About: Got a cavalier when kids left 20 years ago and have been in love with and taken care of pups for family and friends ever since! I work part time as a sub at a local school lunchroom. Consequently, I have a good deal of time to do what I enjoy most, spending time with and caring for pups!! (and on occasion, cats!) I will take the time and care you would for your own dog. I'll give them snuggles, playtime, and lots of outside time depending on the crazy weather we have here of course. Myself and my doggy friends love to take walks, play tug-of-war, fetch and other games your dog enjoys or might enjoy. If your dog comes to our house we have a fully enclosed backyard. It is a great big yard enough to play fetch with a few dogs at the same time. Some just like to sun bathe and watch everyone else run around. Your dogs will have so much fun, and will be well loved while they are here. When my doggie friends come back for a visit the owners tell me the dogs are excited when they turn down my street. I have lots of available hours to spend with your pets. My schedule is consistent usually, but fairly open. In the past, I was walking dogs. Not sure if I am going to start doing that or not. About: We have always had pets (Mostly Dogs) growing up and have never met a dog or cat that didn't like us. We are the type of people that animals (Fur Babies) just feel at ease with. About: Dogs have always been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Currently, I care for two of my own—Sparky, my sweet 13-year-old Bichon Frise, and Shelby, my playful 1-year-old Miniature Goldendoodle. I’m usually available Monday through Friday, which means I have plenty of time throughout the day to walk, play with, and care for your pup. Whether they need a midday stroll, some company while you’re away, or just a little extra love and attention, I’m happy to be there for them. I’m home often, so I’m able to keep a close eye on the dogs and make sure they’re always safe and cared for. While my yard is open and unfenced, I never leave dogs outside unattended—they’re always on a leash and supervised, with access to a sunny, enclosed sunroom for extra comfort. About: I've taken care of family pets (cats and dogs) for 15+ years now, and on my own I a have two cats. My schedule is flexible, though my apartment does not allow for dogs and I prefer to pets sit at the pet's home, where they are most comfortable and familiar. I do not have experience caring for pets with serious medical conditions, but I have given dogs their medication on previous jobs. I am currently only available on weekends, though as I transition out of teaching my schedule will open up. I am available for any emergencies over the holidays. My apartment does not allow for dogs, and would prefer not to test how my cats would respond to other animals as it has been just them in my apartment for a few years now. I also believe that it's best to sit for apet in their own home where I am the only thing they have to adjust to. I am fastidious about following owner directions. I worked as kennel staff at an animal hospital for over a year before I moved to Nevada, and then I worked at both and animal hospital and a grooming salon during the two years I lived there! (I have since returned to Northwest Indiana!) I took care of both cats and dogs(of all breeds and disabilities) and helped medicate and treat them! I have owned pets all my life, both cats and dogs, and have been their primary caretakers. I am heavily passionate about animals! I currently have two dogs and four cats. About: Hello, I'm Rebecca. I'm 28 years old. I've always been an animal lover. I live with my parents who have had multiple dogs over the course of my lifetime. Being the only child still living with them, I've become their dog sitter anytime they leave for a trip, etc. I began experiencing disabling health issues right out of high school and resorted to dog sitting as a way to make money as I was not able to hold a "real" job. I grew to love it. I'm healthier now and looking to find more opportunities outside of friends, family, and neighbors. I would love to broaden my horizons and care for fur babies full time. I'm currently unemployed and have a very open schedule. I have experience caring for puppies, elderly dogs, and anything in between. I know how to administer medication and clean up accidents due to my past elderly dogs having health complications. I also have experience caring for rabbits and cats. After the passing of my 9 year old rabbit in June 2025, I felt like a piece of me was missing. Only a couple months later, I started dog walking for a woman in my neighborhood daily and it helped me through the grief of losing my bunny. That's what caused my desire to dog sit/walk to grow even more. It is said that "time heals all wounds" but the unconditional love from a furry friend really helps pass the time. During drop-in visits/walks I rinse and refill water bowls, replace empty treat toys, clean up any accidents that may have occurred, play with your fur baby to release any pent up energy they might have, and complete any other duties you may have for me. I pay close attention during potty breaks and notify the owners if anything is out of the ordinary. When dog sitting I can stay at your home overnight if needed. If not I can check in as often as you'd like. I can provide updates through out the day and pictures so cute you'll want to frame them.

I’m kind of a early morning person so I can take your pet out in the morning for their bathroom breaks walks on a nice afternoon I wake up at 5am to feed my cats breakfast Make sure they have their puzzles filled in the morning and night to keep them Occupied/busy. Clean their litter boxes every morning and before bed .
“Alexis was absolutely fantastic taking care of my baby Luna! Luna is only 6 months old, has a lot of energy, is not fully trained and I'm sure was a handful for someone to walk in day-one and manage, But she did above and beyond. She brought toys and puzzles, made sure Luna was fed and properly walked. She updated me on how the walks went, when she arrived and left, told me about the other dogs Luna got to meet along the walks and seemed totally joyful and sincere about spending time with my sweet girl. I will be hiring Alexis over and over in the future!”
About: I have run my own business Holliewood Doo Doo Adventures for 10 years (here in Facebook..check me out). Started out as waste pick up and branched out from there as I got older and it provided flexibility with schedules Also myself and my family have worked with ABRA, Inc Rescue to help foster 3 Dogs to help give them love and Discipline and skills to be able to be adopted out. I enjoy providing the Love, Patience, Time needed for each animal as every personality and needs are different. Also, knowing that they are a part of our families and to help soothe them in the transition as well as fur parents when they need to leave Currently I am a College student and this fits into my schedule well and I have flexibility and that's why I love it. I am now off for the Summer and even though I go back in the fall I work around my online classes. I have 2 dogs of our own and a cat. Realizing they have individual needs and they love the safe space of their own home it is important to me to provide that care that you specifically may need for them. You know this and I have so many that suffer from Anxiety or Seniors that do better in their own homes. That is what I am here for...whether they require so many walks per day or snuggles or play time
“Brooke is super friendly, and responsible. She came out to visit us the day before the dog walking appointments and my dog ran right to her which was a comforting sign. We were traveling through the area in our RV and felt completely comfortable leaving our dog in Brooke’s care while we visited Chicago for the day. We highly recommend Brooke! “Meredith did a great job with my two girls! I was a little concerned at first, not sure if she could handle my 10 month old German Shepherd, Jream, but overall, she did very well even without having a fenced yard. My girls still got a full hour of playtime in a nearby fenced area where they were able to run and play ball freely. Meredith followed all my instructions, and I would definitely use her again.”
“I am so glad I met Joy and Dan through here! Our regular sitter had to cancel last minute due to being sick and with only a days notice they were able to set up a same day meet and greet. I left their feeling more then confident about them and dropped off my boxer Lola the next day. Within seconds of us dropping off I got an adorable picture of Lola getting belly rubs from her children, she was definitely in doggy heaven. We recieved a couple more pictures throughout her stay and my mind was definitely put at ease and I knew she was in great hands.
