“Elizabeth kept my cat at her apartment while I was away on vacation for a week. She kept me posted on how my cat was doing and sent me pictures. I was confident there was nothing to worry about and Keke was relaxed and felt at home.”

“So glad we found Lexi! During our meet and greet, the dog and many of the cats fell in love with her at first sight. Lexi did all the drop-in visits, and everyone was very well taken care of. I would absolutely ask Lexi to take care of our four-leggeds again!”

“Cole was put in a situation that could have ended badly for all involved. The neighbors let their dog roam knowing it’s history as an aggressive dog. Cole was quick thinking and handled the situation very well. His communication and quick action saved the day. I can’t say enough about Cole and his professionalism and communication”

“Trish arrives on time and pays special attention to her ward. Libby is happy when I return home and I am comforted by knowing I can depend on Trish to show up and take amazing care of my baby.”
“This is the second time I've used Leah to watch my kitties, and she did great! One of my cats is diabetic and needs insulin, and she was really excellent with him and gave him insulin while I was gone! I'd definitely use her again to watch them and I'd recommend her to watch your pets.”

About: While in college my roommate had a cat. He neglected his cat, he wouldn't change his litter box, and would spray him with a water bottle whenever he did something "naughty". I ended up cleaning the litter box. And his cat ended liking me more than him. Cats hold a special place in my heart, their goofy, curious, and sometimes sassy attitudes are endlessly entertaining. I would love the opportunity to be of service to you and your lovely kitty!

“Kelly Lea did a phenomenal job caring my two kitties. They were well fed, and kept so happy with playtime and treats. It’s great to be able to enjoy your time away when you know that your fur babies are taken care off by such a caring and wonderful person as Kelly Lea. She kept us updated on their well being with messages and photos. She was on time to every visit even when she needed to adjust one of the visit times. Rest assured we will definitely book Kelly Lea for future needs, what a great experience for all.”

“Morgan was great at explaining the steps for the Rover process to me as a first time user. She is also a great communicator. When an unexpected issue happened with one of my pets, she immediately communicated about the issue so we could figure out a solution. I would definitely recommend Morgan to any Rover user!”

“They communicated very well about how the stay was going! They sent pictures, communicated when my cats weren't getting along, very patient with my more nervous cat, and loved on my more out going cat like he was their own.”

“Highly recommend Darcie as a cat sitter. She took care of my two kitties for a week and helped me have peace of mind for my first time away from them. She was professional, sent lots of pictures, and communicated every day. I was on the fence about using a pet sitter in my home but I would reach out to her again in a heartbeat!”

About: I’ve been pet sitting for over 6 years. I’ve also worked for a dog daycare/boarding facility where I was trained in Fear Free dog handling. Outside of official pet care experience, I grew up with three family dogs! I work as a barista Monday-Friday 6am-12pm. My shifts are never longer than 6 hours, so accounting for travel time, I would be gone 7 hours at a time max. At my dog daycare job, I took courses on the “Fear Free” technique. Fear free techniques encompass a considerate approach, gentle handling, positive reinforcement, and creating a calm environment. Listening to the behavior cues of the pet is most important to me.

About: Hi, I’m Bri! 🐾 I’m the kind of pet sitter who treats your pets like family — with patience, love, and plenty of attention to the little things that make them feel safe and comfortable. Whether your cat needs a calm companion, your pup needs extra playtime, or your pet simply needs someone reliable while you’re away, I’m here to make sure they feel cared for in their own home. I’ll follow their routine, respect their personality, and keep you updated so you can relax knowing they’re in good hands. ❤️ My goal isn’t just to “watch” your pet — it’s to make them feel loved, secure, and spoiled while you’re away. 🐶🐱

“Our dogs loved their time at Kelli's! She is very friendly and obviously loves dogs. Kelli provided photos and updates during the day and is really communicative. Her fenced-in back yard provides a great opportunity for the dogs to romp around. Our dogs were worn out from playing and having such a good time! I would definitely love to use Kelli again.”

About: I have cared for many animals growing up, my mom and I were both adopters of all kinds of strays. But I have been loving and caring for my very own sweet girl for 9 years! We adopted our baby from the humane society at 3 months old and worked through potty training, leash training, and command training. Please allow your pet to be my outlet so I stop asking my husband for another dog 😬 I am a homeschool momma so I am home or outside adventuring most of the day. I have a nice sized yard, however, it is not fenced in so if your fur baby likes to run off from time to time we may not be a good fit. I have 3 small kiddos (and myself) who would love nothing more than to snuggle on your pup! And our Vega girl enjoys running and playing with other doggos so your pup will get plenty of love and exercise! We do have 11 chickens who stay in their coop (we do let them free range from time to time, but they will be kept in their coop while you pup stays with us). However, due to having small children and chicks we will require a meet and greet before your precious pup comes to stay with us.

“Destinee is absolutely amazing! She is very flexible (my schedule can be unpredictable and finding Destinee was such a relief… she is very accommodating, and was able to be flexible enough for me to adjust pick up times as I traveled during a couple of days of bad weather without having to worry). Destinee responds quickly to messages and treats our pup Molly so well! I had never used a pet sitter before and was a bit worried how Molly would be with a sitter, but Destinee has been so awesome it really put my mind at ease! Molly is so happy and tired when I pick her up… it’s obvious Destinee is paying great attention to Molly and giving her the physical and mental stimulation she needs as a puppy.”

About: Hi, my name is Melinda of bark and stroll. I love animals. I have my own animal and I love taking care of animals inside my home or your home. I am retired, and I have plenty of time to take care of the animals. I love playing with them and taking them on nice walks. I have a decent sized yard. It’s not fenced in so I do walk the animals on a leash and we have some woods with paths near my house. If the dogs over 50 pounds I prefer them to be crate trained.
“Only our second time dropping pupper off for doggie day care and we can tell she is already feeling more at ease. Thanks for the care and clear communication from start to finish!”

“Augie had a wonderful time with Mary Jane and family. This was the first time we left Augie with anyone; Mary Jane made us feel reassured and calm. We had a terrific get away and Augie had a great day! Thank you, Janine & Bruce”

About: I have had dogs for the past 40 years and cannot imagine my house without them. I have one dog currently, Toby. He is a very sweet boy who loves all dogs and people. I would love to pamper your fur baby! I am retired and have all day to take care of your special fur baby. I would love to play with your dog and make them feel special. I have a fully fenced in yard with a privacy fence, and also a doggy door, so your pooch is able to go out and in as they wish. My dog, Toby, is very social and friendly so your baby will have a playmate.
About: You're not just hiring another pet sitter; you're entrusting your beloved dog to someone whose life has been filled with canine companionship from day one. Growing up with dogs wasn't just about having pets; it was a hands-on education in understanding their nuanced body language, anticipating their needs, and fostering genuine connections built on trust and affection. This lifelong immersion has instilled in me an intuitive understanding that goes beyond standard training, allowing me to provide a level of care that feels less like a service and more like an extension of the loving home your dog already knows. I am currently a stay at home mom so will have plenty of time for your pets , love doing outdoor activities with the dogs also love cuddling and loving on all the animals I will take your dog out on leash every couple hours unless they need more, I have a chiweenie and German shepherd that loves having friends to play with and my children are amazing with animals as well.
“Tracy has been so patient and kind with our pup. CC is a shy but goofy little girl and we worried about finding someone who would wait for her to adjust to their home. Tracy has been so good with her and we just love knowing she is safe and cared for while we are away.”

“Brittany, was wonderful with my little Maggie and her dog Waylon was great with Maggie too!! She sent me pictures and updates which I really appreciated. I will definitely use her again!”

About: Hey there! I am Jen. I can’t walk past a dog without saying hi. Love being active outdoors, going for walks, and making new animal friends. Pets bring so much joy, and I’m here to make sure they have just as much fun (and comfort!) while you’re gone- as they do when you’re home. I work from home, with a fenced in yard. I often just keep the back door open, unless it's winter... so they can explore and potty as they wish. I think animals do better with company so we really like the social aspect of this app where animals can be together with each other
“We are truly thankful and appreciative for Jessica! She was not only attentive, professional, and reliable, but more importantly, we trusted the care and safety provided by her. If I can confirm your belief or bring comfort to the idea of leaving your loved ones, then book Jessica. She (and her adorable pup, Sunny) are the one for you!”

“Kamela was fantastic with my puppy! Her and her family accepted my baby as their own and I never had to doubt her safety or well being. Will definitely be using in the future and 100% recommended ☺️”

About: I’ve had animals my entire life, most of which was more than 3 dogs at a time! I’ve had everything from small 30 pound mutts to 120+pound mastiffs. I currently work from home and have 2 wonderful pittie pups, one of which is a tripod. I live in a quiet neighborhood in Plainfield perfect to host your fur baby while you’re away! I work from home and am able to do drop ins, walks, can stay in your home, or host your fur babes at our house. I don’t have human kids, only fur kids! I have a fenced in yard and have 2 dogs of my own. I have a house that has plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable and safe.
“So great!!!! Nova had the best time. Not sure she wanted to even come home!!! She played so much with nova who has so much energy. Her home was beautiful and clean and perfect for a little puppy..lol!! Great back yard! HIGHLY RECOMMEND ❤️”

“I dropped off Oz, our 6 year old, curious, mischievous and playful Husky-Keeshond, at Laura’s house for daycare and as well a surprise overnight boarding and he loved it!! He was good and tired from playing all day with other dogs and walking in the park and to top it all off the photo updates on the dog’s activities throughout the day were awesome!! My wife and I just wish we had found out about her sooner!! We will definitely consider her our first option the next time we need daycare, boarding or or the next time Oz just needs a day of fun!”

“Valerie has been checking in on our pup for the last several weeks and taking him for walks and we couldn’t recommend her more! She is very easy to communicate with and is great at keeping us updated about how he is doing! We will definitely continue asking her to take our doggo on walks!”

About: I've never worked for a company like Rover but I've watched many people's pets, mainly friends of the family. My household has two dogs and 3 cats, two of the cats are kittens. I like small dogs but big dogs are my absolute favorite. I personally have a great dane who is a dork and I love him so much. We used to bread great danes so I can work well with puppies. :) I currently work part time, I work most mornings till about 10am and am free after that. I can watch animals on weekend afternoons or evenings. I would like a set schedule with someone if that works out. I have a big back yard and a very loving great dane to keep company. I also have a pin for my dog if for some reason they don't get along. Also a cat poll in my house for those who need cats watched.
About: I've taken care of all sorts of animals (including farm) since I was old enough to drive. I was also a vet tech for years!!! I recently quit my job as a preschool teacher, but don't want to be bored. I have all day to fill with your animal cuddles. I have a fenced in yard and a big fur baby of my own to keep your baby company and entertained. The more the merrier.
About: I have taken care of many different pets all throughout my life and love to form relationships with animals! I have been known to teach different tricks to dogs and am always very observant when it comes to their behavior as I want to make sure they are always happy! I am currently working part time being a research student at IU but am free during various parts of the day and night most days. I have cared for other peoples dogs as well as my own and have worked with a wide variety of energy levels and even some anxious dogs. My partner and I currently have a senior dog who requires daily medication and special attention walking as he has a bad hip. I make sure to care for the dog and make them feel as comfortable as possible while I am with them!
About: I love animals and have cared for cats and dogs as well as had my own for much of my life. I will treat them like family, play with them, and care for them. I can walk them, brush them, and administer medication as needed. During the week, I can work from home as needed to assist with pet care. I am available on weekends to board and play with your pet as well. I have a large apartment with an unfenced yard but am able to take your pet out as needed. Your pet will have plenty of room inside and I live close to paths and grass areas to play outside as well.
About: Hi there! I’m an avid animal lover with a gentle, patient approach to pet care. I share my home with a sweet kitty named Evie and my rescue beagle, Mylo: a lovable goofball who keeps me humble and well‑trained. I always look after every pet with the same attentiveness, patience, and high quality care I give my own little crew. 🐾 Before pursuing social work, I actually planned to become a veterinary technician, and that early passion for animals has stayed with me. I’ve volunteered at the Wabash animal shelter, spent years riding horses, and gained hands‑on experience with all kinds of personalities and needs. Mylo, who struggles with anxiety, has taught me a lot about de‑escalating reactivity and building trust through positive reinforcement. He also takes daily medication, so I’m very comfortable administering meds and following specific care routines. Mylo likes to think of it as his “evening treat with extra steps.” Over the past several years, I’ve pet‑sat for friends, family, and their extended circles. This has allowed me to care for pets of all ages and ranging needs. No matter the temperament, I adapt to each animal’s personality, mood, and boundaries. Striving to create a calm, reassuring environment where your pet feels understood is central to my approach as a caregiver. Please reach out if you have any questions! Your pet's comfort is my priority ❤️ My schedule is currently very open as I wrap up my internship, and I’m available for daily check‑ins, walks, and overnight stays! Please feel free to reach out with any questions, I’m always happy to connect. ❤️🐕🦺🎾 I love caring for pets where they feel safest, their home 🏡🐾. While I’m there, I carefully follow your pet’s routine and keep their space clean and comfortable, so you return to a happy, relaxed fur baby and a home that feels just as you left it (or better).

About: I’ve taken care of cats and dogs my entire life. I’ve always had animals in my household. Neighbors, family, and friends have always trusted me to watch their furry friends while they were away. I work part time at a school from august to may. I have plenty of time every day at home to watch and play with your animals. I have a large fenced in yard for my dogs at home. I live with parents so my dogs have multiple people to let them out and play when needed. In clients homes I let them out often and I am able to walk them and play with them frequently.

About: What sets me apart is a combination of specialized, hands-on care experience and a commitment to personalized, stress-free care. I am trained in managing complex senior care needs, including medication administration, while also focusing on positive reinforcement training to help puppies build confidence and good manners. My goal is to create a safe, loving environment where your pet feels as comfortable as they do when you are at home. I am able to stop by as many times as needed everyday throughout the week (Monday-Friday) after 3:00Pm and able to stop by as many times as needed on the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) after 3:00Pm. Caring for pets requires prioritizing safety, building trust through communication, and maintaining a secure environment. Key actions include adhering strictly to routines (feeding, walking), securing hazards (cleaning supplies, small objects, gates), and keeping detailed records of veterinary contacts. Daily photo updates and maintaining hygiene ensure peace of mind.
About: Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover who has experience caring for multiple dogs with different personalities and needs. I currently have three dogs of my own, so I’m very familiar with daily routines like feeding, walks, potty breaks, playtime, and making sure every pup gets the attention they deserve. I also regularly care for family members’ dogs while they’re away on vacation, giving me experience keeping pets comfortable in their own homes and sticking to their normal routines. Whether your dog is energetic and loves to play or prefers a slower pace and extra cuddles, I’ll make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. I know how important it is to trust someone with your furry family member, and I’ll treat your dog like one of my own. I’m happy to provide updates and photos so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is in good hands! Hooray for flexibility!! 🎉 my part time job (20 hours or less) gives me a lot of flexibility to shower your furry friend with attention! Just tell me what you need! Your pet's safety and well-being are my top priorities. We offer a secure, large yard for playtime and a home where dogs and cats have always been cherished members of the family. About: I have spent my entire life surrounded by animals, which taught me how to read their body language and understand their needs from a young age. On top of that, I bring six years of professional dog grooming experience to my pet sitting. This means your pet isn't just getting a companion—they are staying with a professional who knows how to handle coat care, spot skin issues early, and keep anxious dogs calm and comfortable. Our daily routine starts in the morning with a quick potty break, followed by individual feedings so everyone can eat safely and at their own pace. Afterward, we head out for our morning walk or yard play while energy is high, followed by a quiet midday nap/relaxation to let food safely digest. Throughout the afternoon, your dog will get another bathroom break, a professional coat brush-out to check skin health, and some mental enrichment like puzzle toys or lick mats. As we transition into the evening, we serve dinner according to your exact instructions and burn off any remaining energy with a fun sunset play session. Finally, at night, we wind down with plenty of couch cuddles in a true home environment before a final potty break and a peaceful, secure lights-out. Every pet in my care receives individualized attention focused on their physical safety and emotional well-being. I design a calm, low-stress environment where your pet can relax, ensuring their unique routines are strictly followed to prevent anxiety. By carefully reading their body language, I respect their personal boundaries and use gentle, patient interaction to build genuine trust at their own pace. Safety is always my top priority, which means I maintain secure environments, supervise all activities, and use my professional handling skills to keep every situation controlled and peaceful. Your pet will never be rushed or forced into interaction, giving them the secure, comfortable home-away-from-home experience they deserve.
