About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I grew up caring for dogs, cats, horses, goats, chickens, and turkeys, which gave me hands-on experience with animals of all kinds from a young age. Over the years, I’ve cared for dogs for family, friends, and neighbors, gaining experience with everything from puppy potty and crate training to feeding, walking, bathing, administering basic care, and providing lots of love and attention. About: Dogs and cats have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, since I was a very young kid. I have also grown up around fish, birds, gerbils, and Guinea pigs. I worked in a vet clinic for several years during high school and college, so giving medications orally or injection is no problem. I also bottle raised 3 kittens when I was 11 years old and another one when I was working at the vet until it was old enough to be adopted! I currently have two dogs of my own, and a rambunctious kitten. I do have a full time job so my availability is mostly limited to my days off on the weekends. About: I’ve been taking care of pets and owning dogs (& cats) since I was 15 . I also took dog training classes in Germany . Over the past years I’ve watched friends and coworkers puppies , family and friends cats and did take in some dogs from military friends for vacation ! Our dogs are super friendly with all other pets ! Cats as well as dogs - all sizes! ( they love smaller dogs as a matter of fact!) Currently I’m a stay at home mom with a 13 month old baby! I offer mostly going for walks for busy dog parents during the day (: If you request boarding: We prefer meeting up with the dogs once or twice before taking them in , to make sure they get along. About: I’ve always had dogs growing up, from beagles to Akita’s, shitzus to lab/Great Dane mixes. We have a Morkie and a Pit/Weimaraner mix who love having doggy play dates! I work remotely, so your pup can lounge with me in my office on the guest bed or dog beds, or can hang out outside in the large fenced in yard. I live in a home with a large fenced in yard, so they have the option to hang out inside or out throughout the day. My bigger dog really enjoys being outside and my smaller likes to be near me all the time so only likes to go out for potty breaks during the day.

All guests will meet Gracie, our very friendly service-dog-in-training, who loves to make new friends! Every dog I've owned, I've done at least basic household obedience training with. I'm self-employed, work from home, and have a very flexible schedule. Please check the calendar for blocked dates. Gracie and I typically start our day at 8:00AM, but we can receive visitors as early as 7:00. We start the day with breakfast and yard time before the heat comes in. When it starts to cool off in the evening, Gracie and I walk a 3-mile loop from the house to a nearby wooded trail and back. We have plenty of super chewer toys and treats for larger dogs, and a large fenced in back yard with room to run! Depending on weather, the dogs would spend most of the time in the house during the day. All time in the back yard is supervised. Housebroken dogs are allowed on couches and to roam the house. We also have kennels upstairs and downstairs, if needed.

I have a military I.D. so I can also care for military families as well! Our live revolve around our own dogs so they will feel like one of the family in no time. We have a fenced .75 acre yard that we stay out with them for safety. Older pups will be carried on any stairs to prevent any falls. Kenneling is a part of our home for safety. But if we are home they are out. The dogs have their own room where they kennel that has safety film on the windows so they can benefit from the light but are not tormented by the squirrels in the trees. Cats are kept in their own area as well. I know how important your dog is and I will treat them the way I would want mine treated. With the exception of errands and taking kids to school I am home full time. We treat visitors as one of the pack. Often our visiting pups like to lounge on the couch when not supervised in the yard. To get an idea of my experience, I’ve volunteered at the zoo and an animal shelter, worked as a vet tech at a cat specialty hospital as well as at a general practice with dogs and cats. I currently work at an emergency vet hospital. Additionally, I have experience with past own pets and with boarding at my previous jobs along with sitting pets of friends. As I am currently working Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays from two pm to two am, I am available for services on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays! As a pet parent myself who will always appreciate updates, I will make sure to send updates as often as you would like whether it’s through a phone call, text, pictures, and videos.
About: I have been in the animal field since I was 16, completing a veterinary assistant program during high school. During Covid, I helped my aunt foster 3 rescue beagles as well as caring for her other two dogs. Since then, I have worked at multiple doggy daycare and boarding facilities and have pets of my own! I work 6am to 6pm every Tuesday-Friday so ideally, I’d need flexibility on drop-in visits for those days, but I have open availability on the weekends + Monday I am currently only providing drop-in visits which means your pet/s will stay in the comfort and safety of their own home. I always do meet n greets where the pet will be staying.
About: I’ve cared for dogs ages ranging from newborn pup to senior. I am prepared to bathe, walk, groom and tend to your dog’s individual needs. I am available mornings, afternoons and evenings! Currently staying with family in VA and seeking work! I am an early riser and prepared to stay the night if need be. I look after my roommate’s cat at home and make sure to keep doors locked behind me at all times. I’m ready to protect your pet with the same attention!

About: Dogs and cats have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, since I was a very young kid. I have also grown up around fish, birds, gerbils, and Guinea pigs. I worked in a vet clinic for several years during high school and college, so giving medications orally or injection is no problem. I also bottle raised 3 kittens when I was 11 years old and another one when I was working at the vet until it was old enough to be adopted! I currently have two dogs of my own, and a rambunctious kitten. I do have a full time job so my availability is mostly limited to my days off on the weekends. I could be available occasionally during the week later in the evenings ( around 6pm-9pm) , and additional days through out the year when I have vacation scheduled and no plans. Fridays, Saturday’s , and Sunday’s I’m fairly flexible and free. I will care for your pets and home as if they were my own. Dogs will be supervised even if they are in a fenced yard. I encourage and appreciate detailed instructions on all of your pets needs.
About: I have 10 years of experience dog walking for an animal shelter as a kid/teen. From that, I have learned how to interact with many different types of dogs and cats with different personalities and behaviors. I have been walking dogs, pet sitting, and caring for animals for over 10 years now. I love all animals and am very responsible. I will be very dedicated to taking good care of your pets! I have house sat for many families including dogs, cats, and birds. I enjoy large dogs and cats, but am open to caring for any and all animals. I am willing to walk dogs as far as they need. I aim to provide a sense of normalcy for animals when they are away from their owners. About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I grew up caring for dogs, cats, horses, goats, chickens, and turkeys, which gave me hands-on experience with animals of all kinds from a young age. Over the years, I’ve cared for dogs for family, friends, and neighbors, gaining experience with everything from puppy potty and crate training to feeding, walking, bathing, administering basic care, and providing lots of love and attention.
