I’m primarily trying this on the weekends to start, however depending on your situation, the weekdays could work as well. I have a 10year old golden/lab cross. He is a neutered male and was trained by an organization as a service dog. He comes to work with me to work with students. We often watch other service dogs through this same organization, so I do have experience caring for other pets. We have a kennel in our home that we can use, if needed. While our dog loves other dogs, it would be important that your pet is not aggressive. I have zero concerns that our dog would ever be aggressive. We do not feed our dog anything other than two meals per day, as he is on a strict diet. Water is always out. We would follow all food directions you provide for your pet. Our pet is treated like a human, so no furniture is off limits and pet hair is just part of our lives.

About: I have been an animal lover my whole life. I have always had dogs. I became a cat mom a few years ago when we inherited our Grandcat. He is special needs and we love him so much. I have experience with diabetic cats and know how to administer an injection of insulin. I have learned and know a lot about cats now since having my first cat. I have retired from my full -time job after 36 years this last summer. I take care of my own special needs cat on a daily basis. He is a diabetic senior cat and needs two injections a day. I can take the time to play and show attention to your pet in addition to making sure they have their food, water, and any medication needed.
About: I have been raising my own puppy, Vader (black lab), since April 2025 which has taught me both how to handle an energetic dog and what their body language means. I also grew up with two labs at home my entire childhood. I am an EMT and current medical student at MU-WCOM in Indianapolis, so I can assure you that I am fully equipped to follow any strict medical or dietary restrictions your dog may have or handle possible high-stress situations. I am training for an Ironman triathlon as well, so if your dog likes to go on runs (or look like they need to start😉), look no further as I’d love to have a buddy join me. I am generally unavailable on Mondays and Tuesdays, as I have my OMM and clinical anatomy labs on those days. I have lecture Monday-Friday from 8 AM-noon, but after that I would be happy to stop by for your pet! Weekends are completely open for me, however there may be weekends I need to study a lot more than others, so as long as we work out a relative plan in advance there shouldn’t be a problem. I would be glad to let your dog(s) out to use the restroom, play, go for walks/runs, and anything else they may need while you’re away for an extended period of time. Just let me know what their usual schedule is and how you’ve trained them so I know what to expect.

My goal is to keep pets happy, comfortable, and stress-free while their family is away. I also provide regular updates and photos so owners can have peace of mind knowing their pets are well cared for. I treat every home with respect and every pet like family. While I primarily care for pets in their own homes, I may consider select services in my home on a case-by-case basis. My focus is always on providing a safe, comfortable, and personalized experience for each pet.
About: My passion is caring for animals while strengthening the bond they share with their owners. I started fostering animals at 11 years old, and since then I've helped more than 50 cats and dogs find the loving homes they deserve. My experience includes working as a kennel attendant, pet care professional, and in several animal shelters, giving me the confidence to care for pets of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I can't wait to meet you and your pet(s)! I work from home, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of availability for daytime visits, typically between 7 am - 5 pm. Whether your pet needs a midday potty break, a walk, playtime, or just some extra love and attention, I'm eager to help! I'll care for your pets as if they were my own, providing compassionate, personalized care that fits their unique needs and helps them feel comfortable, safe, and loved.
“Very happy with Aña’s care of my two dogs! They can be a handful, but both took to her immediately. She gave them several walks throughout the week and always communicated when she was heading over, and often sent a text letting me know how it went in addition to the thorough Rover cards. Upon coming home I was further reassured of the care and exercise provided by Aña’s services as the dogs did not boredom destroy anything, there were no accidents in the house, and both dogs seemed happy! About: I have grown up with and lived with pets (dogs and cats) my entire life. For over a decade I have volunteered and fostered animals through a local animal rescue. I have passed on my love for animals to my 15-year-old daughter, Piper. She started sitting for neighboring pets three years ago. Together we would love to meet you and your furry family and provide you with outstanding pet-sitting services. Pets are not just animals, they are family. And many times, we love them more than our human family and they should be treated as such. Thank you for your consideration of our services. I work from home full time and have a fenced in yard. Working from home allows me nearly constant access to care for your dog's every need during their stay with us. Also, my schedule flexibility is perfect for midday drop-in visits and walks as needed. Piper also has availability during evenings and weekends to provide extra snuggles and play time with your furry family members. Our backyard fence is a 4' aluminum fence with custom picket spacing of 2.25" which is perfect for accommodating smaller dogs and puppies. We also have a variety of crates available if your pup prefers their own safe space. We own two small dogs (Yorkie mix and a Maltese) that are very accustomed to strange dogs (fosters and occasional overnight guests) coming through our home. And Piper, who has her own neighborhood pet/house/child sitting service, is usually available to give your fur baby extra snuggles and attention as well.
About: I have had a Newfoundland for the last 8 years, he is back at home with my parents. I also just recently got a golden retriever/australian shepherd mix who is now 6 months old! I have always loved animals, especially dogs and I would love to get the opportunity to work with you and your dogs. It would also provide excellent socialization skills with my dog now. I don't have a lot of experience with small dogs, but I am more than willing to walk them and play with them. Since my dog is a large breed, I am more comfortable having medium and large+ breeds around him. He is very gentle and loves to play. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask!
