About: I’ve always had a special connection with pets. I believe in giving my pets the best life I can give. I love to train animals with positive reinforcement, love, and plenty of patience. My dog and I spend a lot of time together, and she gets love from the whole family. She is my world and my best friend. I also have some small critters that all get along with her. I also have four rescue cats! They’re all loved and cuddled often. Many people call my place “the zoo” because I have such an affinity for animals. All my animals are socialized so that they feel comfortable with people and other animals. At the moment, I am between employment, so I am taking the time to spend with my animals at home! If in your home I can feed, water, walk, snuggle with, give medication, do basic training or exercise your dog and will do so in the most professional manner possible. If your dog is coming over to my home, I have a large, clear fenced in yard where my 11.5 month old Irish Setter has plenty of room to get her energy out daily so you can feel comfortable that your dogs would have ample space to wear themselves out and a super-friendly (and gentle) playmate to help in that endeavor. Afterwards I have a spare XL hard plastic crate if they need time and space to rest or if they are spending the night, along with plenty of fuzzy blankets and toys they can snuggle up with. I’m an ELA teacher on summer break, and I’d love to spend time walking and caring for your dogs during the hours I’d normally be teaching. About: I worked as a pet-sitter in the Goshen area during college. I have experience with older dogs and multi-pet households. I’m happy to keep as close to your regular schedule as possible. I’ve just graduated from UND with my MFA and I am looking for a little extra income as I adjust to life post graduate school. My days are totally flexible and I am happy to work around your preferred schedule. I’ve accommodated picky eaters and older pets dealing with incontinence. About: I have a Belgian Malanois who’s name is Beau. He is an Extremely passionate and caring dog with a high drive to learn. I have put In the time and effort to train and build our relationship as a family. I also have a Golden retriever and she couldn’t care less about anything other than love haha. I have a full time job, which ends at 2:00pm. From 2:00pm until bed I spend with my dog whether it be training, or walking. I spend a minimum of 2 hours a day training with Beau. I believe that your dog can fit right in and be in a comfortable, safe, home away from home. I do not have a fenced in yard yet but I’m outside every time my pups go out. If need be, I have leashes I can use to let your pup outside as well.
