About: I’ve been a dog owner most of my life and truly understand how much pets are part of the family. Over the years, I’ve cared for dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities—both my own and those of friends and family. I’ve provided overnight care as well as extended daytime stays, and I’m comfortable with feeding routines, walks, playtime, and giving pets the attention they need to feel safe and happy. I know how important it is to have someone you trust watching your pet, so I treat every dog like my own—with patience, consistency, and lots of love. I’m reliable, communicative, and happy to follow any specific instructions to keep your dog comfortable and on their normal routine. When caring for dogs, I focus on consistency and comfort. Before the stay, I like to learn your dog’s daily schedule—feeding times, walk routines, favorite activities, and any special needs. During their stay, I stick as closely as possible to that routine so they feel secure and less stressed. I also take time to get to know each dog’s personality and energy level, whether they love to play or prefer a quieter environment. You can expect regular communication and updates so you feel confident your dog is in good hands. Safety and trust are extremely important to me when caring for your pet. My home provides a clean, calm, and pet-friendly environment where dogs can feel comfortable and secure. I have a fully fenced-in yard for safe outdoor play and potty breaks, and I always supervise dogs while they’re outside. I’m careful about doors, gates, and interactions to ensure your pet stays safe at all times. I’m also happy to follow any specific instructions you have to maintain your dog’s routine and comfort. You can count on updates so you feel confident while you’re away.
“This was my first time using Rover and Sean did a great job. I have two large dogs and had concerns with leaving them at another persons house. We completed a meet and greet, walked the dogs and agreed we would complete the booking process. Sean did a great job of communicating throughout the visit and made sure both of my dogs got plenty of time outside and plenty of walks. Sean went above and beyond for my pups! Will definitely book with him in the future.”

“I was so nervous to leave my puppy but after meeting Shelby, I knew he was in great hands. She sent us daily photos and our little guy was so well taken care of. I will absolutely use Shelby again! Highly recommend! 10/10! ⭐️”

“Lola had an amazing time with Melissa and her family! They sent lots of pictures and updates throughout her stay, which gave us so much peace of mind. It was clear Lola was treated like part of the family and received lots of love and attention. I would absolutely recommend Melissa to anyone looking for a caring and reliable sitter, and we would definitely book with them again!”

“Kelsey was amazing with our dog Winston! He gets nervous about staying with other people and she was very understanding and catered to his needs. Would definitely recommend her!”

“We are from out of town, in Indiana for a short time. We received a last minute invite to go to Churchill downs - Elizabeth accepted our request to puppy sit... and our pupp had the best day! We received pictures and videos of her playing and living her best life. We felt totally at ease and relaxed knowing our little Willi was in great hands.”

“Shelby was FANTASTIC with our Sherman. He was very nervous when we left him (he has separation anxiety). Not only did he seem to do well after we left (the pictures she sent us spoke volumes about his mood), but when i picked him up he was excited to see us as always but instead of running straight to the car and waiting at the door for us as he usually does when we pick him up from someone he did a couple of excited circles and had to run back to give one of Shelbys pups a kiss goodbye. He often stays with my sister and he loves her and her dogs but he never runs back to the door for any reason. He was so relaxed and clearly worn out feom playing so much. Shelby is terrific. You xan certainly entrust her qith the care of your fur-baby with confidence!”

“Wendi and Chai were perfect for Meeko. He usually comes running back and is thrilled to see me, but after she cooked him fresh food and took them to play on the farm he was much less excited lol he had a great time. We will absolutely call Wendi next time we are in town!”

About: I'm Sean, a lifelong dog owner offering Boarding and Doggy Day Care. I work from home full time in Oldham County, steps away from great dog walks along the Ohio River. Your dog gets supervised attention all day, long outdoor walks, in a friendly and fun environment for dogs of any age, breed or size. I lost my dog of 14 years in early 2026 and I'm channeling that love into caring for yours. Taking good care of your pet allows me to do something I truly enjoy while giving you peace of mind while you're away. I look forward to meeting you and your best friend! I am available full-time and every dog is unique, so you can expect that I will tailor each day to your pet's age, energy level, personality, exercise requirements, feeding schedule, and any special instructions you provide. Mornings will include an early morning potty break and outdoor time, breakfast according to your dog's normal feeding schedule, a walk, play session, or quiet outdoor exploration depending on your dog's preferences. There will be plenty of attention and companionship as the day begins. Throughout the day there will be multiple supervised outdoor breaks in the spacious yard and surrounding dog friendly areas. This will include long walks, short walks, play sessions, or relaxation time based on your dog's needs. Fresh water will be available at all times. There will be frequent interaction, supervision, and companionship since I work from home and there will also be comfortable indoor rest periods between activities. Afternoons and evenings will include additional outdoor exercise and activities, dinner according to your dog's established routine, relaxation time indoors with plenty of attention and affection, evening potty breaks and if necessary a walk before bedtime. Individualized care is important for your dog's well being, so before your dog's stay, I will learn about feeding schedules and dietary restrictions, medication requirements, favorite activities and exercise preferences, commands and training cues your dog responds to, sleeping habits and comfort needs and any special routines that will help your dog feel at home. My goal is to maintain as much of your dog's normal routine as possible. During your pets stay your dog will enjoy exercise, companionship, and personalized care. Long walks and adventure or a relaxed day of lounging and affection await so your pet will feel right at home. For safety, dogs are always walked on leash. “Absolutely some of the best caretaking Charlie has had! Lori was great with Charlie. We met beforehand with her sweet pup to make sure the dogs would get along, and I really appreciated her thoroughness and quick communication. During his stay, Charlie got to run around and play with other dogs at her home and her family’s farm, but also had time to rest and relax. “Breagha is a friendly pup but with all the recent changes in our lives has become pretty velcro with me. She took to Allie immediately and trusted her enough to trot out across the porch without me. She willingly went out in the yard for a short walk. Allie’s kind gentle personality is a perfect match for a sensitive collie.”

“Very sweet! Was able to accommodate me on very short notice, which I appreciated. She brought a treat for Biscuit, which he loves, and was understanding of his initial barking when she showed up. Sent me plenty of photos and texted to update me on how he behaved. Thank you!”

About: I’m a SAHM with 3 active kids ages 10,6,5. Animals have been a part of our lives since the day we all could walk. When your animal is in our care we will give them all the love and attention they deserve. We also try and accommodate their normal schedule as much as possible. Whether that be laying and relaxing, or going out for multiple walks. I also have a fenced in back yard for those days where they want to play fetch. We have 2 other pets, one cat and one dog, which both are super laid back. Please make sure your animal loves kids, as they will be around ALOT and will probably over love on your animals ;) Just a house full of love and we love welcoming new ones in! It is now summer break which means.... WE ARE HOME every day! This means tons of walks, play time, nap times, pee breaks. Your animal unless other wise told, will have free roam to our house. We have safety gates that will be put up, if you feel more comfortable them staying in one room. I have a backyard, and if the animal is needing to be crated I can also accommodate that. My animals however, are allowed anywhere in the house that I or my family is allowed. Bedrooms, beds, couches, outside!
