About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life, and dogs have always had a special place in my heart! Growing up, my family had dogs, horses, goats, chickens, cats, birds, fish—you name it. Caring for animals has always been second nature to me, and over the years I’ve become the go-to pet sitter for friends and family whenever they go on vacation. I understand that every dog is unique, whether they’re full of energy and love long walks or prefer cuddles and a relaxing day at home. My goal is to make your pup feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you’re away by keeping their routine as normal as possible. You can expect plenty of playtime, belly rubs, potty breaks, and lots of love and attention. I treat every dog as if they were my own and will keep you updated so you can enjoy your time away with peace of mind, knowing your furry family member is in good hands! I currently work full-time from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and have an hour commute each way. Because of this, I offer boarding for pets who are comfortable being alone for an extended period during the workday. I am fully available on weekends and can dedicate plenty of time to your furry family members! I also offer evening dog walks and drop-in visits after work. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions about my schedule or your pet’s specific needs—I’m happy to accommodate whenever possible! Your pet will be welcomed into a safe, loving home away from home! I live in a top-floor apartment with carpeted stairs and plenty of windows, perfect for curious pups who love to look outside and watch the world go by. There’s also a private dog park directly across the street from my complex, giving your dog a great place to play and burn off some energy. My neighborhood is quiet and pet-friendly, making it ideal for long walks and plenty of sniffing adventures. I make sure every pet gets lots of attention, playtime, potty breaks, and, of course, treats (with owner approval!). My goal is to make your pet feel comfortable, loved, and cared for while you’re away, treating them like part of my own family.
About: I have taken care of animals my whole life. Family and friends have relied on me for decades to take care of their animals. Growing up on a farm helped give me a lifelong affinity for animals. I’m a teacher who is off all summer. I have plenty of time to fill and would love to look after your animals, either in my home, as a drop in, or just a walk. I was camping at the dunes and was able to spend a day in Chicago riding the South shore in from a station not far from Jordan's. I will definitely be doing this again it went so well!”

About: Got a cavalier when kids left 20 years ago and have been in love with and taken care of pups for family and friends ever since! I work part time as a sub at a local school lunchroom. Consequently, I have a good deal of time to do what I enjoy most, spending time with and caring for pups!! (and on occasion, cats!) Currently, I care for two of my own—Sparky, my sweet 13-year-old Bichon Frise, and Shelby, my playful 1-year-old Miniature Goldendoodle. Having both a senior dog and a young, energetic pup has given me a wide range of hands-on experience, from managing health needs and gentle senior care to keeping up with puppy energy, training, and teething phases. In the past, I also cared for an American Pitbull Terrier for 5 years, and over the years I’ve looked after many dogs for friends, neighbors, and family members. Some of the breeds I’ve worked with include Chihuahuas, Beagles, Golden Retrievers, Pomeranians, and a variety of lovable mixes. Every dog is unique, and I truly enjoy getting to know each one’s personality and quirks. Whether they’re shy or outgoing, young or elderly, I’m patient, gentle, and always happy to provide the care and attention they deserve. I’m usually available Monday through Friday, which means I have plenty of time throughout the day to walk, play with, and care for your pup. Whether they need a midday stroll, some company while you’re away, or just a little extra love and attention, I’m happy to be there for them. I’m home often, so I’m able to keep a close eye on the dogs and make sure they’re always safe and cared for. While my yard is open and unfenced, I never leave dogs outside unattended—they’re always on a leash and supervised, with access to a sunny, enclosed sunroom for extra comfort. For smaller dogs, I have a crate available if preferred by the owner, and I’m also able to provide transport in case of a vet emergency. About: I enjoy having dogs, and started using this website when I went out of town. Because of this, I know the high standard of care I expect from my sitter, and what you should expect too. I will take the time and care you would for your own dog. I'll give them snuggles, playtime, and lots of outside time depending on the crazy weather we have here of course. Myself and my doggy friends love to take walks, play tug-of-war, fetch and other games your dog enjoys or might enjoy. If your dog comes to our house we have a fully enclosed backyard. About: I have run my own business Holliewood Doo Doo Adventures for 10 years (here in Facebook..check me out). About: I've taken care of family pets (cats and dogs) for 15+ years now, and on my own I a have two cats. My schedule is flexible, though my apartment does not allow for dogs and I prefer to pets sit at the pet's home, where they are most comfortable and familiar. About: Hello, I'm Rebecca. I'm 28 years old. I've always been an animal lover. I live with my parents who have had multiple dogs over the course of my lifetime. Being the only child still living with them, I've become their dog sitter anytime they leave for a trip, etc. I began experiencing disabling health issues right out of high school and resorted to dog sitting as a way to make money as I was not able to hold a "real" job. I grew to love it. I'm healthier now and looking to find more opportunities outside of friends, family, and neighbors. I would love to broaden my horizons and care for fur babies full time. I'm currently unemployed and have a very open schedule. I have experience caring for puppies, elderly dogs, and anything in between. I know how to administer medication and clean up accidents due to my past elderly dogs having health complications. I also have experience caring for rabbits and cats. After the passing of my 9 year old rabbit in June 2025, I felt like a piece of me was missing. Only a couple months later, I started dog walking for a woman in my neighborhood daily and it helped me through the grief of losing my bunny. That's what caused my desire to dog sit/walk to grow even more. It is said that "time heals all wounds" but the unconditional love from a furry friend really helps pass the time. I'm also a house plant lover. If needed I can water and care for any houseplants during overnight sittings. No more worrying about your beloved pets or plants while you're away! With me you can have peace of mind that they're all in good hands. I'm currently unemployed. I have a very open schedule except for weekdays from Noon-1pm (when I dog walk in my neighborhood). I have 2 separate church events scheduled on the 4th Saturday of every month. Scheduling walks or drop in visits can be tricky that day because the events don't always have a set time. I can dog sit at your home on those 4th Saturdays as long as I am able to leave for a couple hours for the events. During drop-in visits/walks I rinse and refill water bowls, replace empty treat toys, clean up any accidents that may have occurred, play with your fur baby to release any pent up energy they might have, and complete any other duties you may have for me. I pay close attention during potty breaks and notify the owners if anything is out of the ordinary. When dog sitting I can stay at your home overnight if needed. If not I can check in as often as you'd like. I can provide updates through out the day and pictures so cute you'll want to frame them.
About: I am a veterinary assistant and I am currently trying to get into veterinary school. I have the knowledge and experience to keep your pet safe and take action should any issues arise! I currently work full-time Monday through Thursday as a veterinary assistant. I can stop by during my lunch break and after work as needed, and I am available all day Friday-Sunday! About: I have taken care of animals for as long as I can remember! I I’ve taken a vocational course for veterinary & I’ve have pets of my own! I’m also working towards becoming a groomer so this is something to get my foot in the door of giving myself even more experience than I already have! I am comfortable around all dogs and am willing to adapt and learn how to best care for your animal. When I come to take care of, play with, and walk your animal I will dedicate my time to loving them as if they were my own! I would love to be able to take them to the dog park where they can also interact with other animals while you're away! I have two cat of my own, both are short haired cat’s I have one boy and one girl! They’re very cuddly and playful whenever they want to be lol! I am currently working this as part time! But, I’m still available for drop ins or house sittings when needed! I am also flexible and can accept last minute bookings. When in your home, I would love to take your fur babies for walks, to dog parks, anything you already do with them to make them the most comfortable! I would also love to spend time with your cats, feed them, play with them, my cats especially love the laser toy/ any hanging string! I will respect your home, whatever rules or things you typically have or want followed will be respected! I’m more than happy to ask any questions if I don’t understand something so they’ll be no missed communication! I want to make you and your furry babies as happy and as satisfied as possible! I'm currently working part-time, so I'll have plenty of time to play with your pups! I'm weekday’s and on weekends. Weekdays will typically be from 12pm-2:30, the times may change to longer hours depending on my job! Weekends: Saturday anytime throughout the day. Sunday: 4-10pm. I will take care of your pets based on your rules! If there’s a specific time you always feed your animal I will do the time asked for! When it comes to safety, safety is most important for me and your animal! I will keep your number in reach at ALL TIMES! If I notice the dogs getting aggressive i’ll try to calm the dog. If you have a fenced backyard i’ll make sure I watch your animal as they use the restroom or even just play around and keep an eye out for any signs of danger!
About: Hi there! I worked as kennel staff at an animal hospital for over a year before I moved to Nevada, and then I worked at both and animal hospital and a grooming salon during the two years I lived there! (I have since returned to Northwest Indiana!) I took care of both cats and dogs(of all breeds and disabilities) and helped medicate and treat them! I have owned pets all my life, both cats and dogs, and have been their primary caretakers. I am heavily passionate about animals! I currently have two dogs and four cats. I am 23 and have a driver's license. I love animals more than anything, and would do whatever it takes to make your pets feel happy and safe in my company! I am currently unemployed, so I have plenty of time to take care of other people's pets! I live in a household with other people, so I'm more than able to housesit, as well! I love to keep animals company, and I will do whatever I'm asked to do to take care of someone's pet. If said pet is undergoing training of any sort, I'm willing to make sure that training is implemented throughout the visit, walk, or stay. I absolutely love giving furbabies my attention and love, but will go at the pets pace. I won't force my affections on an anxious animal.
About: In my years of life, I’ve always had pets. I currently have eight cats of my own and help take care of my parents dog! I rescued ten of my cats throughout my life from living on the street as kittens and raised them from kitten formula to adult cat food. Full time I’m a house cleaner, so I’m surrounded by my client’s pets every single day. They are like my own and it’s the best part of my job. Due to my current unemployment, I am available seven days a week, any time of the day to care for your fur child(ren)! 🥰 please do let me know if your times are flexible. About: I have taken care of animals my whole life. Family and friends have relied on me for decades to take care of their animals. Growing up on a farm helped give me a lifelong affinity for animals. I’m a teacher who is off all summer. I have plenty of time to fill and would love to look after your animals, either in my home, as a drop in, or just a walk.
