About: Our family has taken care of friends’ dogs and cats for four years or more. We are now offering our pet services to more ‘07 neighbors. During summers we are available at all waking hours of any days we’re not on a family vacation. During the school year we lose family pet minders during the school day but are available after school and on weekends. I previously had a small blind incontinent senior terrier who has since gone over the rainbow bridge, so I understand the extra patience and attention required to make them feel comfortable. Whether your dog is a playful puppy, an active adult, or a gentle senior, I will provide the best and reliable care while you are away. I am currently homebound so your fur baby will have my full undivided attention! I recently lost my senior baby so having a temporary walking companion would be great therapy! In my home, your dog will be family. I follow each dog's routine, including feedings times/medications, and any special care instructions provided by the owner. I keep leashes and harnesses ready by the door so dogs are always secured before any potty breaks or walk. If a dog wants to just sunbathe outside, I also have a stake and tie out, so no fence, no problem! To help prevent accidents, stairs and basement access are blocked off at all times, and rooms remain closed. All interactions between dogs will be supervised and there will never be any forced introductions. If a dog needs time to decompress or prefers their own space, I have multiple safe options available, including an end-table crate in the main living area so they can remain close by while I relax, a standard metal crate, and a dedicated quiet room for dogs that may become overwhelmed or simply need a break.

We provide three walks a day and also provide doggie daycare services to help socialize pups, if requested by owners. We have two Bernese Mountain Dogs, Hank and Harley, that we use for socialization. They are lover dogs and enjoy playing with other pups! Daily pictures will be taken and sent to owners. We have a full time staff member, Kristin, to provide services and supervision. We can do drop off and pick ups between 7a - 7p. We have a fully insulated space for pups to feel comfortable and safe. Things that fell under the description of ‘took care of’ are; picking up poop, feeding / following dietary schedules, administering medications, walks, play time, bathroom breaks, training work, mental stimulation (snuffle mats, kongs, etc.) I do daily dog walks, and am helping my parents raise and train a German shepherd! I also have 2 cats of my own at home. I will travel to your home by car! I do not offer care for your pets in my home due to my cats not being very sociable haha!!

With that being said, I have took care of animals from when they were puppies/kittens- to when they were old and gray.
