide this because I personally wouldn't make myself hold it, so I would never force a dog to do the same. I provide a very safe, relaxing environment where your dog will be treated like family. I approach care with a proactive approach, rather than reactive. This means I always keep a close eye on individual pet behavior as subtle cues can indicate how a pet is feeling at a given moment. Many pet owners miss out on these cues, especially if they aren't trained to look for them. Overall, this means I try my best to create a safe environment for and trusting bond with any animal I work with via positive reinforcement and never push past an individual's limits.

About: I have done rescue work for dogs. I actually have two dogs of my own one. I saved from the Humane Society and one I saved for a rescue who is going to be put to sleep for no reason. I am currently not working so I would be home all of the time with them. They would get all the attention in the world. About: I have done rescue work for dogs. I actually have two dogs of my own one. I saved from the Humane Society and one I saved for a rescue who is going to be put to sleep for no reason. I am currently not working so I would be home all of the time with them. They would get all the attention in the world. We have a a fenced in backyard that they would be able to run around in and the cats would be kept inside and fed. What food daily if you please. I have a fenced in backyard and two very very friendly dogs who love new friends. Your dog would be very loved and taken care of. I also have four cats who love to have new friends in they would be very loved and taken care of and would not be let outside at all

“Sasha was amazing! I needed a sitter due to a medical emergency, there were so many things at play to where I was out of town when our dog was ready to be picked up. My dad who was just recovering from surgery was not as fast he usually was post surgery. We had to coordinate and navigate a lot considering this was also our first time using Rover. Sasha was patient in navigating the frustrations with pick up. She was very hands on with our dog and communicated with us as we navigated his needs and this app for the first time. About: I’ve been taking care of pets ever since I was a young girl. My parents would often foster kittens to which I would help and learn. When I was 11 and moved to Florida, I started to connect with my neighbors and created relationships where they trusted me enough to care for their pets and stay in their home. With experience in both dog and cat care, elderly and young, I’ve learned how to give medicine, understand what they need, and how to love them unconditionally. As a mom of two cat babes, I understand the need for a loving presence when you cannot be there for your own animals and would love to be able to be that for anyone else. Currently I work part-time with time to spare at home for pet care. I already spend many hours at home with my own fur babies, so I wouldn’t mind at all splitting that time with others staying in the house! Saturdays I work an 8 hour shift, but any other day is wide open. I have two cats in my home, and they have free roam of the house. I am not one to restrict where pets can and cannot go since this is their first time living as well and are curious creatures. If I have a dog with me, then I try to be where they are, providing supervision and company.

About: I’ve been a pet owner my entire life. My sweet Charlie crossed the rainbow bridge in 2025, but when he was here he loved being a pal to all doggos and kiggies. Honoring his memory, I will care for your sweet critter with the same love and attention I have always shown to all creatures. I have one cat, who is aloof, but peaceful. Fenced yard, kiddie pool in the summer, and I am totally okay if your baby needs to dig a hole in the yard. This is a safe space for critters to be their authentic selves. I’m work during the week, so I am only available Friday after 5pm through Sunday at 9pm. I don’t go out on the weekends, so I’m totally dialed in to seeing to your pet’s needs for pottying, walkies, snuggles, and anything else that helps them cope with having their human be absent for brief times. I have a large fenced yard. The grass is soft, but I’m okay with them getting a lil diggy time in if needed. The neighborhood is safe and there is a beautiful park nearby for walkies. I also have a pet stroller if your furry fren needs the accommodation.
About: Hello! My name is Erin and I am a 23 year old here in Wichita. I have been around all sorts of animals my whole life! My family has had several dogs and cats and I have always been the one to care for them! Whether they are puppies/kittens who need trained or older dogs/cats who need cared for I have done it and love doing it! I currently have a very flexible schedule and am able to make time when needed! I have several available time slots in my day to tend to new responsibilities as needed. I have two dogs, a Great Pyrenees and an Australian Shepherd. Both are very high energy as they are still pretty young. I’ve taught them everything they know from sitting and shaking to walking good on a leash and catching a ball in the air and doing fun tricks. I’ve taught both animals to be gentle and loving to all living things from children to other animals. I have also always had cats throughout my life, and can give them lots of needed attention.
About: I’ve grown up with and taken care of dogs of all kinds! Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed, play and check up on their pets! I’m currently in school studying, which gives me a very flexible daytime schedule.
