“You can count on Steve. He really is a great human being who truly will take CARE of your four-legger. Titan loves you, Steve, and thanks you for a safe and fun second home while mommy was away from Indiana working hard to pay for the kibbles. God bless and thank you!”
“Douglas and Katherine were absolutely amazing! This was the first time I’ve been away from my little guy and they treated him like one of their babies! They sent pictures everyday and my little guy was so happy and comfortable! It made going on our trip so much easier! Thank you!!”

“Alexis was great! From picking him up to dropping him off, and everything in between, our dog was happy and we had great peace of mind. She sent us pictures throughout our vacation with updates on our sweet guy.”

“Katia was very helpful. Her home was clean and her dogs and kitten seemed to do well with Connor. Connor chewed his leash in two and Katia went and bought another and said we did not need to pay her back for the cost. Of course we did though. We would recommend Katia.”

About: I’ve always been around animals! Having cared from a wide variety of animals from a young age I’ve picked up on tons of tips and tricks for training and enrichment! I’m confident in my training abilities, and especially care with disabled/ elderly dogs. Puppies are no challenge either! Any animals are welcome big or small! 🐾 I’m currently working full time, however I get off pretty early in the day and have a ton of wiggle room in my schedule! Weekends are fair game completely! I am incredibly accommodating, so when it comes to pet care in other homes, I 100% prioritize maintaining the current schedules/ routine the animal is used to. I’ll follow specific instructions for playtime, feeding, administering medications, and additional needs. I ensure a clean and happy environment, so cleaning up messes is nothing I’m not used to! On walks I prioritize safety, so the dog will never be off leash and I remain very spatially aware of potential hazards. Walks are where I like to do the most training, so I will also provide a ton of positive reinforcement and patience!
“Bethany was fantastic with Sadie, and I will absolutely use her again. She was kept me well informed of how Sadie was doing the whole time, with photos and commentary. She was very flexible when my travel plans changed. Sadie felt very comfortable at her house and enjoyed the cuddles and walks. I highly recommend!”

“Gerard takes such good care of our dog Emmett. He treats and cares for him as if he was his own. We couldn’t ask for a better person to trust and care for our lab. Highly recommended!”

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was about 10 years old, babysitting family and friends dogs along with taking care of my own dogs. I’ve been around them for as long as I can remember! I currently work three 12 hour shifts a week at the hospital, but I am looking to fill my days off with some doggy care! I will care for your dog at your home in the best way that I possibly can! I have a small dog of my own, I treat him as if he’s my child and I will do the same for any and every dog I take care of:)
“Gabriel was beyond amazing he provided updates, pictures and videos throughout the stay! His doggies are so sweet and chill and our coco felt very much at home. I can tell by the videos that she was enjoying herself and she’s usually nervous when staying at other peoples houses. They let her sleep in their bed and snuggle and treated her as their own. You can tell they truly love animals we would 100% use them again thank you 🙏❤️”

“Are experience was great ! my wife had some concerns but Aurora was very helpful with her concerns. Griz fit in well and seemed to be ok with the sleep over. We will use her services again.”

“Julie R. Is a kind-hearted, capable, compassionate pet lover who was amazing with my dog. She took him for long daily walks and gave him fun exercise time, kept him clean, fed, safe and happy. She paid attention to his little habits, and accommodated him in the most caring, ingenious ways. My dog was in good hands and came home in good shape and tired— just what a dog-owner would want!”

“When we picked up Shadow from her stay, she came back to us exactly how we left her—happy, healthy, and full of energy. All her needs were taken care of, from mealtime and naps to plenty of playtime in the backyard, which made us feel really at ease knowing she was so well looked after.”

“Brendan was great with our 5 month old Aussie puppy! He sent daily updates and was extremely flexible when our flight got delayed. Our pup was happy to play with his golden retriever and came home very sleepy!”

“Joe did a great job watching my dog. He was kind enough to meet me at the airport to pick her up, and then drop her off. This saved me a lot of time, and was very convenient. He kept me updated on how she was doing throughout her stay. I’ll use his services again!”

“Absolutely would book again. Had a last minute booking and John was very open and understanding. John kept us updated and sent some great pics of the pups. John made our dogs feel welcomed and at home while we were gone and I'd honestly give him 10 stars for this experience if I could.”

“This was my first time using Rover, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Maddlyn took such great care of my cats and sent daily updates with photos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Cats can be difficult to care for since they often take longer to adjust to new people, but she was incredibly patient and understanding the entire time. If you're looking for a local, affordable, and trustworthy pet sitter, I highly recommend booking with Maddlyn. I would absolutely book with her again!”

“Amanda is great! We found a stray cat a week before a long-planned event out of town and were very nervous about leaving our older cats with him. About: I've taken care of pets for as long as I can remember. Family and friends have relied on me to care for their furry friends for over 10 years. I even take care of cats and dogs professionally as a kennel assistant at an animal hospital! I'm a college student who works short hours part-time (at an animal hospital!), so I can always check in with your pet(s) between classes and before and after work! I can leash walk multiple dogs if needed, crate cats and dogs, and of course play with them for as long as they will have me!

“Isabella was a great overnight house / pet sitter ! She sent plenty of pictures of my very happy cats. I could see how content they were in all of the updates and it helped me feel at ease being out of town. She was also communicative about an issue with a water fountain after refilling it. Will be happy to have her back in a few weeks for another overnight.”

“Kylie took very good care of my cats. About: I grew up with at least always one dog in childhood home and was one of the few, if not only, kid on the street that parents and neighbors would ask to not only watch their kids but also take care of their fur (etc.) babies . Cats and dogs, rabbits and guinea pigs, snakes, lizards and birds are all animals at one point or another I have cared for. I also believe every breed and age of dog or cat deserves as much love and care any any other breed or aged pet! I love the outdoors, including days that arnt sunny and bright, and would love to play and entertain your beloved animal while also making sure all their needs are meet. Home with time to share with your family pets! I try to give ample notification if any changes occur. I am usually very responsive to texting, more so when I am caring for someone's beloved pet. If a client would like to keep their pets stress levels lower while they are on their vacation by having me come take care of their pet at their own territory that is great! I will always take time to play, pet, clean up after and or feed your pet if that is the service you require. Dog walks usually wont end unless the animal has relieved itself (individual pet dependent) and they are smiling those big goofy doggo smiles. My previous occupation had me perform security so I understand the importance of people needing to feel safe and secure in letting someone into their home while its unattended. Please feel free to ask me any types of questions and feel confident that none of your information will be shared/copied etc in any way in addition to the sites our background check.

“Declan was sooooo amazing! I went on a 7-day trip and he stopped in to visit my cat Ty everyday! I always got lots of updates on his health and conformation that he got his meds. Not to mention all the cute photos! His updates really took the stress off of leaving my cuddly kitty home alone because I knew he was being taken care of. Declan is amazing!”

I have owned multiple breeds of dogs/cats throughout my lifetime from family mutts to tea cup chihuahuas to 100lb terriers but I do have an extra special place in my heart for bullies. I’ve raised all my children with dogs/cats and am comfortable with all breeds. I work a typical 40 hours a week with flexibility to adjust my schedule as needed. I’ve worked for the same company for 27 years and would love to build a steady group of fur friends so I can leave the corporate world and do what I actually love! 🩷 I love to stimulate your dog mentality and physically. I’m an expert ball thrower (just ask my Kato) and I enjoy walking neighborhoods and sometimes adding a little jog. If their not into adventure I’m also great at cuddling on the couch or floor, giving all the belly scratches and just being present for comfort and security. “Samantha and her husband did a great job while Becket was at their house today in doggy daycare. She kept us updated with pictures throughout the day and gave us a summary of his day at the end (eating, potty habits, etc) . Our dog loved playing i their big backyard with their dog, Marci. Just what we wanted was a worn out puppy at the end of the day! He enjoyed it so much! We have already booked another date.”

About: Although I have more experience with cats, I love all pets in all sizes! I will treat your fur baby exactly the way they are supposed to be treated, like a member of the family. I will make sure your pets are well cared for, loved, and I will try my best to make sure you receive updates along the way because that is what I would like, if it were me. If your buddy needs medicine or special care instructions, I am happy to oblige. I want to make sure your pet feels the least amount of stress possible, because I know how hard it can be when they are away from you. I'm a stay-at-home mom, so I have plenty of time during the week to care for your pet and take them for walks. Boarding can happen any day of the week. I have 2 kitties and a pup at home with an unfenced yard in a safe neighborhood. I will make sure your fur baby is cared for on the schedule you need to keep them on track. I do not have a crate, but if you'd like to provide one, I'm happy to crate your baby as needed. Because I stay at home, I will be picking up my kids from school during school days and would love to be able to bring your buddy with me during that time (if they aren't stressed about it).

“Jinna and Dui kept Nissy for 5 hours today as a way for them to get to know Nissy and vise versa before she stays with them for a week starting this Friday. Jinna sent pictures and a video during the stay to help alleviate my fears (we’ve never left Nissy with anyone but family before). When I picked her up, she was happy and interacting with Jinna’s dog and another dog Jinna was sitting for…which was really a wonderful surprise because Nissy usually just tries to hide from other dogs. Jinna’s house is very clean and pet friendly, she has a great back yard and she is so sweet and gentle, and is obviously very comfortable caring for other people’s pets. I can finally relax and enjoy myself when we can’t take our pup with us knowing she will be loved and well cared for by Jinna!”

“We are very thankful with Gabriel for accepting taking care of our Peanut, and understanding how we feel when we can't be with her, we appreciate the pictures and videos a lot, we see how he cares for her and definitely we recommend him to any pup owners. He is very caring and patient, dachshunds are known for being very particular, he understands her dynamics and kept her calm and happy. We're very fortunate that we found Gabriel. Thanks to Rover too for having people who love what they do and are so caring and professional.”

“Khalie had an awesome time with Brendan and Duke. She’s always super excited to hang out with them all day. Brendan communicates very well and I always enjoyed getting pictures of Khalie playing with Duke. Highly recommend!”

“Our energetic Doodle could not have been in better hands. My wife often worries about using overcrowded and overstimulating pet daycare. We’re so glad we found Ellie (and her dog Red!). Luna is so happy to go there and we have no doubt she is safe. Bonus that she still comes home tired from all her fun!”

“After just his second walk with Kylie my dog began opening up to her. He tends to be a little shy and quiet when meeting new people at first but they truly made an instant connection and I’m so glad :) Seeing his happy face in the videos and photos she sends me while I’m at work makes my heart so happy!”

About: My family has always owned a dog. Ever since I was young, my family and friends have relied on me to care for their animals, whether it be a walk, or an overnight sit. I’m a current Ball State Social Work grad student and love paying visits to the local Animal Shelter in my free time! I am a part time grad student at Ball State University, and also work part time at a daycare. I still have a lot of free time I’d like to fill throughout the week doing something I love, like taking care of animals. I am very attentive when it comes to caring for other peoples babies. Safety for myself and the pet is my number one priority. I do have a fenced in big back yard, and I also live right next to campus!
About: I volunteer and foster regularly with Homer's Helpers. I have experience with special needs animals ranging from diabetes, epilepsy, fear aggression, and severe separation anxiety.Any pets that stay in our home must be good with other dogs and cats as we have several in our home. I have a passion for animals of all shapes and sizes and have experience with small animals, reptiles, birds (large and small), and horses in addition to dogs and cats. I have had dogs since I was born. I have fostered many different breeds, from mutts, to pit bulls, to Great Pyrenees. Our dogs are Copper (Pom mix 12.5 lbs), Dexter (Golden Retriever 50lbs), and Versace (Pom mix 4.2lbs). All dogs that come to our home must be 30lbs or under as we don't want to risk our littles getting injured when they play. Our front yard is 1500sqft fully fenced and I have secured chicken wire to the bottom to ensure small dogs can't squeeze through. Our backyard is 500sqft fully privacy fenced, so we are able to accommodate dogs that could jump a 3ft. Our homes exterior is completely covered in security cameras so I can monitor the dogs at all times even if they are not in my immediate line of site. I am certified in dog and cat CPR/first aid through PetTech. I recently began a dog grooming apprenticeship. I am very comfortable giving medication, be it pills or injections I know how to do it. Any dogs that board in our home will be given a complementary "Night Night Cookie" as we call it. A buddy biscuit before bed. They are a healthy treat with no corn, wheat, or soy and come in many different flavors for dogs with different allergies. Dogs who board will be kenneled at night, we have crates available for use that are sanitized after each dog. We also feed meals in crates to avoid food aggression. I also offer Boss Dog frozen yogurt for $3 a serving and organic bone broth as a treat or food topper for $2. I can provide a lickimat or Kong filled with organic peanut butter for $2. I am able to provide Blackwood kibble for $2 a day if you forget to pack their regular kibble. We do also have a freezer that we can store raw food if needed. All dogs who board/play in our home must be up to date on vaccines or have a recent tider test. All dogs must be on current HW and flea prevention to be able to come to our home. We also have a dog treadmill that we can have dog boarding with us use to ensure adequate excercise during their stay. All dogs who board/play in our home must be up to date on vaccines or have a recent tider test, this is the policy of the rescue I work with in order to maintain my foster status. I have security cameras on the exterior of my home with all of both yards visible. I am planning on adding cameras in every room in the house. Dogs are crated to eat their meals to prevent food aggression. Toys are not made available until I have monitored how all the dogs in the home interact together on multiple occasions to ensure there is no resource guarding. All cabinets and closets are child locked so no dog is able to open them and get into anything they shouldn't. All dogs who board/play in our home must be up to date on vaccines or have a recent tider test. All dogs must be on current HW and flea prevention to be able to come to our home.

Even with a part-time job, I prioritize being fully present and dependable when I’m caring for animals. In my client’s home, I always follow their instructions closely to keep pets comfortable in their normal routine. I make sure pets are safe, supervised, and never left unattended for long periods. I keep water fresh, follow feeding schedules, and provide regular walks, playtime, and attention. I’m careful with doors, leashes, and any safety concerns to prevent escapes or accidents. I also respect the home by keeping it clean, organized, and treating it with care, just like I would my own.
About: I currently do not have a car but I will show up on the times I’m scheduled! My boyfriend may take me sometimes or my mom, they will not come into the house or anything while I’m working, just drop me off & leave! I’m available basically every single day! Feel free to send a message any time! I’m completely fine with exotic animals as well! Just let me know how to care for them :)<3 my schedule is pretty flexible! I would absolutely love to find repeat clients! I’d prefer if you was in Muncie as I currently do not have a car and would hate to make my rides drive out long distances! Either leave a note with the instructions or in a text is fine! I will always provide my phone number for any and all visits!

About: I love to make others feel more comfortable about leaving their beloved dog in capable hands while they are away! I work from home so the dogs are not left alone. I love dogs but am not ready to have two in my home full time. Pet sitting helps to keep my dog socialized. I am able to follow a strict routine, give medications and have very flexible drop off and pick up times. My dog is very friendly and I have a fenced in yard for plenty of playtime. I work from home so am here to care for them all day.

She was very "in tune" with his routine and sensitive to the ways he communicated his needs to her. This really put me at ease and it a great experience.”
