As a child, I had 2 cats at my mom's house and 1 dog at my dad's house. I learned how to care for them at a young age, and I only continued to learn how to care for pets as I got older. I began pet sitting when I was 12. I watched my teacher's black lab multiple times over a 4 year period. Then, I adopted a puppy and a stray dog who showed up at my porch a couple of years ago. We live out in the country with a small fenced in yard and a fairly large 2-story house with lots of room for dog walks if on a leash outdoors and they can have the run of the house indoors! We provide three walks a day and also provide doggie daycare services to help socialize pups, if requested by owners. We have two Bernese Mountain Dogs, Hank and Harley, that we use for socialization. They are lover dogs and enjoy playing with other pups! Daily pictures will be taken and sent to owners. My dog does stay in a crate when we are gone for a period and only then, but crating is always your choice if you crate yours that’s fine if not he/she is free to run the house and even lay on any of the furniture.
