About: Over the past two years, I’ve been responsible for caring for a Golden Retriever from puppy to adulthood. About: I have taken care of dogs, cats, bunnies and more since I was a child. I love fur babies and will give your baby the love and care he/she needs when you are away. I am home and can give the attention and care your pet needs. My schedule is flexible, so I can easily fit in a walk, potty time or play time. I stay outside with my dog and cats while they play in the yard and on the large patio. Inside we all hang out together in the large living area, but I also have another room with a gate where a pet can go if she needs some space. I can have your dog sleep in the crate or outside the crate, whichever makes her the most comfortable and happy.

About: I'm a huge animal lover and was lucky enough to grow up with lots of pets from rodents to dogs to horses. I've walked big (150lb+) dogs, small dogs, and everything in between with no issues. Until I was 15 years old, my dad had my siblings and I convinced he was allergic to cats because he didn't want us asking to get one. Jokes on him that the majority of us are now cat parents. While I've had my menace of a cat (I love her to pieces even though she's turning my hair as gray as hers) for only a few years, I've still been around cats throughout my life and am attuned to their particular brand of affection. I have experience pet-sitting from bunnies to a pack of seven high energy dogs. If you're looking for a non-dog or cat sitter, give me a shot! I'm very determined to give pets the best care possible, and if I'm unsure of any instructions will not hesitate to ask for clarification no matter how menial the task may appear. No animal's needs are too particular or niche for me. Must walk counterclockwise around the block? Easy. Food must be microwaved for 12 seconds, but stop it with one second on the clock? No problem. Got to pretend their medicine is human food that was "accidentally" spilled on the floor and I need to "rush" to pick it up before Fido gets it? Done. My availability leans more towards the morning or evening, but I'm happy to work with you to best fit your care requirements. I do my best to keep my calendar updated, especially for weekends, but if you're wondering if I'm available please don't hesitate to ask! No amount of instructions are too much for me! I once left three hand written pages of notes on how to care for my hamster. I will follow them to the letter, and not hesitate to ask if I have any questions. Ensuring your family member is happy, healthy, and comfortable in their home is my number one priority.
About: I have been around animals my entire life, however, I certainly have the most experience with caring for cats and dogs as they have lived in my home all this time and still do today! I am currently on summer break for school and therefore I am available any hour of almost every day until school starts back up in the middle of August! When it comes to my own pets, my cats have full access to food as they all have the same diet, and they are additionally fed wet food twice a day. They are also given outdoor time and all of mine are trained to stay around the house and come back inside when prompted! Their litter boxes are cleaned daily, each of them are brushed regularly, etc. When it comes to dogs, my family dog is fed twice a day, taken on walks at least once a day, spends lots of time outdoors, and is groomed routinely. All of these are dependent on owners, but that is how things are done in my house hold specifically!

She worked with her on their walks twice each day and even at my hotel room when Indy didn’t want to leave her space, Grace stayed and comforted Indy every day and built a trust and relationship with Indy. and within a few days was able to build a trust with Indy who obviously has had minimal human contact or care,zero training, was left to roam and survive alone,trauma from being left alone in the middle of nowhere in Indiana, obviously scared of being the great dog that she is. I will send frequent photos during my visit/walk and keep you updated with how your pet is doing. Whatever your pet's needs are, I am happy to accommodate! Your pet will be in good, loving hands, and I will enjoy hanging out with your baby! My schedule is pretty flexible so I would be able to help at scheduled times during the day. I also like to refinish furniture on the side, so taking care of your furry babies is usually not a scheduling conflict. I will make sure I follow all instructions you provide about your animal(s). I am responsible and happy to do whatever is necessary for your pet.

“Joe did an above and beyond job of taking such great care of Ollie for us while we were on vacation. He asked about all of the big and little details of Ollie’s care, was very attentive to his needs and feeding schedule, and I loved that not only did Ollie get plenty of attention from Joe and his family, but he had playmates (Joe’s dogs) to play with and keep him company, and Joe sent regular picture updates! It absolutely puts us at ease that our pup got to have such loving individual attention from a family! I’ve never boarded him at a business-but I’m pretty confident that the level of personal care he got in a loving home far supersedes that of a business. I would hands down book with Joe again!”
