I needed someone to watch him while I was out of town for class and a job interview. Mary Jane happily accepted my request, even opening her schedule to days she originally did not have availability. She followed all my directions for the keeping and care of Max. She sent me daily updates and pictures which helped me feel that Max was safe and happy. Her home is set up perfectly, allowing Max to have his own private room if he wanted. But luckily he enjoyed the company of her loving cats and dogs. When I came to pick up Max you could tell he was well cared for. He was in no rush to leave! With that said I am comfortable leaving Max with Mary Jane any time now. About: I own a King Charles Cavalier and a German Shepherd currently! I grew up on a farm in southern Indiana with multiple foster and adopted animals! My mother instilled a serious love and adoration for people and their favorite pets. I volunteered at our local animal shelter, was trained in multiple animal science courses, and was taught to love and respect the animals I work with, both domesticated and exotic. I have handled dogs, cats, reptiles, rodents, foxes, raccoons, bobcats, farm livestock, petting zoo animals, and more. I love them and have tons of professional experience to give your fur-baby the best experience possible. Please feel free to message or call whenever needed and I am more then happy to accommodate ANYTHING you or your sweet pet needs. I have lots of time on my hands, currently we start our mornings with a good meal and a long walk along our neighborhood. We will head to the house for a quick nap or so that our older dogs and puppies can rest. We then head to either the local state park or a dog park for some new stimulation. When we return home, we have some free time with toys and puzzles, enjoy another good meal, take another long, walk around the neighborhood, and then cuddle on the couch or in the beds until bedtime. I don’t have a fence in yard however, we have multiple leashes here as well as one that you would prefer to use. All of our animals are continuously monitored, I work part-time, and we also have cameras in the house. Feel free to request photos or videos of your baby at any point in time.

About: I have cared for many animals growing up, my mom and I were both adopters of all kinds of strays. But I have been loving and caring for my very own sweet girl for 9 years! We adopted our baby from the humane society at 3 months old and worked through potty training, leash training, and command training. Please allow your pet to be my outlet so I stop asking my husband for another dog 😬 I am a homeschool momma so I am home or outside adventuring most of the day. I have a nice sized yard, however, it is not fenced in so if your fur baby likes to run off from time to time we may not be a good fit. I have 3 small kiddos (and myself) who would love nothing more than to snuggle on your pup! And our Vega girl enjoys running and playing with other doggos so your pup will get plenty of love and exercise! We do have 11 chickens who stay in their coop (we do let them free range from time to time, but they will be kept in their coop while you pup stays with us). However, due to having small children and chicks we will require a meet and greet before your precious pup comes to stay with us.

About: I've never worked for a company like Rover but I've watched many people's pets, mainly friends of the family. My household has two dogs and 3 cats, two of the cats are kittens. I like small dogs but big dogs are my absolute favorite. I personally have a great dane who is a dork and I love him so much. We used to bread great danes so I can work well with puppies. :) I currently work part time, I work most mornings till about 10am and am free after that. About: I am truly fascinated about animals of all kinds, especially the “weird” ones! Growing up in North Carolina, I naturally had a passion for the outdoors, and the creatures who inhabit it. I quickly learned to have respect for these animals and have always wanted to learn more. I have years of personal experience caring for and loving dogs, cats, rabbits, snakes, geckos, and freshwater fish, but I am comfortable with many other species as I also have experience as an exotic veterinary assistant. About: My Fiancé and I have had big dogs and small dogs throughout both our lives! With that, I have 2+years of experience as a kennel technician where I had worked with a variety of different dog sizes and breeds. My background includes working with dogs that require specialized care, such as those with mobility challenges, sensory impairments, or chronic health conditions.
