“Absolutely wonderful with my two dogs; they were taken very good care of, and I got daily pupdates! She was very responsive and understanding to the times I needed to drop off/ pick up my dogs. I will most certainly be boarding my dogs here again when needed.”

“We couldn’t be happier with the care our puppy received during his overnight stay. From the moment we dropped him off, we felt confident he was in great hands. Communication was excellent — we received updates and pictures that reassured us he was comfortable and having fun. Our pup can be energetic (typical puppy!), and they handled him with patience and care. He came home tired, happy, and clearly well loved. We truly appreciate the attention and kindness shown to him and would recommend!”

“Nikole and her family took great care of my dog Miley for 13 days. She sent me daily photos and video's of Miley having a great time. Communication was easy and quick. Nikole made sure she understood Miley's daily schedule at our house and followed it as close as possible while watching her. I would highly recommend Nikole for your pet sitting needs.”

“Nora and Levi were wonderful with my dog, Juno. They took great care of her over the holidays. Their dog Scarlett was a big sweetheart and got along with Juno very well. Their big, fenced in yard is just great for dogs. Highly recommend!”

About: I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life and understand that some animals need special care. I live in a quiet neighborhood with great walking paths! I work a Monday through Friday normal schedule, going into work around 6am and coming home around 3pm each day. I love going on morning, afternoon, and evening walks with my dog, Toby, and he loves to run around our backyard too. Weekends are meant for fun! Sometimes we go to the dog park or a walk through downtown. I care for them by giving them attention, sticking to a nice schedule, and understanding that every animal is different in their own, unique way. Some require more care, others are very chill like my own dog!
“Tawny once again came through for us and our last minute trip. I very much appreciate the prompt communication and flexibility. Finn is well cared for and came home happy. Thank you!”

“Madison was wonderful and flexible. First, we were able to modify our dates before the trip. Second. We ran into traffic on our way home and Madison was able to watch our dog for extra tune until we got home. We got picture updates and our dog was happy.”

“Trista watched our two girls over the weekend and they both took to her easily. We received pictures and updates daily. We will be using Trista’s services again in the future.”

“Kelly was absolutely amazing. My dog Luna stayed with her for a week and Kelly kept me updated regularly and took great care of Luna. I will use Kelly’s services again and would highly recommend others to do so.”

“We are so grateful for the care Matthew and Ellie gave to our dog Marla. This was our first time using Rover and we were very nervous. Matthew and Ellie let us come to their home to see everything and how more the would feel at their place. They are very open and respectful. Marla had a wonderful time they provided daily pictures. They were very responsive to any messages. They were in constant communication with us and were also very flexible when we needed to extend marvelous care. We are very pleased with how everything went and will definitely be using them again in the future. I especially appreciated how they seemed to not just see this as a job, but actually enjoyed having Marla as part of their family.”

“She was amazing there dog aurora is so cute and friendly. My dog had the best time and came home absolutely exhausted will definitely have them as my first choice for all bookings”

About: I have had the pleasure of adopting two special canines. The first a lab/beagle mixed who lived his best years until 17 yo. He was on special diet so I am familiar with restrictions. My current just turned 3 and is a lab/german wired haired pointer mix who is always looking for new friends. She had TPLO surgery last year so I am also comfortable with post-op restrictions!! I work from home daily so I can care for your pet all day!! Whatever your pet needs I can accommodate!! Agreeable to following specific needs if required. Our home is non-smoking and no kiddos!! Fully fenced backyard!! Willing to transport to local dog parks if preferred for daily activity!! Instructions are preferred so we make you pet feel at home!!
“Kelsie was so sweet to my dogs and they made themselves right at home. She sent me lots of pictures which was great. I really appreciated her taking them at the last minute on Memorial weekend! I will definitely use her again in the future.”

“We had a great experience with Mariah! She took amazing care of Goose and kept us updated with thoughtful, detailed messages the entire time, which gave us so much peace of mind. It was clear she really paid attention to his routine, behavior, and little quirks. Goose got plenty of exercise, attention, and care, and we came home to a happy (and tired!) pup. We would absolutely trust her to watch Goose again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter!”

“They were very flexible with the drop off/pick up times. They took my dog in as if she was their own and treated her very nicely and made sure she had just what she needed at all times. I could tell my dog had a wonderful time being there. Thank you for looking after her for us!”

About: Hello! My name is Savannah and I am a postdoctoral researcher in the biology department at IU. I have experience caring for all kinds of animals (dogs, cats, reptiles, fish and more). I have experience with small and large dogs, hyperactive/nervous dogs, as well as senior dogs so you can be assured that I know how to handle just about any dog personality. I am very responsible, considerate and dedicated to making sure your pets are happy and healthy. I consider it an honor to be welcomed into your pet’s life and take my job very seriously. Please feel welcome to ask me any and all questions you might have. Thank you so much for considering me! I cannot wait to hear from you and your pet! I have fairly flexible working hours as I largely can make my own schedule. I am available during the week and weekends as well as holidays. I have a fenced in yard if you would like your pet to stay with me, but I am also happy to take them for walks in addition to letting them play in the backyard. I have three dogs of my own that are all very friendly and I have ways to separate dogs from each other if need be so they don’t all have to interact at the same time.

“We had another sitter booked; our pet and everything were packed in the car, ready to meet the sitter & leave for our trip; then the sitter ended up being a no-show. Thankfully, Nikole replied to my SOS on Rover! We were able to take our precious Princess Pickles to Nikole's right away. She & her spouse were incredible! They listened to our concerns, and were very understanding and supportive. They took excellent care of our baby girl. Nikole knew we were anxious and apprehensive, and sent daily pics and videos. Nikole and her family gave Pickles time and space to get used to her new surroundings, and helped the process by brushing her and giving her treats (her favorite things!). In the past, after being boarded with other sitters, Pickles got sick, was extremely clingy, had nightmares, etc. None of these things happened after her time with Nikole! It was an easy, seamless transition. We are SO grateful and thankful for Nikole and her family! She's the only sitter for us from now on. We can't recommend her enough. (Just don't bombard her with bookings so she's not available when we need her. 😉)”

“Brandon was great with Malcom! He made sure to stay for the whole visit and made sure Malcom was worn out by the time he left. Brandon is also very easy to communicate with and responds within a timely manner. Would definitely recommend!”

“Zoe was great! This was my first time leaving my newly adopted kitty baby, but I immediately felt at ease when I met her and saw her interaction with Wallace. She was easy to communicate with, reliable, and took good care of my boy.”

About: I have always loved dogs/cats and giving them the attention they need. I have a flexible schedule at the moment which allows me to help you and your pets! Advice: if you have a dog that is not fully house-trained, it’s best to book house-sitting instead of drop-in visits to insure growth on the progress you have already made. I like to be very attentive to each pup and reward them for their good behavior learning! (Also, when I house/dog sit I do a daily surface clean/sweep/mop/etc) as a courtesy/no extra charge! I work part-time as a dental hygienist and on my own chosen schedule. I will make taking care of your dog/cat my main priority for the day(s) needed. (Also, when I house/dog sit I do a daily surface clean/sweep/mop/etc) as a courtesy/no extra charge! ) I have a very friendly, well behaved Italian Greyhound that loves visitors and making new friends. He doesn't bark much and we do not feed him human food. We have plenty of toys and treats! If your pup likes human food, then we can make an exception for them if you would like;)
About: Hi! I am a current Veterinary Assistant, and former Surgery Tech/Animal Behavior volunteer. I have had cats and other pets my entire life, and have tons of experience with pet sitting of all types, and as a dog walker for an animal shelter and another walking service app. I can administer any medications, as I do that every day all day at work. I am accustomed to all types of medical and behavioral needs. I have all kinds of relevant experience but the most important thing is that I can provide safe, reliable, and dedicated care for your pet while you're away. I know how stressful it is to trust your pet and potentially your home with a stranger, but I can assure you, they are in the best hands with me. I will respect your home, your rules, and your pet! I work Wednesdays through Saturdays, and am off Sundays through Tuesdays, and will be fully available during those days. I have no other commitments during those off days. I have only 2 hamsters, so I can provide tons of attention to your pet! I can board cats at my place, but otherwise I can do dog sitting at yours, and can do stop-in visits or just walks. Whatever your pet needs to be comfortable. I am flexible.

About: Hi! I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was a kid and somehow became the go-to “can you check on my pet?” person for all my friends. I also have a cat, so I’m fluent in both tail wags and judgmental stares. I’m a local teacher, which means I’m patient, responsible, and fully background checked (trusted with a room full of kids—so your fur babies are in good hands). I’ll treat your pets like my own and make sure they’re happy, safe, and maybe a little spoiled. You can trust me with your fur children—I promise to return them just as adorable as you left them :)
About: I have 2 dogs, a 6 year old mix and 3 year old mix. They are like my children. I've had many dogs growing up and I love caring for them. I'm always game to play with dogs. I work full-time but it would be nice to make some extra cash doing something I really love in my evenings. I love being with dogs and finding out their personalities and what they like. I have a small fenced in yard and 2 dogs currently. One of my dogs does not like to play with other dogs so I won't be Introducing her to anyone's pet. So I will be tending to dogs without my own pets.
About: I've had a pet dog for as long as I can remember. My parents taught me the value of having a happy, healthy companion and instilled a love of pets and pet care that will last a lifetime. I've interacted with a variety of dogs over the years, both in my house and in friends' houses, from small Pomeranians to medium Beagles to large Black Labs and Great Danes. I currently have a Boxer/Bulldog mix who I've had since he was 6 weeks old, so your puppy will be comfortable with me! I know that trusting me with your pet is trusting me with a member of your family, and I take that honor very seriously. I look forward to meeting your fur baby! I currently work part time sporadically throughout the day, so I have plenty of opportunities to visit your pet during the day. I also have full availability in the evenings and at night, so overnight visits are not an issue. As I mentioned, I currently have a Boxer/Bulldog mix who would love to keep your pet company! I live in a quiet neighborhood a short drive away from Clinton Dog Park, so on nice days, we can take a trip to the park and run around there as well.

“Ashli is awesome! This was our first drop-in without anyone home after a meet & greet, and everything went great. She kept an eye on Coda and made sure he didn't try to swallow any bully stick pieces and even brought our packages inside. Our plans changed last minute, and Ashli was super flexible with timing, so we were able to stay out a little later. It's a huge relief not having to worry about being away knowing she's keeping him company and taking great care of him.”

“Makayla was fantastic! She was communicative and even went above and beyond to help us after an address mix-up on our end. Would trust her with any of our pet care!”

About: Hello! My name is Mirte (pronounced meer‑tah), and I’ve been caring for pets professionally for several years now. I share my home with a sweet kitty named Evie and a goofy beagle named Mylo, and I adore them both like family. That same level of love, patience, and attention is what I bring to every cat I care for. Before pursuing social work I originally planned to become a veterinary technician, so my love for animals runs deep. Cats have always held a special place in my heart. Whether your kitty is shy, social, playful, or independent, I connect in a way that feels right for them. 🐈🧶 My schedule is very flexible right now since I’ve just wrapped up my internship, and I offer everything from drop‑ins to overnight stays. I always prefer meeting in person beforehand so you and your cat feel completely at ease. I’d love to connect and support you however I can; your pet’s well‑being truly matters to me.

About: I have been around cats my whole life. I’ve made friends with the cats that others say, “oh she’s not too fond of people” like magic! And I’ve given oral medications to cats handfuls of times.
About: Hello my name is michkayla im a single mom that’s unfortunately between jobs I do lots of handyman type side work but not quite cutting at the moment i recently just got my puppy Rufus who was a stray when I found him and it reminded just how hard leaving a pet alone at home all day can be so I figured with my love for pets I’d give this thing a shot im very patient and know how to handle dogs and other pets safely I did 3 yrs of animal science in high school and have 25 yrs of owning pets I’m currently job searching and full time parenting a three yr old im always available from 9-3 for any pet kid friendly anytime before or after those time I ask pets to be kid friendly as I’ll most likely have my child with me I give pets time to get used to me before approaching I’ll often follow up with common training and of course lots of love and some possible treats (with approval from parents )

About: While in college my roommate had a cat. He neglected his cat, he wouldn't change his litter box, and would spray him with a water bottle whenever he did something "naughty". I ended up cleaning the litter box. And his cat ended liking me more than him. Cats hold a special place in my heart, their goofy, curious, and sometimes sassy attitudes are endlessly entertaining. I would love the opportunity to be of service to you and your lovely kitty!

“Kelly really saved me in a pinch and did exactly what I had in mind my for 2 dogs experiencing doggy daycare for the first time! I gave her a brief overview of their personalities and my expectations for the day and she provided an easy, stress-free day for me! She was also flexible with my drop off and pick up times possibly changing and was incredibly kind/understanding about me not being able to give her an idea of drop off/pick up. I would definitely book with her again!”

“Nikole and her family were great to Eva. She had fun with Daisy the whole day in their yard. Nikole sent me pictures and updates during the day. It was cold and Nikole followed my advice to put the winter coat on Eva as she is not used to the snow. Also, Eva is Brazilian and Nikole was able to learn few words in Portuguese to be able to communicate with her. I booked Nikole to watch Eva next week again and will continue to book her every time I travel. Eva has a second home in Indiana.”

About: I have been a dog owner all my life. Our last dog passed away last year at age 17. My husband and I really miss him but dont want to commit to years of having another. Taking care of your pet would really help us I think. We are self employed so we work from home on our own schedule. It would no trouble looking after and caring for your dog anytime. Live of 1 mile off hwy 37 in a rural area. We have a two acre plot that will provide plenty of room for them to run and play.
“Celsei is fantastic! She welcomed our pup with care and professionalism and kept us updated with photos throughout the day. I would highly recommend anyone in need of dog sitting while visiting Bloomington to consider Celsei.”

I work from home and am very active. Live on a loop that is .5 miles long and have 3 acres of yard. Ur dog will enjoy it here. I have 3 acres of yard and alternate between freedom in the house, walks, long runners outside and kennels for alone time. “Tawny was relaxed and good with my dogs. She wasn’t put off by my Shepherds size or talkativeness. On the other hand, I was nervous. First time leaving my dogs with a new sitter. Tawny thought to send pictures of my dogs with some new friends without me asking, which was a relief. My dogs were happy and tired when I picked them up. They had had a great day. They even got a very sweet card from Tawny’a own dogs. Very nice touch”

“Kimberly was so kind and accommodating. Mia had a great time playing with her and her dog. She has a larger property with plenty of room to roam and play which was great for our golden. We will definitely have her dog sit for us again if ever needed in the future. Thanks!”

“Augie had a wonderful time with Mary Jane and family. This was the first time we left Augie with anyone; Mary Jane made us feel reassured and calm. We had a terrific get away and Augie had a great day! Thank you, Janine & Bruce”
About: I grew up with several small dogs and I currently have three, so I have experience with taking care of their needs and giving attention to multiple dogs at once! I’m available for boarding and dog sitting on weekends and weekdays. I’m home most days so my schedule is fairly open. When I'm available, I rarely leave the house for more than an hour at a time. I have a fenced in yard for your dog to safely enjoy fresh air! I also have two small crates and the ability to segment off parts of the house with baby gates if the need arises.
About: My fiancé and I have cared for dogs of various breeds, sizes, and temperaments, from puppies to senior dogs requiring special attention. Our experience includes feeding according to dietary needs, ensuring regular exercise through walks and playtime, administering medications, and maintaining a safe, clean environment. And let’s not forget, all the cuddles your pup will allow! Pet care fits seamlessly into our weekly routine, as both my fiancé, Renas, and I work from home. I work part-time and he works full-time, which means one of us is always home to provide attentive care. Renas shares my love for animals and is always actively involved in caring for the pets we welcome. Our schedules are flexible and fully adaptable to meet your pet’s unique needs. While your pet is in our care, we will follow any schedule/routine that fits your pets needs. We will also ensure proper feeding/watering and any dietary restrictions. Pets will have regular walks and playtime as well as proper physical and mental stimulation such as engaging in games or activities that cater to the pet’s personality and energy level. If games and activities aren’t your pets cup of tea, we can be great couch potatoes and cuddle buddies as well. Maintaining a clean pet environment is a priority ensuring their space is free from hazards. Any basic grooming needs will also be provided. Last but not least, we are happy to keep pet owners updated regularly through messages, pictures, or videos to provide peace of mind. (Pets are allowed on furniture and are welcome to sleep in bed if preferred 😊) Side note- We live in a two story home on a half acre lot that backs up to a wooded area. Our yard is not fenced in so dogs will need to be leashed when going outside. Our neighborhood is very dog friendly with tree lined streets and sidewalks on both sides. There’s also several trails nearby that’s great for dog walking and adventures!

“Karen did an awesome job with our pups for daycare! She took them for several adventures (hiking and to the park) and introduced them to a bunch of other dog friends :) We got great pictures and updates - she was very easy to communicate with and flexible.”

About: From a young age I have helped take care of our pets of all ages and stages. I love all dogs and as a pet parent myself, I would love to care for your dog like my own. I’m currently working from home and I have plenty of time for pet care. Playtime, walks, and potty breaks can all be provided with no issue. I have a fenced in yard in the quiet countryside and a corgi that would love a friend to play with. Both of us will be able to provide plenty of playtime.
About: I started taking care of and training my first family dog when I was only 6 years old! I have had dogs of all breeds and sizes my whole life. I adopted my first cat when I was 19 and have cared for 2 of them since then. My current pets include my cat, Nala who is a 5 year old loving girl. Brock, my 9 year old 106 pound Pit Bull is a giant baby. And last but not least, Bella, is my 5 year old 41 pound Puggle. I know how to care for play with and handle dogs and cats alike! It doesn’t matter if they are old or young, and also big or small!!! I am also familiar with administering oral and topical medication to your dog or cat! I work as a delivery driver and am able to take frequent breaks when it is slow at work so I am available almost anytime!!! All my animals take turns sleeping in bed with me because we all love to cuddle. Unfortunately, I cannot watch your pet in my home because my Pit Bull, Brock, doesn’t really care for other dogs other than his sister. But I can handle 100+ pound dogs on the leash with no problem as I have a 106 pound dog myself.

I’m responsible, patient, and don’t mind cleaning up accidents or handling energetic pets. I was involved in 4-H for three years, which helped me gain even more experience working with animals. About: I have been around and loved dogs for my entire life. One of our family dogs had two litters while I was in high school and I helped take care of and raise the puppies. I also frequently pet-sat for neighbors and friends. Last year my wife and I adopted a puppy from Puerto Rico who we adore. I look forward to giving your pets the care and love they deserve! I do freelance work as a musician and dancer, so I have a fairly unpredictable schedule. Currently I am available on weekdays from 8 AM to 10 PM but I can be available on some weekends. I am happy to play with your dogs in their home or yard, to work on training as needed (our dog has been in training courses for around six months), or to do whatever else your dog will enjoy! I also enjoy walks and am happy to take your dog around the neighborhood or to nearby parks.

About: I’ve been around animals my whole life—pets have always been part of my family! Right now, I have 4 cats and 2 dogs of my own, so I’m very comfortable handling different personalities and energy levels. I don’t just work with cats and dogs either—I’ve cared for everything from hamsters to horses, and even birds! No matter the animal, I’m confident, patient, and know how to make them feel safe and loved. Whether your pet loves to play, go for walks, or just relax and get some extra attention, I’m happy to match their vibe. I’ll make sure they’re fed on time, get their exercise, and receive plenty of love while you’re away. I work online, so my schedule is super flexible. Need a midday walk or extra check-ins? I’ve got you covered! I’m also a photographer, so you can expect lots of cute photo updates of your pets while you’re gone 📸 I truly love meeting new people and their animals, and I’d love to work with you to make sure your pets are happy, comfortable, and well cared for! Pet care is part of my everyday life! With a flexible, work-from-home schedule, I’m able to easily build my day around walks, feedings, and giving pets plenty of love and attention. One thing I ask is to be made aware of any pineapple scented items(soaps, air fresheners, food, etc.) before entering the home as I am severely allergic. I follow your pet’s routine as closely as possible—feeding, walks, playtime, and any special instructions. I focus on keeping them comfortable, safe, and well-loved, and I always provide updates while you’re away.
“Savannah was great this week with my little dog, Chloe. She was prompt and communicative. Chloe normally takes some time to warm up to new people but made fast friends with her.”

About: Hi there! I’m an avid animal lover with a gentle, patient approach to pet care. I share my home with a sweet kitty named Evie and my rescue beagle, Mylo: a lovable goofball who keeps me humble and well‑trained. I always look after every pet with the same attentiveness, patience, and high quality care I give my own little crew. 🐾 Before pursuing social work, I actually planned to become a veterinary technician, and that early passion for animals has stayed with me. I’ve volunteered at the Wabash animal shelter, spent years riding horses, and gained hands‑on experience with all kinds of personalities and needs. Mylo, who struggles with anxiety, has taught me a lot about de‑escalating reactivity and building trust through positive reinforcement. He also takes daily medication, so I’m very comfortable administering meds and following specific care routines. Mylo likes to think of it as his “evening treat with extra steps.” Over the past several years, I’ve pet‑sat for friends, family, and their extended circles. This has allowed me to care for pets of all ages and ranging needs. No matter the temperament, I adapt to each animal’s personality, mood, and boundaries. Striving to create a calm, reassuring environment where your pet feels understood is central to my approach as a caregiver. Please reach out if you have any questions! Your pet's comfort is my priority ❤️ My schedule is currently very open as I wrap up my internship, and I’m available for daily check‑ins, walks, and overnight stays! Please feel free to reach out with any questions, I’m always happy to connect. ❤️🐕🦺🎾 I love caring for pets where they feel safest, their home 🏡🐾. While I’m there, I carefully follow your pet’s routine and keep their space clean and comfortable, so you return to a happy, relaxed fur baby and a home that feels just as you left it (or better).

About: Hello! Former veterinary assistant, forever animal lover here! Have spent the last 14 years working with dogs and cats in various professional contexts: boarding and daycare, animal shelters, high-volume spay/neuter, and, more recently, full-service veterinary medicine. Additionally, I have been caring for dogs and cats in my own home since I was young. I will offer your pet/s compassionate, attentive care.

“Maddie had such a good time with Isabella! She was so gentle and caring, and made sure Maddie got plenty of walks and attention. I highly recommend her- she'll take great care of your pets and put your mind at ease.”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind since I was 14. Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed and bathe their pets I’m currently a student at Indiana University and I am home for the summer so I have plenty of time to care for your pets! I have a fenced yard and I have had a dog my whole life and have dog sat and dog walked for many friends and family members.
About: I’m currently a Junior in college and I miss my dogs at home, which is what made me want to become a sitter on rover. I have two bernedoodles at home. One is 4 year old and one is 6 months old, so I’ve had experience training both of them and caring for both of them. I also walked a neighborhood golden doodle frequently in high school. Last summer I nannied a family with an adorable pitbull that I cared for in addition to the children. I also had a golden retriever growing up for 12 years. I love all ages, sizes, and breeds of dogs. I have a summer class from 9-12 every morning, but other than that I can be home all day. I spend most of my time studying at home, but love to go for walks as study breaks and I live a very active lifestyle, which dogs would fit into perfectly. I also love being outdoors and I live alone so I’d love the company of a furry friend. It really depends on the client and how they want me to care for their pet. I want to do as much as I can to make their dogs feel at home and at ease. I’ve seen how hard it is for my own dogs back at home to adjust to a new environment, so I want to provide a healthy environment for other people’s dogs. When I get clients I make sure to ask them about their dogs routine, so I can do my best to mimic that.
About: As a retired teacher, I’ve spent my life nurturing, encouraging, and caring for others, and that same patience and dedication extend to every dog I meet. I understand that pets are family, and I provide a safe, loving, and dependable environment where your furry friend can feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away. Whether your dog enjoys playtime, walks, cuddles, or simply a calm companion nearby, I tailor my care to their unique personality and needs. With years of experience building trust and creating positive relationships, you can have peace of mind knowing your beloved pet is receiving plenty of attention, affection, and gentle care. I look forward to treating your dog like one of my own! 🐾❤️ I am available to watch your dog for you if you need a short-term doggy daycare option or someone reliable to care for your furry family member while you’re on vacation for several days. I have a fenced-in yard and two fur babies to keep your fur baby company while you’re away. We will have regular yard playtime and potty breaks, every 2-4 hours during the day. I am also happy to come walk your dog for you if you prefer that.
“Mason has been such a great sitter! He first started with boarding my pup at his home and then has helped with drop in. He is very communicative and flexible. I absolutely recommend using him!”
