About: I grew up with at least always one dog in childhood home and was one of the few, if not only, kid on the street that parents and neighbors would ask to not only watch their kids but also take care of their fur (etc.) babies . Cats and dogs, rabbits and guinea pigs, snakes, lizards and birds are all animals at one point or another I have cared for. But Declan was fabulous - I loved the daily updates and found that I was looking forward to the pictures every day that I was gone! Because of the big dogs I live with, I do know that I unfortunately cannot handle walking a large, strong dog that is not leash trained because they will absolutely drag me all the way down the street if they take off running. I won't let go, but they'll take me with them! If you have a low energy/senior larger dog, or have a fenced-in backyard and are okay with us having our active time in the backyard instead of going on walks, we can discuss the situation! If I say no, please do not be hurt or offended. It is for your pet's safety as well as my own! I am currently only working on Rover, so my days are pretty free! I spend most of my days hanging out with my own pets, junk journaling, going thrifting, stalking eBay for vintage clothing and home decor finds, reading nonfiction books, and watching way too many video essays on Youtube! I do not currently have the space to care for a client's pet in my own home (between my mom and I, there are already 3 dogs and 2 cats in one house!). I have years of experience house and pet sitting in others' homes, and always take care of their places even better than my own. If you would like me to grab the mail, check for packages, or do light maintenance housework (separate from your pets' needs) while I stay at your place for an overnight, just let me know and I'd be happy to discuss whether I am able to help!

About: I have a lot of experience handling and working with multiple breeds of dogs. I currently work at a dog boarding facility where I interact with dogs of all breeds and sizes. As a requirement for my job, I have completed online training courses for canine behavior and first aid. I am also pet first aid and CPR certified for both cats and dogs. I have 3+ years experience pet sitting at homes for multiple pets. I have experience walking pets as well as doing some basic obedience cues and training. Most of my experience is with dogs however, I do care for cats as well, as I have 2 of my own. I am nice and patient and have never been one for caging in animals unless it’s to travel to appointments, so your little loved ones will always be free to wander with me. I try to put on interactive games and toys are highly encouraged to bring! I do freelance work so if I’m pet sitting your baby will be the number one priority! Open space apartment, I like to be outside a lot so I will spend a majority of time allowing your pet to be free and safe if they’re an outside animal. We have local shops within a mile that allow cats so if you’re open, I can allow your pet to go for outdoor time.
