Not only did he seem to do well after we left (the pictures she sent us spoke volumes about his mood), but when i picked him up he was excited to see us as always but instead of running straight to the car and waiting at the door for us as he usually does when we pick him up from someone he did a couple of excited circles and had to run back to give one of Shelbys pups a kiss goodbye. He often stays with my sister and he loves her and her dogs but he never runs back to the door for any reason. He was so relaxed and clearly worn out feom playing so much. Shelby is terrific. About: I have been a dog owner all my life. Our last dog passed away last year at age 17. My husband and I really miss him but dont want to commit to years of having another.
