Outside of my cats, I have helped walk and care for other dogs the past few years. If you give special instructions on how you would like for me to care for your dog/cat, I will do exactly that since I will be coming to your place and/or walking them. UPDATED AS OF 6/16/26- for now please refer to this update until life gets less busy. I have a 2 year old so I cannot watch your animals at your home at this current time, but I would still love to drop in and take care of them through the day or take them on walks. I can care for them at my home also. The hours listed below are still correct 😊 I work Monday-Friday until 3:30pm, but I can also come before work, take my lunch to let your pups out for a potty break half way through my shift! I always am off on the holidays. I do have every Saturday and Sunday completely free. After 3:30pm on the weekdays I have the entire day to spend with your animals :) I will follow all your instructions you give me for caring for your animals. I will always treat them like I would my own animals!

“Destinee was great! My cat Katniss is on seizure meds and I typically board her at our vets office. When the vets office was booked, I turned to Rover and found Destinee. It was a short notice booking which Destinee gladly accepted. It was my first time leaving Katniss with anyone but our vet. Destinee quickly put my mind at ease with her knowledge and experience with rescues she has dealt with. She kept me informed of how Katniss was doing. Katniss did great! Your dog gets supervised attention all day, long outdoor walks, in a friendly and fun environment for dogs of any age, breed or size. I lost my dog of 14 years in early 2026 and I'm channeling that love into caring for yours. Taking good care of your pet allows me to do something I truly enjoy while giving you peace of mind while you're away. I look forward to meeting you and your best friend! I am available full-time and every dog is unique, so you can expect that I will tailor each day to your pet's age, energy level, personality, exercise requirements, feeding schedule, and any special instructions you provide. Mornings will include an early morning potty break and outdoor time, breakfast according to your dog's normal feeding schedule, a walk, play session, or quiet outdoor exploration depending on your dog's preferences. There will be plenty of attention and companionship as the day begins. Throughout the day there will be multiple supervised outdoor breaks in the spacious yard and surrounding dog friendly areas. This will include long walks, short walks, play sessions, or relaxation time based on your dog's needs. Fresh water will be available at all times. My goal is to maintain as much of your dog's normal routine as possible. During your pets stay your dog will enjoy exercise, companionship, and personalized care. Long walks and adventure or a relaxed day of lounging and affection await so your pet will feel right at home. For safety, dogs are always walked on leash. I am always happy to arrange a meet and greet, either in person or by video call, so you can feel completely comfortable before booking.

I am a sophomore at the University of Kentucky and home for the summer. I have a Summer job that I work three times a week but I do not work all day, so watching your dog would be a simple task. I understand the importance of making sure your dog is safe and with someone who is trusted, which is why I will ensure to send pictures and give my full attention to your dog whether it’s helping with medicine, which I have to do with my current dog understanding its behaviors.
About: I have been taking care of animals since I was a child, but have had my 3 cats for 13 years now. I recently moved, so I let them live with my mom sadly, I do miss them. Outside of my cats, I have helped walk and care for other dogs the past few years. If you give special instructions on how you would like for me to care for your dog/cat, I will do exactly that since I will be coming to your place and/or walking them. UPDATED AS OF 6/16/26- for now please refer to this update until life gets less busy. I have a 2 year old so I cannot watch your animals at your home at this current time, but I would still love to drop in and take care of them through the day or take them on walks. I can care for them at my home also. The hours listed below are still correct 😊 I work Monday-Friday until 3:30pm, but I can also come before work, take my lunch to let your pups out for a potty break half way through my shift! I always am off on the holidays. I do have every Saturday and Sunday completely free. After 3:30pm on the weekdays I have the entire day to spend with your animals :) I will follow all your instructions you give me for caring for your animals. I will always treat them like I would my own animals!
About: Alexis has an animal science degree and been caring for animals for over 10 years of all kinds. Heather has had a love and passion for animals since infant stage. Heather has experience with special needs dogs. We both work full time jobs but Alexis does not work on the weekends or over the summer. We always make sure your animals are top priority. We have a fenced in yard and four friendly dogs. We also have a house where we can split up animals if needed. We promise to provide the best care for your dogs like they were our own. Alexis currently works in the oldham county schools but has summers off. Heather works full time but is home in the evenings and the weekends. We always take care of the animals in our care at top notch. We treat your animals as they were our own. We offer many pictures, video chats, or any special request you may have. If I am watching animals in your home I will always make sure your home is exactly how you left it and clean.
About: I am a state certified veterinary technician and also someone who has had a love for all animals since I was a kid. I've been helping all animals personally (and then professionally) for years...actually decades! I treat all fur-babies as I would my own. The unconditional love we receive from our pets is something I treasure and never take for granted. Whether young pups and kittens, or senior dogs and cats, I give them all the attention and love they deserve and crave (especially while their parents/owners are away). My schedule is currently wide open, as I have just moved back to Prospect, KY recently and am looking for the right fit in a veterinary clinic or animal hospital. My schedule is quite flexible, so I can work around yours. With my state certified veterinary technician license I am able to do things that others are not. I can also tell you what may be a start of an ear infection or allergies or nothing at all! I enjoy going to dog parks, taking walks, playing fetch (or keep away haha) but also enjoy the quiet calm time while rubbing bellies and brushing hair. Also dog massages for the senior dogs helps tons with their aches and pains and I more than willing to assist. It actually puts them in a calming trance. Cats and I are a sort of soul mate (maybe it’s the name haha) but I have dealt with watching 5 cats at an owners house and 3 of the 5 had special medical needs that I was more than happy to help! They started booking me a year out ahead of time if they could!
About: I have been taking care of pets for over 2 years. I love all pets no matter what type! I understand that pets are family and require the best care! My current work schedule allows for me to be off in the summer! I want to use that time to take care of pets! I love my dogs like family and I will yours too! About: Ive taken care of cats and dogs for 3 years since I moved here and I especially love cats and i will keep them entertained I can take care of pets Monday through Saturday and will take care of them I will groom there fur and take them on walks I can walk them in the yard play with them outside feed them take them on potty breaks give them a bath if needed or just relax with them.
