About: Growing up I lived on a farm. I had pigs, chickens, rabbits, ducks, dogs and cats. I have always had a love for animals of any kind. I’m currently a stay at home mom. About: I've had animals since I was 4. Been caring for other people's animals almost as long. I would walk my neighbor's dogs any time they would allow it. I also have a background in veterinary care and am used to administering medications as well as injections to dogs and cats. I have 3 cats and a dog, so I have my small menagerie that I take care of daily. But that won't stop me from taking care of your critters too! I have a partner at home that will take care of my own animals if I need to stay over to care for beloved furry family members. So no need to worry if your fluffy friends need round-the-clock care, I can do it! I have a large yard with lots of space for my dog to run, he knows not to go to the front of the house and stays close to me when we're outside and there are lots of parks nearby to go on walks. We have lots of high places for our cats to climb and perch.

I have experience with dogs of all shapes and sizes and demeanor, from the little dogs who think they are ferocious monsters to the ones who are the big couch potato babies. I work full time now but it is still a daily requirement for me to feed my big fur babies and I can still work in a schedule/ if I’m not home my wife is able to take care of your babies needs as well. Our son, and two other fur babies Samson and Critter can see too it that they also get plenty of play time. I have an unfenced yard but I can place on a lead for your baby to do their business and a 3 year old lab who is a huge baby, I also am married with a son who will definitely help your fur baby burn off some energy. I walk my own dog almost daily and have no problem walking yours. My dog does stay in a crate when we are gone for a period and only then, but crating is always your choice if you crate yours that’s fine if not he/she is free to run the house and even lay on any of the furniture. We use covers.

Along with nighttime cuddles because house are important. I wake up in the morning and take care of my cats first thing. Get them food. I wash their water bowl out and get them fresh water. I have had multiple people try to book house sitting jobs with me and then are shocked by the price. The reason for the price being $200/night and so much higher than my check-in and dog walking prices is because I have to factor in drive time, mileage, and gas that it takes me to get to your home in back, as well as trips I will have to make in between to come home and care for my own dogs and to shower and eat as well as the hours I’m spending at your home overnight. I am away from my own home/bed, family, and dogs so I can do a job that requires me to stay somewhere most of the day and overnight to care for living beings. Because of that, I am going to charge a flat rate of $200 that covers the moment I leave my home to when I return after the last day, which includes every night I spend in your home. If you require me to stay in your home overnight for the job, I will not do it for free. Rover also takes 20% of my earnings, so I am actually only making $160/night. If you break it down, say I’m there for around 12 hours for an overnight house sitting job, I’m only making around $13/hour. If you do not require me to stay overnight, my check in and dog walking prices are much more affordable and I can check in several times a day and stay for up to an hour each time. Also, please list each animal in your home on your profile. As many other Rover sitters, I charge per animal. If there is only one dog on your profile, I expect to only be caring for one dog. It is an additional $10 or less per additional dog, depending on which service you book. I have previously talked about how I care for my dogs in my home, but I will not be offering any kind of in home care as two of my dogs are reactive. However, at the client’s home, I can follow any instructions on care down to the very last detail. I can provide your pet with cuddles and playtime if they are comfortable with it. I can walk them as well, for any amount of time or distance. I will meet your needs and your pet’s needs!

About: I have had over 30 years around pets. People trust me with their pets and love the care and attention that I give their pets. I substitute teach and also work part-time. I am mostly around late afternoons and on the weekends. As a fitness person, taking dogs when owner likes dogs to exercise is my favorite time with the pet. About: I have had a dog in my life for as long as I can remember. I have a passion for making them feel like they’re loved and just like family.
