About: I worked full time for a shelter and loved working with every animal there. Meeting them at their level so that their needs were completely fulfilled was my passion. Whether they were high or low energy, dim or bright, friendly or not, I thrived on figuring out what would make the the most adoptable and what would make them most comfortable in the harsh shelter environment. It was a difficult and demanding job at times especially when I needed to provide first aid or medication/therapy for ailing animals but I always enjoyed coming home knowing I did something that meant something to those parent-less pets. I also had the lovely opportunity to work the social media for the shelter and take photos and videos of each animal to best display their personalities to the wider public who wouldn't normally see them otherwise. I currently work part time with very flexible hours so I am frequently available to provide service to both my own pets and others. I find it very fulfilling to be able to make time for my own furry friends! Working in a shelter environment I often met many animals at their lowest when they were beyond scared and upset. I got exposure to many dogs and cats that were horribly unadapted to life around people and had personalities on either end of the spectrum. About: New to Rover.com but 10+ years of fostering over 400 babies for local shelters. They were all spoiled by the time they were ready for adoption. (No apologies for that 🙃) Your pet will be well cared for/spoiled while they visit! I can take two dogs, for the safety of your pet(s) and mine, only if they are from the same household. Love animals and miss fostering I did while in California. Your family member will be in caring hands who has years of experience with puppies and kittens who needed medication. I’m retired and have all the time in the world. 🤭 I still foster and mark my calendar as unavailable when I have foster babies. You can always ask if there is room for one more. 😉 New home with half acre fenced yard. Have a very active border collie who wants a playmate. Whether it’s running around and playing with a younger ball of energy, just talking and petting an older “pup” I’m your girl I’ve cared for neighborhood pets since I was 12 years old. I have had pets in my home my entire life. I’d love to give you a stress free time away knowing your beloved animals are in great care while you are unavailable. During the week I would like to schedule regular evening walks, drops ins, or boarding. And weekends I am completely available. About: Hello, my name’s Anna. I have been taking care of dogs since I was 16. My family got a golden doodle several years ago and he has definitely been a joy and a task. Having a dog such as mine has made me more comfortable in my dog caring skills and fairly knowledgeable about what needs dogs have. I’m also very well equipped to handle puppies as I recently got a cocker spaniel several months ago. But given that, my passion for dogs continues to grow. I now as an independent adult have 2 dogs who I’ve had the pleasure of raising as puppies to where they are at now. About: every sitter loves animals, but I really do adore animals and I love being able to just enjoy and meet new animals. My special skills with animals is to cuddle! I love making sure the fur babies are taking care of with love and respect! I currently work a full time job, M-T from 7 to 5, which is the main reason of dog sitting on the weekends! I can do full weeks just need to know ahead of time to be able to discuss with work! The best option is to have them at the client’s home, animals are always comfortable when at home and a place they know! It’s already scary that a stranger is in there house but much better than a scary car ride into a new house!

About: I’ve cared for a wide range of pets as well as having my own! My neighborhood and backyard are perfect for walks and playing. I am currently working as a medical assistant full time from 9-5 with close access to home if needed. I enjoy long walks at night and I have open weekends. About: I have had pets since I was 4 years old. Growing up on a farm, I learned to take care of animals from a very young age. Additionally, I spent a lot of my high school years pet sitting for neighbors, family friends, and friends of friends! I have had many dogs of many different breeds and ages. I tend to be an active person, so walking and playing with my pets to ensure their exercise is something I prioritize. I’m very good at adapting to pets different personalities and making them as comfortable as possible. I work 5 days a week but on a hybrid schedule- 3 days in office, 2 days working from home. My hours are 9-3, so I have plenty of time during the week to love on your pet! Additionally, my weekends are free. Though I do not have any pets currently, I have an apartment with plenty of room, outside space, and live directly across from a huge, gated dog park— which is friendly to all sizes of dogs. Additionally, I live right next to tons of walking trails, perfect for those pets who love their walks! About: I've been caring for dogs for over 10 years and have experience with dogs of different breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities. As a dog owner myself, I know how important it is to have someone you can trust caring for your pet while you're away. I'm comfortable with feeding, walking, playtime, bathing, and following each dog's normal routine and care instructions. My goal is to make your dog feel safe, comfortable, and at home while they're in my care, while also giving you peace of mind knowing they're being well taken care of. As a stay-at-home mom, pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I'm home throughout the day, which gives me plenty of time to provide pets with attention, playtime, walks, potty breaks, feeding, and companionship. I have a flexible schedule and can easily adjust to each pet's normal routine and needs. Your pet won't be left alone for long periods and will have someone around to make them feel comfortable and cared for while they're away from home. Safety and trust are extremely important to me when caring for someone else's pet. I make sure pets are supervised, comfortable, and given plenty of attention while in my care. I carefully follow each owner's instructions regarding feeding, routines, walks, medications, and any special needs. I also understand that every pet has a different personality, so I give them the time and space they need to feel comfortable in a new environment.
