About: I grew up with a dog in my home, so caring for pets has always felt natural to me. Today, my wife and I have two boys and a two-year-old mini Australian Labradoodle, so dogs are already a regular part of our family life. As a family, we’ve also helped care for dogs through the Humane Society, which has given us experience with different personalities, energy levels, and needs. We understand that every dog is unique, and we’ll take the time to learn your pet’s routine, preferences, and comfort level so they feel safe and cared for while you’re away. Our goal is to provide reliable, loving, family-style care with plenty of attention, fun, and updates for you along the way Pet care fits naturally into our daily routine because I work from home and am home most evenings. That gives me flexibility throughout the day for potty breaks, feeding, playtime, walks, and check-ins. My wife and I also have a dog of our own, so caring for pets is already part of our normal family rhythm. We’re used to building our day around walks, meals, attention, and making sure dogs feel comfortable and cared for. In our home, we focus on providing a safe, comfortable, family-style environment where pets can feel cared for and relaxed. We’ll follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding times, potty breaks, walks, playtime, crate or sleep preferences, and any special instructions from the owner. Since I work from home, I’m available throughout the day for attention, supervision, potty breaks, and check-ins. We also have a two-year-old mini Australian Labradoodle, so we understand the importance of routine, patience, exercise, and helping dogs feel secure in a home setting. For drop-ins or care in a client’s home, we’ll be respectful of the home and make sure pets have food, fresh water, potty breaks, playtime, affection, and any needed care based on the owner’s instructions. We’ll also send updates and photos so owners know how their pet is doing while they’re away. Before accepting a booking, we like to learn about each pet’s personality, schedule, comfort level, and any important safety details so we can make sure it’s a good fit for everyone.
“Celestial was amazing with my pup! She did such a great job and kept me updated with tons of photos while I was away. I could tell he was happy and well cared for the whole time. She really went above and beyond, and I’ll definitely book with her again!”

“Brianna did a great job taking care of (and cleaning up after) my messy cat while I was away! She was extremely prompt in replying to queries and providing updates, and willing to go beyond the call of duty in checking in on the cat. Highly recommended sitter!”

“Absolutely wonderful! Victoria communicated well, provided lots of photos and my cat adores her! I was nervous as this was my first time using Rover, but Victoria put me at ease and made sure my fur baby was well cared for. I highly recommend her and I will definitely use her again in the future!”

About: I have five cats of my own. I had a cat that had chronic kidney disease, which I had to give daily medications for. My five now range from 1 year old to 14 years old. I am comfortable with trimming cat nails as well if you are in need.

About: In the time I have pet sat for friends or family, each family has had a cat or 2. I find cats are usually on the easier end of care, as most of the time they are looking for attention or some snacks. I have pet sat up to 10 cats in one household that only required drop ins, as most of them were shy. I always believe the more the merrier!
About: I have had dog and cats for the past 15 years. I had a calico cat that had diabetes and a GSD with problems. They have since passed away . So now we have 1 year old litter mate GSD that are my world. Also 3 cats to make our house like a Zoo!!! I currently work full.time and usually off by 230pm with Friday and Sundays off. I can easily stop in or stay with the dog or cat overnight. Lots of snuggles and whatever the animals needsand require. Daily walks or just watching TV or playing. Daily feedings and water changes. Making sure they are safe.
About: My Fiancé and I have had big dogs and small dogs throughout both our lives! With that, I have 2+years of experience as a kennel technician where I had worked with a variety of different dog sizes and breeds. My background includes working with dogs that require specialized care, such as those with mobility challenges, sensory impairments, or chronic health conditions. I am adept at adapting environments and routines to ensure their comfort and safety. I currently have a very flexible schedule where I am available to work anytime you are needing, all week long and I am also able to travel a considerable distance as well! I have a small dog that is young and playful and loves to play on our backyard. And I also have an older medium sized dog who is kind of moody but usually keeps to herself! We have a house full of dog toys and treats because both of my dogs are very spoiled.

About: I have been pet-sitting since I was a child, for the neighborhood. It all started with a cat next door, named Honey. Since then, I have close to 30 years of experience in Veterinary Medicine. I have 3 cats of my own, currently, but have had others in the past, too. I LOVE my furry feline friends!
About: I work in natural resources & environmental science and have experience in the field with livestock and wildlife. I am passionate about the outdoors and have my own rescue mutt that I’ve had for two years after losing my 16 year old dog. Elvis (my rescue) is a runner with a lot of quirks so I am very attentive and careful when dog and cat sitting. I work a flexible schedule, but I am mostly available in the mornings, flexible lunch time, and after 3 pm on weekdays with full availability on weekends. My dog at home is crated while I am not home and is leash trained. I am used to working with dogs I have to keep my eye on and I can accommodate any needs from clients.
About: I have my own dog. I've grown up with dogs. I worked at a pet store when I was a teenager, and have house/pet sat before. Although, I'm not a vet, I'm observant and will keep an eye out for issues that concern you. Pet health is important. That includes nutrition and grooming. I know some think there is such a thing as over involved pet parents, I think they're family and should be treated as such. I volunteer at my church every Thursday, Backpack Program fifth Wednesdays (when they occur) and Orphan Grain Train every other month on the third Thursday. Otherwise, I take care of my dad who has COPD. I have to be home to cook for him. And take care of my own dog. Eventually, I will allow dogs to stay with me overnight, but I want to make sure my dog and said dogs get along. So that is my availability. I have a pitbull mix. She is very good around other dogs. Especially after she gets to know them. She's not aggressive, just tends to hump when excited. All dogs will need a leash if they are coming with me. I have walking trails in my community. I have no problem walking your dogs in them. Please make sure they have up to date tick meds. Also I live with my dad he will be petting and loving any pet that spends the night. My house is two story, so if you have a senior dog that needs help just let me know.

“Noah took great care of our two cats and was incredibly helpful when our trip got extended. He stayed flexible, kept a positive attitude, and handled everything with professionalism. We came home to happy, well-cared-for cats and truly appreciated his support. Highly recommend!”

About: I’m a pet sitter with lots of shelter and veterinary clinic experience. I worked for two years at an animal shelter and over a year with a high-volume mobile spay/neuter and wellness clinic, where we handled and cared for 100+ cats per day, including shy, undersocialized, and high-stress cats. I’m comfortable caring for cats of all ages and needs, from playful kittens to senior and special-needs cats. I also have experience with cats who are anxious, sensitive, or need a slower, more patient approach. I understand that every cat has their own comfort level and personality. I take a calm, gentle approach and pay close attention to what each cat needs to feel comfortable. I also keep an eye on important signs of how they’re doing, like appetite, litter box routine, energy level, and overall behavior. I’m very safety-focused and have done a lot of learning about feline body language, carrier and transport safety, straightforward medication routines, and common household hazards (including toxic plants, foods, and cleaning products). I truly treat every cat I care for the way I treat my own, with patience, respect, and close attention to their routine and comfort. Every visit includes thorough photo updates and notes, and my priority is always safe, reliable care so your cat feels secure and you feel completely at ease while you’re away.
“Ben was fantastic! My cats started off the trip initially being nervous about me being gone, and progressively got better under Ben’s care. He was great with keeping me updated throughout the time of my trip!”

“Sarah watches or boards our dog all the time, we love her! She sends pics often which I appreciate, and I know she’s in good hands when she’s in her care! Phoenix is a lap dog and I get lots of pics of her wrapped up in a blanket in hers or her husbands laps!”

“It was another GREAT day with Mrs. Emily today!! Hank can’t wait to see her every Thursday and he is always a happy boy when I pick him up.. Thanks Mrs. Emily for being such a fantastic sitter!! If you’re looking for someone to watch your furry baby, we HIGHLY recommend her!”

“Brittany, was wonderful with my little Maggie and her dog Waylon was great with Maggie too!! She sent me pictures and updates which I really appreciated. I will definitely use her again!”

“Janet saved the day! My husband and I were staying at a Home2 Suites locally for a couple nights with Stella and Jäger as we are moving from Ohio. The dogs struggled in the hotel and we were told that they could not stay alone as they cried and whined while we were away. I found Janet on Rover late in the evening on Monday and we were able to get daycare booked for the next day while we completed our final walk through and closing on our new house. A huge weight was lifted as we know this move is a big transition for not just Stella and Jäger but also for my husband and I. Janet played with Jäger and Stella and even sent me a picture to help ease my mind. So thankful for her!!”

About: You're not just hiring another pet sitter; you're entrusting your beloved dog to someone whose life has been filled with canine companionship from day one. Growing up with dogs wasn't just about having pets; it was a hands-on education in understanding their nuanced body language, anticipating their needs, and fostering genuine connections built on trust and affection. This lifelong immersion has instilled in me an intuitive understanding that goes beyond standard training, allowing me to provide a level of care that feels less like a service and more like an extension of the loving home your dog already knows. I am currently a stay at home mom so will have plenty of time for your pets , love doing outdoor activities with the dogs also love cuddling and loving on all the animals I will take your dog out on leash every couple hours unless they need more, I have a chiweenie and German shepherd that loves having friends to play with and my children are amazing with animals as well.
“Kristen and Kenneth were phenomenal! We could not have asked for a better sitter for our dog Ace. They were so welcoming, made sure everyone was a good fit, let us see where the dogs would be and helped us and our boy get acclimated to the environment! They sent updates throughout his stay and sent lots of pictures! I never once worried about Ace (and we often do as he is a very anxious dog)! Not only this, but they helped us pull off an engagement and made accommodations so that the proposal could go perfectly without us having to worry about Ace (: we will 10000% be using them again!”

However, I know most will want me checking in on their own home, which is no bother for me! I’ve always been very caring with animals so I’m very excited to meet some puppies!
“Tracy is phenomenal! She sent updates throughout the day… letting me know what Theo was up to / if and what he was eating/ how he was interacting with the other dogs. She really loves each of the dogs like they her own. If you need a sitter, she is the one. Her priority is the dogs’ safety and I knew Theo would be well taken care of when I dropped him off. She is truly amazing!”

“Lori was warm and welcoming to my dogs and me. She was flexible with my chaotic day and super easy to work with. I really appreciated her help! Great yard space and secure fence, too!”

“Jaclyn is the BEST! I was so nervous to leave my puppy with someone but he comes home with the biggest smile and I know he was well taken care of :) I can tell he plays hard over there with her dogs! Nothing but great things to say ❤️”

“Our dogs loved their time at Kelli's! She is very friendly and obviously loves dogs. Kelli provided photos and updates during the day and is really communicative. Her fenced-in back yard provides a great opportunity for the dogs to romp around. Our dogs were worn out from playing and having such a good time! I would definitely love to use Kelli again.”

About: I have always taken care of family pets, and within the last 3 years have opened up to family friends, and their friends who looked for pet care. I do not limit myself to just cats and dogs, I can care for more exotic animals such as ferrets, turtles, reptiles, rabbits, etc. I am able to administer medications as needed. “Very happy with Aña’s care of my two dogs! They can be a handful, but both took to her immediately. She gave them several walks throughout the week and always communicated when she was heading over, and often sent a text letting me know how it went in addition to the thorough Rover cards. Upon coming home I was further reassured of the care and exercise provided by Aña’s services as the dogs did not boredom destroy anything, there were no accidents in the house, and both dogs seemed happy! Definitely planning on rebooking!”

“I can’t recommend her enough! She was so sweet and kept me updated the entire time with tons of pictures and messages. Cooper had an absolute blast at her house, especially playing with her dog. It made me feel so comfortable knowing he was in such good hands. We will definitely be booking with her again!”

“Miss Mary is super awesome. We felt bad for leaving our baby girl behind but she made it all better. My girl loves her and so do we. We both feel so comfortable at her place. The best part is knowing my girl is in good hands and being love. Highly recommend miss Mary to anyone who needs a someone loves animals.”

“Where a dog can be a dog! Becky has the ideal environment for dogs. My favorite thing is that my dog got to be with other dogs all the time and I received multiple videos and pictures that were refreshingly transparent. Our meet and greet impressed upon me Becky’s passion for canines and I could relax while my dog was in her capable hands.”
