About: I have had animals all of my life and have cared for them immensely. My family and friends say I have a special way with animals. I worked at a dog daycare and boarding facility for almost 2 years and got lots of experience caring for dogs there as well as opportunities to sit outside of it which has become a huge part of my life. I am currently a full-time purdue student who takes most classes online so I have plenty of time to care for your fur baby! About: I have taken care of my parents senior dog in my home while they were out of town. Helped a former coworker with her dog, also in my home, while she was out of town. I have helped a friend of mine with their senior dog + 4 cats in their home as drop in visits while they were out of town. Since starting Rover, I have had multiple in home stays with dogs, and homes that have both dogs and cats. I work full-time from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. My morning routine includes leaving the house by 7:00 AM to take my child to daycare or school. Before departing, all pets in my care are taken outside, fed, and provided with any necessary medications. Depending on the proximity of your home, I may be available to stop by during my lunch break to check on and care for your pet. After work, I pick up my child from daycare and can typically arrive at your home around 5:00 PM. Upon arrival, dogs will be taken outside promptly and fed as needed. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or to discuss specific care needs or scheduling. I care for pets with the same level of attention and compassion as I do my own. I follow each pet’s individual feeding schedule, ensure they always have access to fresh water, and administer any required medications as directed. About: I’ve worked in vet med for 5 years now and I’m a third-year veterinary student. I have a cat named Horton and a dog named Reno that passed a few years ago. This makes me well prepared to spot and respond to any emergencies your baby may have! I’m currently in the area on a veterinary externship (what I do when I’m not taking classes), so I have time in the early morning and evenings to care for somebody’s babies that may need it. I am also a dog aunt and when I was young I spent most summers and weekends volunteering at the local animal shelter which resulted in fosters, foster fails, and experience with dogs of all ages and breeds. About: I'm 50 years old, and have mostly owned pit bull breed dogs, but I love all breeds. From 2010 to 2018, my APBT was trained as a therapy animal, we did hospital visits and library events with children. I taught him several tricks, such as left, right, speak, play dead. My current pit is a rescue and I am off leash training. Dog Walking: I work in the Kankakee area, so coming to walk your dog in Kankakee, Bradley, Bourbonnais, is NO problem! Either in the mornings (after 7am) and/or later in the evenings (8ish pm) it's all negotiable. I live in Iroquois county, so I have more availability to walk your dog if you are in that area. Pet Sitting: I can come to sit in your home, if that is preferred. I am also available to just come let them outside, spend time and play, feed, water, clean up. Boarding: I would love to open our home to your precious babies. Non smoking, fenced in yard, lots of walks in my small town. My dog friendly pup can't wait to play tag around the dining room table. All pets are welcome on the couches and have full access to the entire 1st floor, including the bed in the spare room. My husband and I work different shifts, so someone is usually always home. A maximum of 3 to 4 hours of an occasional overlap in shifts. I am able to crate your pet if preferred, or close off access to half of the living space. Before boarding, a few meet and greets are necessary. More details as we move forward. Cats: I will help with your cats, spending time, play, feed, clean litter boxes. I also have several years of experience with birds. I know how important socializing is to birds, and leaving them alone can cause problems and stress. Boarding of cats and birds can be discussed. They can rely on me to care for their animals when they are away from home for short or long periods of time. I primarily work weekends, so I have lots of free time during to week to check on and play with youre doggos. I have limited availability on weekends, but can sometimes work visits in. I focus on making pets feel comfortable, safe and loved in their own environments. Each pet has a different routine, whether it's feeding, walking, play time, or taking medication it's important to stay consistent in order to help them feel relaxed. Sometimes dogs can play all day, it's important to take into consideration their health and well being, so even if they still want to keep playing they might need to take a little break sometimes.
About: I've been taking care of dog for as long as I can remember. I'm able to take care of/ watch dog from puppies to seniors. I've watched dog with and without disabilities, and I know how to administer medications from pills to shots. I also know how to preform cpr and the heimlich if needed. I currently have a part time job and work 4 to 5 days a week from 9am to 3:30-4. I always will try my best to work around my schedule to accommodate my clients needs. About: I have had animals all of my life and have cared for them immensely. My family and friends say I have a special way with animals. I worked at a dog daycare and boarding facility for almost 2 years and got lots of experience caring for dogs there as well as opportunities to sit outside of it which has become a huge part of my life. About: I have taken care of my parents senior dog in my home while they were out of town. Helped a former coworker with her dog, also in my home, while she was out of town. I have helped a friend of mine with their senior dog + 4 cats in their home as drop in visits while they were out of town. Since starting Rover, I have had multiple in home stays with dogs, and homes that have both dogs and cats. I work full-time from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. My morning routine includes leaving the house by 7:00 AM to take my child to daycare or school. Before departing, all pets in my care are taken outside, fed, and provided with any necessary medications. Depending on the proximity of your home, I may be available to stop by during my lunch break to check on and care for your pet. After work, I pick up my child from daycare and can typically arrive at your home around 5:00 PM. Upon arrival, dogs will be taken outside promptly and fed as needed. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or to discuss specific care needs or scheduling. I care for pets with the same level of attention and compassion as I do my own. I follow each pet’s individual feeding schedule, ensure they always have access to fresh water, and administer any required medications as directed. For cats, I maintain clean litter boxes in addition to providing consistent feeding, fresh water, and attentive care. About: I’ve worked in vet med for 5 years now and I’m a third-year veterinary student. I have a cat named Horton and a dog named Reno that passed a few years ago. This makes me well prepared to spot and respond to any emergencies your baby may have! I’m currently in the area on a veterinary externship (what I do when I’m not taking classes), so I have time in the early morning and evenings to care for somebody’s babies that may need it. A maximum of 3 to 4 hours of an occasional overlap in shifts. I am able to crate your pet if preferred, or close off access to half of the living space.
