“We dropped our dogs on our way out of town Thursday morning and returned for them Sunday evening. I appreciated Destinee's flexibility with our pick-up time (I had initially booked for the following morning but it made more sense for us to pick them up on our way through as we were heading south to Bloomington - our timing was a bit later than she would have preferred but she graciously worked with us). We received photos of the dogs both inside the house and outside in the backyard on the first three days of care, and a written description of how they were doing on the first day. The home and yard seemed nice and I really appreciated not needing to bring bowls/ beds/ extra items as she provides everything. The only tips I would have for a better "pet parent" experience would be to be more consistent with writing about how each day went, and possibly showing off some of the house/yard upon drop off. Since we don't live close by, a meet and greet or advance tour wouldn't have made sense for us anyway. I feel like our dogs were in good hands with Destinee and her husband. Thanks again for a great stay!”

About: Leaving your pups with a stranger is extremely worrying! With me as your sitter, I can send you wellness pictures as often as you’d like, text you plenty of updates, and treat them as my own. I currently own 5 very high maintenance dogs, in which most of them are large breed. I’ve gone through thick and thin with dogs, but I believe that they all deserve love. If you are worried about finding a sitter who can manage your wild (or calm) dogs, then I’d be happy to help! I will always elaborate on my schedule with owners and spend as much time as I can with the animals! I work part time, but most likely I would be requesting off work to be with your animals. I don’t mind dogs on the couch, or on the bed. I am not strict on any training at all, but being potty trained is fairly needed unless it’s a puppy or senior. I can provide walks and baths. If your pets need a few hours of playtime, I can play with them as well. Every family has specific needs that I would be glad to discuss with you!

About: I worked at a cat cafe for 4 years, and have been working at a small-animal veterinary clinic for the past 2 years. I’ve provided pet sitting many times over the last 6 years, and am currently working towards my master’s degree in animal science and behavior. I’m well-rounded in proper animal husbandry, medication administration— from pills to insulin injections— nutrition, and animal behavior. About: I love pets. I had my Golden Retriever since he was 10 weeks. Now he is 7 and half. Very healthy! I take him to dog park everyday. I am full time home, so I have lots of time to play with your dog. I can walk them, play with them, take them to dog park. I have a fenced yard that your fur baby can play during in the day. My golden retriever is very friendly and happy to play with other dogs. I usually walk them twice a day besides the dog park, one in the morning and one in the evening. There would be two 1- 1 1/2 hour play time in the backyard too.

I am currently a student-athlete, so I like to get my workouts and stuff done in the morning, so I am typically available the most from 12pm until around 6pm! I am willing to do whatever my client needs when taking care of their fur baby! I am very respectful of others spaces and am very attentive when it comes to detail!
About: I have cared for a diverse number of animals through my life. Dogs, cats and exotic pets. I can feed/water, walk, take out, play, clean potty pads or litter boxes/cages or tanks, administer medications, assist in potty training, dog cpr, care for animals post surgery. I do work full time mon-fri however I am available for multiple daily check ins to perform tasks with your pets throughout the day. Weekends open. I care for every animal as if it is my own no matter the species. I am very attentive while provide space for those pets who are shy. I ensure get perform all tasks so your pet is comfortable while awaiting my next check in in.
About: I’ve been pet sitting on and off since I was about 13 years old. Family, friends & neighbors would often ask me to stop by throughout the day or stay overnight with their dogs and/or cats while they were out of town. I grew up in an animal-loving family that always had dogs and/or cats, so I am very comfortable with their care and LOVE spending time with them. I work 3 nights a week. My schedule may vary from week to week, especially for overnight services, but it overall allows me to be very flexible on my days off. I keep my schedule up to date on Rover to accurately reflect my availability. I am currently unable to have other pets in my apartment due to lease restrictions, so care will have to occur at your home. “We dropped our dogs on our way out of town Thursday morning and returned for them Sunday evening. I appreciated Destinee's flexibility with our pick-up time (I had initially booked for the following morning but it made more sense for us to pick them up on our way through as we were heading south to Bloomington - our timing was a bit later than she would have preferred but she graciously worked with us). We received photos of the dogs both inside the house and outside in the backyard on the first three days of care, and a written description of how they were doing on the first day. The home and yard seemed nice and I really appreciated not needing to bring bowls/ beds/ extra items as she provides everything. The only tips I would have for a better "pet parent" experience would be to be more consistent with writing about how each day went, and possibly showing off some of the house/yard upon drop off. Since we don't live close by, a meet and greet or advance tour wouldn't have made sense for us anyway. I feel like our dogs were in good hands with Destinee and her husband. Thanks again for a great stay!”
