“This was our first experience with Rover and therefore our first experience with Sam. We just have to say we could not be more pleased. We were visiting in Hutchinson, KS and our dog Elmer stayed overnight with Sam, his roommate and Trapper, a high energy, playful and very friendly dog. The two dogs meshed well wonderfully and got “lots of exercise” and play time. This was Elmer’s first night away from us as he is a recent adoptee and apparently he didn’t seem to miss us one bit. They have two darling sweet little girls that loved on him and other dogs for him to play with. Sara and Jason were very attentive to his needs and sent me pictures of him relaxing on the couch and outside running and playing. I was so appreciative of them taking him on such short notice, let alone over Christmas. When we picked him up the whole family came to the door to greet us. About: I've been a volunteer at Caring Hands Humane Society for 4+ years, and in January of 2022 I raised a litter of 6 Pomsky puppies! I have a 4+ year old orange Siberian Husky, and I've grown up with a couple family dogs, so I've always been around animals and want to pursue an animal related career! I'm available 9am - 9pm Mon, Wed, Thu, but am somewhat flexible on weekends for house sitting. About: Experienced Pet Caretaker: From Puppies' Playtime to Senior Pill Prowess! I have cared for many puppies, as well as our Seniors. I love to play with the puppies, however, I love making sure the seniors get the cuddles and treats they desire! I have a senior in my own home and administer daily pills, multiple times per day. I also have a pitbull puppy who will run herself ragged outside while chasing balls, gardening, and just running around. She also loves hikes and walks! I run my own massage business for in home massage. I am only working three days a week for a few hours at a time. Taking care of the pets is really easy with my schedule! I can carve out as much time as they might need in my day. I aim to keep there routine as normal as possible. I am very flexible in making sure I can do that! I personally feed my own dogs two times per day (morning and night). I have crated my dogs at night for many years, but that is because they love their space. I don't mind having the animals out and about if that is what they prefer! I love to take my own animals on several walks per day, especially with apartment living! We can do anything from short walks to long hikes. I also have had to give my own dogs medications and am no stranger to senior care.

“Veronica provides a safe, cosy place for dogs to stay when they can’t go with their owner, and my dog Bear was treated like family. Bear is almost 14 years old and not interested in playing, but he got along well with Veronica’s gentle dog, who Veronica carefully introduced to him. He likes to be with people, and he was so comfortable with Veronica that he relaxed at my feet when she and I chatted, instead of pulling me out the door. Veronica was very careful to help Bear negotiate around her house, as he doesn’t see well, and she was clever in making sure he could safely go out. Bear says he would go back anytime and I can heartily recommend Veronica to care for beloved pets.”

We have two guinea pigs (who can be separated from other animals if needed). It’s just my husband and I and our teen daughter, who is generally the one our guest dogs sleep with! Fully fenced yard available to use with few steps. Upstairs and downstairs of house but not required to go downstairs if they don’t want to. Crate available, if they are trained or need it. I rarely see the need to use it but require crate trained dogs in case I need it. Common reasons would be during grocery delivery (to prevent escapes while door maybe open), unexpected visitors (if your dog would be uncomfortable, etc.), and such.

About: I have taken care of pets since I can remember and love getting to know new animals personalities and playing with them. I have plenty of time to devote to your fur babies. I do mostly gig work and am home and available for most of the day. I am available to take care of pets all day almost everyday and enjoy taking care of and meeting new pets. I also try to match any routines your pet might be used to, if it's eating at a certain time or always being let out at a certain time, just let me know and I'll make sure to keep things as familiar as possible for your furry friends.

About: I have done rescue work for dogs. I actually have two dogs of my own one. I saved from the Humane Society and one I saved for a rescue who is going to be put to sleep for no reason. “This wonderful family took our dog in on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. I felt really good about leaving him there. They have two darling sweet little girls that loved on him and other dogs for him to play with. Sara and Jason were very attentive to his needs and sent me pictures of him relaxing on the couch and outside running and playing. I was so appreciative of them taking him on such short notice, let alone over Christmas. When we picked him up the whole family came to the door to greet us. I could tell Milo had a fantastic time and got lots of love and exercise. I will definitely use them again!”
About: I love dogs, and I have experience in owning large and small dogs. Right now, I have one mini dachshund who loves having friends. My job and schedule are also very flexible. I currently work full-time with a mix of working from home and in the office, but my office is 5 minutes from my house, and my schedule is very flexible. I have a fenced yard, one mini dachshund who loves to play and relax, and I allow dogs on the furniture. My dog and I go on frequent walks, depending on the weather, if backyard play isn't enough for your dog.
About: I’ve taken care of my own dogs and friends’ dogs since I was a child. I’ve also trained my own. We love dogs of all breeds! I work from home with a flexible schedule and my dog is with me all day. Kennel trained is preferred in case I do leave the house. My own dog, Olivia, loves to play with dogs of all sizes! She has a fenced in area to get her zoomies out or play fetch. She also loves walks and car rides. She is kennel trained and often in there if I leave the house for long periods. I have a camera on in this room so I can peep at her! I would provide this same love and care for your pet. We do have a cat, Stormi, who couldn’t care less what is going on in her house. She stays in her own zone!
About: I grew up with dogs and have owned dogs most of my life (variety of breeds). I currently have a mini-Pomeranian and a Golden Retriever, who love making new friends! I've helped family and friends with pets over the years, and I also volunteered at a mill-dog rescue when I lived in Colorado - giving meds, cleaning, and socializing. I will make sure your fur-baby receives the best care!! I work full-time M-F (normal day-time hours) but can work from home whenever I want. I live close to work and, therefore, can drive home for check-ins/walks if I do need to be at my office. I have a lot of availability and flexibility on weekends. I have a small, fenced yard in a quiet, safe neighborhood. It's extra secure because my small dog would, otherwise, be able to sneak out of it. It's also partially shaded, but they would not need to be outside unless they preferred to be!
