“Thank you, Christopher takes good care of my fur babies. We took them there for this first time couple of months ago and we went back last weekend. We will definitely keep going back.”

“Brook was fantastic with Stella and Louie, each with their own unique personality. Especially with Louie, who is sometimes scared with new people, she made the introduction so easy! She also kept us well-informed with frequent photo updates and adorable videos of her kids playing fetch with the pups. This was the longest we’d ever been away from our dogs, but we felt completely at ease knowing they were in Brook’s care. We’ll definitely be booking with her again!”

“We had a wonderful boarding experience with Samantha! She sent daily updates with pictures and videos. She accommodated our dog’s needs perfectly and we could tell he was happy as can be! Looking forward to using her services again soon.”

“It was my 8 month old puppies first time staying overnight. Clint and Kari made sure he felt safe and at home. She kept me informed on how ginger was doing and everything went smooth. Couldn’t have asked for better sitter. I’ll definitely book them again whenever I have to visit Indiana.”

“Great experience working with Brooke. I was able to do a visit with my dog interacting with theirs before boarding. Brooke kept me up to date with pictures during Sapphire's stay. Would board with them again.”

“We dropped our dogs on our way out of town Thursday morning and returned for them Sunday evening. I appreciated Destinee's flexibility with our pick-up time (I had initially booked for the following morning but it made more sense for us to pick them up on our way through as we were heading south to Bloomington - our timing was a bit later than she would have preferred but she graciously worked with us). We received photos of the dogs both inside the house and outside in the backyard on the first three days of care, and a written description of how they were doing on the first day. The home and yard seemed nice and I really appreciated not needing to bring bowls/ beds/ extra items as she provides everything. The only tips I would have for a better "pet parent" experience would be to be more consistent with writing about how each day went, and possibly showing off some of the house/yard upon drop off. Since we don't live close by, a meet and greet or advance tour wouldn't have made sense for us anyway. I feel like our dogs were in good hands with Destinee and her husband. Thanks again for a great stay!”

“Gabriel is AMAZING. My Jake had a great time and I was afraid he'd love Gabriel more than me lol. Provided multiple daily updates, answered all my texts, and has an amazing vibe to his place. I will always pick Gabriel when he has availability. Thank you so much!”

“This was our kitten’s first time staying away from home, and Shelby made it care-free and easy! She kept such a close eye on our kitten, even if the kitten didn’t necessarily want her too, haha! She made Willow feel so comfortable that by the end she was snuggling with Shelby! Looking forward to the next stay!”

“Rachel is wonderful! We transitioned to Rachel after our regular boarding facility relocated. Rachel ensured that the transition went seamlessly. Luka, our Beagle mix loves Rachel and her family. He was instantly absorbed into her family and spent 6 days soaking up the love and playing with furry friends. Rachel kept us entertained with pictures & videos throughout his stay. I highly recommend taking your fur baby to Rachel for quality, loving care.”

“Sheila was very good with communication and helping accommodate my dog while I went on vacation. I was rushing leaving the house and forgot to grab my pups wet dog food to mix with his dry food because that’s the only way he’ll eat it. She personally went to the store and got him some. She sent pictures and updates everyday and made me feel like I wasn’t missing a second with him, which I appreciate.”

“Sharon was awesome, she took good care of my dogs and was really flexible when I had to adjust my schedule due to a missed flight. I definitely recommend her.”

“Yelena immediately started sending pictures and updates on my pooches and continuously sent them throughout their stay. My one dog was having allergy issues affecting his paws and she was able to wipe them down and correct some marking behaviors he was displaying. They seem to get a lot of time outdoors and were able to roam about inside and could choose to go into crates. When my travel plans were delayed, she was quite accommodating and I really appreciate that.”

“Jennifer did such an amazing job with our 2 pups! One of them ended up with an ear infection the first day we dropped off and she took such great care of him, even buying him some drops for relief. She was so great at communicating and I could tell she gave them so much love while we were away!”

“Tammy is a wonderful, caring individual who has cared for my dog several times. It is very obvious she loves dogs and will give Furby the special attention he may need. I will book with Tammy again!”

“I’m so happy I picked Jacklyn to be my dog sitter . She was amazing and kept me updated about my fur baby . He loved her backyard. Can’t wait to book his next stay 😊”

“I am so happy that I found Deborah & Jeffrey to board our pups for 10 days. We had a last minute issue with our parents watching them so Deborah & Jeffrey had no issue with taking them in & giving them a very well loved experience. My pups felt very comfortable with them and their pets, also I received updates on their stay with pics which was very comforting to me. I will definitely use them again for future stays 😊”

“Once again Nicole was so wonderful. This is our 2nd time we have used Nicole. We were gone for longer time than usual and I felt so reassured that Nicole was there every day for our kitties. She provided regular updates and pictures. It means a lot to see that our kitties were doing well. I would definitely book with her again in the future.”

“Catherine was great!! She is communicative and reliable. She was very flexible with coordinating drop-in visits for our two dogs. Will rebook with Catherine next time!”

“Grace was so great with both my doggies! Especially with my senior dog ❤️ keeping me updated on her stools, providing bland food for her upset stomach, along with treats for both dogs and letting me know about any changes! It was super appreciated and we will most definitely be booking her again in the future!”

“Janis went above and beyond checking on our cats while we were out of town. She even made sure to check on our cat who is afraid of strangers to make sure she was well. Even when she walked into a stressful incident with one of our cats, she was able to address it and calm him down. I really appreciated all the love and attention she shared with our cats. I also enjoyed all the photos and detailed notes when she stopped by. We knew Janis was a perfect fit upon our first meeting. My son said as she left : you can tell she is a good person who loves animals. I couldn't agree more.”

“Trinity was reliable and timely with her visits and ensured our outside cat was fed and watered while we were away. We won’t hesitate to use her services again when we’re away.”

“Krissy always does such a great job!! When we are out of town, we feel so comfortable because we know how reliable she is and Grayson loves seeing her. We also love all the pics we get!!”

About: I am not a professional but sometimes I believe that’s okay. I’ve had dogs since I can remember. I’ve always had such a big heart when it comes to animals. I think every dog has personality of their own and that’s what is beautiful about dogs. I think taking care of dogs is more than a chore or a job, i think it’s more of passion. In my opinion you have to love dogs to be able to take care of them the way they need. I hope I can be what you’re looking for.

“Autumn was wonderful with my elderly cat! She took care of everything and gave thorough updates. She also went above and beyond with cleaning up after his messes. I didn’t have to worry about a thing with Autumn!”

About: I have had cats all my life and have been the proud owner of a mini Aussie dog for almost 1.5 years. I have always had a passion for animals and actually have a degree in Animal Health and Behavior. I had dreams of being a zookeeper but unfortunately had to postpone those due to personal reasons. However, my heart is still in taking care of animals/pets, and I'd love to help you with yours! I am currently unemployed and my husband works a 7-5 Mon-Fri job. Therefore I'm available to pet sit or do walks on the weekdays! Late morning-afternoon preferred. If needed, I can provide house sitting on weekends. I can drive to your house and walk your dog around the neighborhood. I have my own dog as well, and could even have them play at our apartment complex (lots of outdoor space). Because of my skittish cat, it would be difficult to bring your dogs inside my apartment, but can do so if necessary.
About: Hi there! My name is Kayla, and I am in Lawrence, Indiana. I have 1 Australian shepherd named Moose. I am currently offering dog walks, and in home dog/ cat checks. A little about my background: I have worked with a few different rescues, I have fostered dozens of animals. One of them being a burn victim that needed 2 oral medications daily, another being a new amputee, along with tube feeding, etc etc. I find the most stressful part of planning trips, is finding someone you can trust with your pets and knowing they will be safe and getting regular updates. I would love to be that person for you. I currently work Monday - Friday 6:00-2:30 in Lawrence. I am free for pet care any time aside from those specific hours. If I am not at work, I am at home! I will do exactly as the owner needs. If the pet is used to certain routines, that is no problem. I add cat box cleaning free for 2+ days consecutive of drop ins.

“Forrest just loves going to see Monika and her little sweetie Kimmie. It sure is nice to have some one you can count on and know you baby is going to be taken care of and loved.”

“We are very thankful with Gabriel for accepting taking care of our Peanut, and understanding how we feel when we can't be with her, we appreciate the pictures and videos a lot, we see how he cares for her and definitely we recommend him to any pup owners. He is very caring and patient, dachshunds are known for being very particular, he understands her dynamics and kept her calm and happy. We're very fortunate that we found Gabriel. Thanks to Rover too for having people who love what they do and are so caring and professional.”

I currently am an online college student and entrepreneur so I can fit in any time to dog sit or simply walk you dog! Can’t wait to meet your furry friends. I stay outside with my dog and cats while they play in the yard and on the large patio. Inside we all hang out together in the large living area, but I also have another room with a gate where a pet can go if she needs some space. I can have your dog sleep in the crate or outside the crate, whichever makes her the most comfortable and happy.
About: I’m a dog dad myself and have a love for all kinds of pets. Anywhere I go, dogs get pets and greetings before the humans 😅 I have experience with more high needs dogs, as my own dog has digestive issues and requires prescription food, daily medication by mouth with each meal, and monthly injections. I have also dog sat for family friends for many years, giving me experience with insulin injections and specialized feeding schedules. My parents have 3 cats and I’ve spent many weekends taking care of their babies while they’re traveling. My availability is very flexible! During the holidays, I’m available for drop ins and dog walks for anyone traveling for the holidays! During my normal work week, I can easily schedule my days to accommodate dog walks or drop ins to let your furry family members out to potty while you’re away! Weekends are completely open as well! “Sharon was fantastic! Appears my dogs never even missed us! Ideal arrangement for us to have her watch them while we visited with a friend and her husband when passing through Indianapolis on our way to Wisconsin from our home outside Nashville, TN. Thank you Sharon! I highly recommend others use Sharon if wanting a loving home your pets can stay at when not able to accompany you. I have one dog around 60 lbs and other around 20 lbs. both rotten so loving care is what I want when needing an alternate care arrangement. Sharon met our needs! Now back on the highway.”

About: Your fur-baby/babies will receive my one on one care throughout their stay. Summertime is a very busy time for dog sitting, so I may have more than one family at a time, but typically I try to book one family at a time. If you prefer just your family’s fur baby to be watched during their stay, please let me know and I will work with you or let you know if I have another family booked during your requested time/times. I have over 20 years of experience with many different dogs, all ages, sizes, and personalities. I have many years experience fostering and rescuing dogs. I have experience giving medication to many different dogs, (even the stubborn ones) working on potty training with puppies and adult dogs, as well as crate training. During the work week, my husband and I work opposite shifts, so your fur babies would only be alone a few hours max during the week. We have a fenced yard and large home for your loved one/ones to run around and release some energy. Your animal’s care is my top priority. I am well versed in watching dogs body language and social cues. I ensure everyone is safe by feeding everyone separately, including my own dogs. Many fur-babies enjoy visiting our home, playing with toys, enjoying treats ( allergy friendly of course) visiting and playing with our dogs and cats, running around our fenced yard, receiving all the pets/scratches/belly rubs, and all of the love and snuggles to make them feel at home. I have experience administering meds, dealing with allergies ( my lab mix is allergic to the world and has to be fed ONLY her prescription food), puppy play and potty training, very active younger dogs, as well as older dogs who may need a little more care or help throughout their stay. I am very patient with anxious, nervous, and shy dogs. I work with your pet when they are anxious whether it’s sitting in a quiet room one on one to ensure they eat, providing their own space when needed, or working on building trust with me in general. I am not a professional trainer, but I have a lot of experience working with a lot of different situations.
About: Since a young age, I've had a passion for animals of all kinds. I've taken care of animals ranging from goldfish to bearded dragons to rabbits to doggies. I love them all, which is why I'm training to be a veterinary technician as I transition out of the technology industry, and eventually into a career as a veterinarian. I work from home full-time and am home pretty much all day, aside from the occasional appointment. So I am available to take your pup on lots of adventures. I can take your dog on a long walk at least once a day. I also live near Fort Ben, and like to dogs on longer hikes on the weekend.

About: I'm a huge animal lover and was lucky enough to grow up with lots of pets from rodents to dogs to horses. I've walked big (150lb+) dogs, small dogs, and everything in between with no issues. Until I was 15 years old, my dad had my siblings and I convinced he was allergic to cats because he didn't want us asking to get one. Jokes on him that the majority of us are now cat parents. While I've had my menace of a cat (I love her to pieces even though she's turning my hair as gray as hers) for only a few years, I've still been around cats throughout my life and am attuned to their particular brand of affection. I have experience pet-sitting from bunnies to a pack of seven high energy dogs. If you're looking for a non-dog or cat sitter, give me a shot! I'm very determined to give pets the best care possible, and if I'm unsure of any instructions will not hesitate to ask for clarification no matter how menial the task may appear. No animal's needs are too particular or niche for me. Must walk counterclockwise around the block? Easy. Food must be microwaved for 12 seconds, but stop it with one second on the clock? No problem. Got to pretend their medicine is human food that was "accidentally" spilled on the floor and I need to "rush" to pick it up before Fido gets it? Done. My availability leans more towards the morning or evening, but I'm happy to work with you to best fit your care requirements. I do my best to keep my calendar updated, especially for weekends, but if you're wondering if I'm available please don't hesitate to ask! No amount of instructions are too much for me! I once left three hand written pages of notes on how to care for my hamster. I will follow them to the letter, and not hesitate to ask if I have any questions. Ensuring your family member is happy, healthy, and comfortable in their home is my number one priority.
About: My life has included cats, dogs, horses, rabbits, chickens and fish. All have treated and cared for them just as my children have been. They are important parts of a family. My experiences caring for pets has also extended out to friends and family. My one friend has 18 animals. Four dogs and 14 cats. I know them all by name and I know each intricate need they have. My friend has actually said she would not go on vacation if I could not take care of her animals. I am honored that she has such faith in me. I have also taken care of a friends pair of great Danes. She informed me I was welcome to stay in their king bed however that was where the dog slept also. I slept on the couch. You know the animals come first. I would give your pet the same love and affection I give my own. And every pet is different so it is important to get to know them. I look forward to taking care of your loved one. I work part time so there is plenty of time for your fur baby. I can be flexible with time of day and days of the week. Caring for your baby in their own home keeps you’re being away easier for them. I would love to meet your pet ahead of time so that they can see me as someone trusting And friendly.
“Very polite and professional, will definitely be a returning client for Kari! She walked my chocolate lab named Hiccup even though it started to rain. Thank you so much!”

About: I've had dogs since I was born and throughout my entire life. I've had puppies, senior dogs, and all big dogs! I've been sitting for neighbors and friends for years, too. I love to play inside or outside. My specialty is cuddling the love bugs. I'm currently working a very flexible part time job and I have a reliable vehicle, so pet care fits very easily into my day! I keep a close eye on all the pets (mostly because I'm trying to get them to hang out with me). I set reminders and have notes to keep on top of things and never forget a step! I am very attentive to my surroundings when I am sitting so I can keep the love bugs safe and comfortable.
About: I have taken care of friends' dogs and cats on and off throughout the years with no problems and I really enjoy caring for for fur babies! I also care for chickens from time to time! I'm pretty flexible with my schedule! I can stop by your house a couple of times a day or stay over night if needed. Right now I cannot keep pets at my house. I will follow the instructions you give me and lovingly care for your pet as if it were my own. I can transport your dog to park if needed.
“Gabriel did a wonderful job taking care of our dog for multiple days. I really appreciate the status reports, photos, and videos of the walks with our pup, it made everything very reassuring. Will definitely utilize again.”

I offer drop-in visits that include feeding, fresh water, potty breaks, and quality time with your pet. I’m also happy to include a short walk during visits if time allows or provide dedicated walks as needed. About: I have been a regular pet sitter for friends, family, and coworkers since I was a teenager. I have experience with large or small dogs, elderly dogs, cats, and pets that need medication or other accommodations. I have experience with dog-sitting for up to two weeks at a time. This has sometimes included, but is not limited to, administering medication, cleaning up messes inside and outside, walking, feeding, and bathing. Ensuring the safety, health, and happiness of each pet I take care of is my top priority and it is one of my favorite things to do in the world! I do not have the same schedule weekly, so I will constantly update my availability. I only know my availability up to 3 weeks in advance. Unless I have to work very early the next day, I am available for overnights at least 3 days a week (typically). I am unable to have pets at my house because I live with a family member’s dog that does not do well with other animals. Please give me any and all instructions! I will make sure to follow any routine that I can for your pet to be comfortable. I will provide as many updates/photos as requested.
“I found Lorrie on Rover when I needed someone to walk my Emmee after my foot surgery. She did such a wonderful job!! Emmee took to her right away. Lorrie showed such love to my baby. I knew she was safe. I wouldn't hesitate to ask Lorrie to care for my Emmee again! Nancy T. Fishers, IN”

About: Aside from caring for my own animals, I have dog and cat sat for friends and family in the past. I'm a huge animal advocate and lover, so much so that I am a vegetarian and have issues with the way animals are treated from slaughter houses, to puppy mills. Animals are truly my best friends and I can't think of anything I would enjoy more than taking care of others and the bonus is getting paid for it. I have had pets since I was small and taking care of animals brings me a lot of joy and comfort in my life and its what I prefer. What better way to make money than by doing what you love most. I enjoy walking daily so bring a special little fur buddy along would be a huge plus. I’m dog sitting full time on most days. Have retired and am now doing what I enjoy the most. Please contact me anytime day or night. Your pet is very safe in my home. Fenced in back yard and dog friendly inside through and through. My dogs are older and get along with all dogs.
About: Hi there! If you are new to booking with me please take the time to read it helps me and helps you! I’ve been on Rover since November 2024, but my experience with animals goes back much further — over six years of consistent pet care! I’ve cared for dogs, cats, and many other animals, and I truly love every moment of it At home, I have quite the crew myself — three dogs, two cats, fish, and my newest addition, a tortoise! I currently work full-time as a Pharmacy Technician, typically from 8 p.m. to 7 a.m. I’m now on a 7-on / 7-off rotation, which gives me plenty of flexibility to spend quality time with your pets. I’m available before or after my shifts for drop-ins, walks, or house sitting — as long as your pets are comfortable being on their own during my work hours. For house-sitting stays, I always make sure they’re well-fed, get outdoor time, and feel safe and loved before I head to work. Whenever you send me a booking request, I’ll let you know right away if your dates fall during my “work week.” I treat every pet like they’re one of my own, and I’m so grateful to everyone who’s trusted me with their furry (or scaly!) family members. I would also monitor their health and behavior closely, watching for any signs of distress or illness, and maintain open communication with the pet owner to keep them updated on their furry friends.
“Grace was amazing! I rescued a dog that has been very timid, scared, ready to bite. She worked with her on their walks twice each day and even at my hotel room when Indy didn’t want to leave her space, Grace stayed and comforted Indy every day and built a trust and relationship with Indy. and within a few days was able to build a trust with Indy who obviously has had minimal human contact or care, zero training, was left to roam and survive alone, trauma from being left alone in the middle of nowhere in Indiana, obviously scared of being the great dog that she is. But Grace helped Indy across a bridge that most people wouldn’t have tried to do. Not only is Grace a great dog walker, she’s a dog lover.. Great to work with, I have n zero complaints and a list of things she did outside of her walks that I should compliment her for that she did out of the kindness of her heart for Indy! Amazing person to have with your pet”

About: I’ve had my own dog for 5 years, and it’s taught me a lot of responsibility. I used to dog walk for my neighbors before I moved. Also, I have a lot of patience when it comes to dogs. I’ll feed, walk, play, and even give your dog a bath if needed. I wake up early everyday to let my dog go outside. And I try to take my dog for walks everyday before dinner. I’m not a busy person so I’m always home ready to take care of the dogs Pets in my house are allowed on furniture and beds. I make sure to vacuum frequently because of the fur. I live in a 3 story house, with plenty of room for my dog and the dog I’m sitting. I live in a suburban development, with a safe route to walk dogs.
About: Safety, communication, and exceptional care—every single time. With years of hands-on pet-care experience, I’m committed to providing reliable, responsible service you can trust. I’m attentive to routines, meds, feeding schedules, and special needs. Your pet stays comfortable and your home stays tidy—just the way you left it. Clear updates, lots of love, zero stress. I am currently a stay at home mom and work part time from home. My schedule is flexible so I can be available as needed. At this time, I will only be offering care in your home. I do have a senior dog that is not friends with everyone. If your fur baby needs a play date, I can bring my 4 year old Australian shepherd who loves to run and play.
About: I have always had a pet, dogs, cats, guinea pigs, and rats. I love animals and realize the difficulty in leaving your animal babies with someone you trust while you are gone. I take that responsibility very seriously. I recently retired and would like to include in my day, caring for animals whose owners need help when they are gone from the home. I have a fenced yard, and an easy going home environment. I also have two older dogs, 4 indoor kitties, with a total of six cats. They are all pretty laid back.
About: Hi - I’m Kellis! I have been in education for 10+ years and I also love to take care of pets! I grew up with 2 labs from puppies to adulthood and there is nothing better! I have 2 cats and a border collie now, so I can officially say I am a dog AND cat lover! I would love to walk, pet sit or house sit to take care of your fur baby! I will send frequent photos during my visit/walk and keep you updated with how your pet is doing. Whatever your pet's needs are, I am happy to accommodate! Your pet will be in good, loving hands, and I will enjoy hanging out with your baby! My schedule is pretty flexible so I would be able to help at scheduled times during the day. I also like to refinish furniture on the side, so taking care of your furry babies is usually not a scheduling conflict. I will make sure I follow all instructions you provide about your animal(s). I am responsible and happy to do whatever is necessary for your pet.

“Amazing dog sitters! Sent me pictures and kept me updated with my dog while I was out of town for 5 days. Will definitely book with them again! They are also close by my home which is a plus :)”

“Julie took great care of Stella. She was flexible, very responsive and sent lots of pictures. Stella had a great time with Julie and her family and she came home cleaned up and smelling nicely.”

“Candie took great care of Maisie - and put our minds at ease through the holiday. Her pup is a charming and gentle guy, and they got along very well. We will be back!”

“Jackson came through for me at the last minute and watched my dog right before I had to leave for vacation. He provided great communication and really saved our trip. Thanks so much, Jackson!”

“Samantha was fantastic! She took great care of our dog and was very good with communication. She and her family are very kind, and you can tell they have a genuine love of animals. I'd highly recommend Samantha!”

“We are so grateful for Joseph and his family for their care in watching our dog, Jack. On the day we were to drop Jack off to Joseph, Jack had an accident where she required veterinary care. Joseph was still willing to accept Jack and administer antibiotics and pain medication for a week while we were traveling. Joseph sent daily pictures and provided updates so we felt more at ease. Joseph and his entire family show care and love when Jack really needed it. I fully recommend them. Thank you.”

“Britny, Jeremy, and Remy were the BEST sitters for our pup Jager. They kept in contact, got some of the best pics, and overall were so kind to work with! We will definitely use them in the future so that Remy can visit with the “tiny dog” again 😊🤍”
