I am majoring in elementary education at Butler with almost all of my classes being online, so I have plenty of time to devote to helping other people with their furry friends :) I’ve been dog sitting family and friends’ dogs for years (now been on Rover about 2 years) and I have two of my own. (both friendly) The dog sitting jobs I have done have included 24 hour care and dosing of medications where needed. I can take up to 2 dogs at night, and 3 during the day. About: I’ve taken care of dogs ever since I was 5 when I fully trained my Cocker Spaniel dog. I potty trained her and taught her to climb stairs when she was only a puppy. After that I learned tricks and educated myself how to feed them correctly. My family and friends trust me their fur babies to bath them and walk them when they don’t have the time. I also clip the nails and play the groomer with small and medium dogs. I enjoy playing with them but I also practice discipline with dogs. I am a freelancer working from home which means I always going to have time to play with your pups! For boarding I am available all week whenever you need. If my availability ever changes you will be notified. I live in an apartment with a green area where dogs can play. I will be moving to base housing soon so they will count with a big yard to run and play. I have a whiny dog to keep your dog company. They are free to spend time on furniture and beds.

About: I'm a stay at home mom with plenty of time on my hands, and I like to keep busy. I love to get out of the house and take long walks. I have a nice big fenced yard and a spacious house. I love dog kisses and cuddles. I'm also a cat person and I know it's hard to find lodging for them when you go out of town. All pets deserve exercise and attention and I understand you have to work so let me take on some of the responsibilities. I'm excited to spend time with lovable animals, play fetch, brush coats and give lots of pets. I wake up early with my son before I see him off to school, so pets get breakfast around 8am. I make sure to give attention to all my animals as well as playtime as needed. Frequent potty breaks are provided and usually include short games of fetch or chase. Around 3pm when my son gets home from school we like to take a walk around the neighborhood for a little enrichment. In the evening pets are fed again around 6pm. I usually give a good brush to everyone and make sure to give thorough pets and a few treats before bedtime. I have a fenced yard without any holes to escape. I have a playful puppy to keep your fur babies company. When new animals I arrive I have a spare room set up as a safe place for them. We make sure to introduce them slowly and safely so everyone is comfortable. My puppy sleeps in her crate most nights, your dogs have the option to sleep with me or in a crate depending on your preference. My cats have a sunroom to escape to if our company is too overwhelming. Meaning everyone can have their own space without feeling threatened. About: Trained in dog walking and grooming. Recently moved to back to KS and looking to find pet friends. Also an RN by trade, looking to be more involved in the animal world. Currently, unemployed due to just moving here. I am an RN, but looking to transfer over the to the animal world. I also do yoga! Yard is not fenced, but I live in a gated community. All walks would be on leash by my apartment. I will happily take dogs to a dog park or park to play. Lots of walks!

About: Hi there! :) My name is Ashley! I have a love and passion for working and caring with animals, especially dogs, and people! A little about me: I am 26. I have two awesome little ones, as well as four furry ones. Our furry kiddos are our two German Shepherds, Riley and Atlas, and our two cats Artemis and Merlin. I have owned and worked with animals since I was a little girl. I was always bringing home animals that I found, wanting to help them find their homes or seeing if we could be their new one. When I was 11, I started babysitting the neighbors and family friends kids and pets. My first dog was named after one of my toy horses as a little girl, named Sand Dune. He was a Labrador and Collie mix. He helped further my love of working with animals and people. My relationship with him was one of the first things that helped steer me towards a career path of veterinary medicine/working extensively with animals. As he got older, he became very sick and we soon learned that he had cancer. I saw how the people in the veterinary field helped him, helped us, what they did and how they did it, all really struck a cord within me. Not long after I changed my school path from human nursing to animal nursing. I started school at PIMA Medical Institute in Colorado Springs, CO. in January 2014. I finished the program in December 2014 with a 3.8 GPA. When I finished school I went to work at an animal hospital in Colorado Springs. Currently I work at home as a Health and Fitness Coach, as well as my work through Rover. In my spare time I love to spend time with my family. We love to do anything outdoors. Regular hikes and trail walks with the kiddos (all 4 of them) are one of our "must-do's"! Indoors we are big PC gamers, and run a D&D campaign at our house on the weekend! I am an artist, and an avid book reader as well. What I Offer: With my schooling, training, and accumulated experience, I'm able to handle various needs that your animal friends may have. If your pup has has any special needs that he/she needs to have met, you can be rest assured that they will be taken care of. I'm able to administer medicine both orally and injected. I understand the necessity and importance for medicine to be administered on time and correctly. I am familiar with specific diets (allergy diets, the RAW diet). I am trained in Animal CPR. I am very flexible with hours, and am available both during the day and at night. When we talk about me coming to visit, we will talk about the needs of your pup , expectations, any questions that you may have to make sure that you are more than comfortable. I have a smart phone, and can be reached at any time. I am more than happy to provide pictures and/or videos, as well as updates, while I am there visiting! About: I’ve taken care of dogs ever since I was 5 when I fully trained my Cocker Spaniel dog. I potty trained her and taught her to climb stairs when she was only a puppy. After that I learned tricks and educated myself how to feed them correctly. My family and friends trust me their fur babies to bath them and walk them when they don’t have the time. I also clip the nails and play the groomer with small and medium dogs. I enjoy playing with them but I also practice discipline with dogs. I am a freelancer working from home which means I always going to have time to play with your pups! For boarding I am available all week whenever you need. If my availability ever changes you will be notified. I live in an apartment with a green area where dogs can play. I will be moving to base housing soon so they will count with a big yard to run and play. I have a whiny dog to keep your dog company. They are free to spend time on furniture and beds.
About: I have proficient experience with cats and delivering baby kittens. I also love dogs and willing to walk and love them! My animals are attention hogs so you can bet your pets will be given all the attention they desire!! I work part time days so I’m able to help out in the evenings. I typically work Monday thru Friday. My pets have adapted well to being home more at night than day time I have 2 cats that love to play! I have a cat tree and plenty of cat toys! I do not have a fenced yard but I do love working with dogs. I don’t have training experience but love to run and play with them. My kids would also help out playing with them as well!
About: I love all animals dearly. I have experience in raising dogs from puppies to adults. I believe animals should be loved and treated with respect. That's exactly how I will treat your pet. They will be allowed outside to go to the bathroom at least once every hour to ensure they don't go to the bathroom in the house. If the yard is not fenced, I will take them on multiple micro-walks throughout the day.(I usually walk about a half a mile and then head back but I do this once every hour.) and last but not least, I will make sure your pet has sufficient food and water. I understand it can be scary to trust a stranger with your pets that you love so dearly. I can promise you that with me, your pets are in good, caring hands.

About: From the time I was a little girl growing up in the country, pets and especially dogs have been a part of my life. I’m finally to a point in my life I can expand the love I have for pets and help others at the same time. What a great combo. I have one lab in my home that has my heart and love when other “friends” come over to play. I also understand the anxiety that goes with leaving a pet. Snapping pics and a text can help ease those feelings. And don’t worry, there’s an extra bed for naps and night time if your baby is used to sleeping with someone. The backyard is fenced and a dog door in place. I’ve also had experience with administering medications. I’m newly retired and also have a side gig baking business so I have spare time and availability. My lab is your classic laid back, loves everyone dog. New friends welcome! I have a fenced in yard with a dog door and willing to train if needed. They catch on so quick! My pets are like my kids, they get attention annd we play during the day and then at night, they can sleep where they want. We are still working on training for some fun tricks too. Most of all, make lots of time for pets, belly rubs and talking to each other.
