I myself have grown up with dogs my whole life and would pet sit my neighbors animals all the time. Now, I have my own little zoo of 2 dogs, 3 cats, and some geckos. I spent one year in a vet tech program so i know the basics of animal medicine, 6 months taking care of the marine mammals at Shedd Aquarium, and I also have a bachelor's degree in Zoology. I understand it is hard to leave your pets unattended for hours on end and stressful when you come home to an accident but they can't help it. About: I have cared for many animals growing up, my mom and I were both adopters of all kinds of strays. But I have been loving and caring for my very own sweet girl for 9 years! We adopted our baby from the humane society at 3 months old and worked through potty training, leash training, and command training. Please allow your pet to be my outlet so I stop asking my husband for another dog 😬 I am a homeschool momma so I am home or outside adventuring most of the day. I have a nice sized yard, however, it is not fenced in so if your fur baby likes to run off from time to time we may not be a good fit. I have 3 small kiddos (and myself) who would love nothing more than to snuggle on your pup! And our Vega girl enjoys running and playing with other doggos so your pup will get plenty of love and exercise! We do have 11 chickens who stay in their coop (we do let them free range from time to time, but they will be kept in their coop while you pup stays with us). However, due to having small children and chicks we will require a meet and greet before your precious pup comes to stay with us.

Catherine was so great with her. I really felt my pupper was safe and being well taken care of. Updates of photos and text during the day and answered immediately when I wanted an additional update. About: I own a King Charles Cavalier and a German Shepherd currently! I grew up on a farm in southern Indiana with multiple foster and adopted animals! My mother instilled a serious love and adoration for people and their favorite pets. I volunteered at our local animal shelter, was trained in multiple animal science courses, and was taught to love and respect the animals I work with, both domesticated and exotic. I have handled dogs, cats, reptiles, rodents, foxes, raccoons, bobcats, farm livestock, petting zoo animals, and more. I’ve volunteered at the Wabash animal shelter, spent years riding horses, and gained hands‑on experience with all kinds of personalities and needs. Mylo, who struggles with anxiety, has taught me a lot about de‑escalating reactivity and building trust through positive reinforcement. He also takes daily medication, so I’m very comfortable administering meds and following specific care routines. Mylo likes to think of it as his “evening treat with extra steps.” Over the past several years, I’ve pet‑sat for friends, family, and their extended circles. This has allowed me to care for pets of all ages and ranging needs. No matter the temperament, I adapt to each animal’s personality, mood, and boundaries. About: I’ve taken care of animals all around the family! I have two dogs and a cat at home who have been spoiled so much. I love animals of all kinds. I have given dogs and cats medications orally. I am a college student at Ivy Tech, my schedule is a little empty this semester, and my part time job starts later in my day. I am always in town and don’t have any trips planned. Neighbors, family members, and friends have counted on me to take care of them such as feeding, bathing, walking, etc. I have 3 animals that I care for 24/7 and I am currently in college as a vet tech and work with exotic animals at Indianapolis Zoo so I work with animals around the clock! My family has rescued 3 over the years and I recently rescued my own precious baby Avalon! (Although she definitely rescued me!) About: My Fiancé and I have had big dogs and small dogs throughout both our lives! With that, I have 2+years of experience as a kennel technician where I had worked with a variety of different dog sizes and breeds. My background includes working with dogs that require specialized care, such as those with mobility challenges, sensory impairments, or chronic health conditions. I am adept at adapting environments and routines to ensure their comfort and safety. I currently have a very flexible schedule where I am available to work anytime you are needing, all week long and I am also able to travel a considerable distance as well! I have a small dog that is young and playful and loves to play on our backyard. And I also have an older medium sized dog who is kind of moody but usually keeps to herself!
