Surama was very patient with them & made their stay a good one regardless. We didn't anticipate this issue & felt terrible about her having to deal with cleaning so many messes. I appreciated that she was open & honest about what was happening, while assuring me it was fine & in no way causing us to feel worse about it. About: I have had my own pets, cats and dogs, since I was very young and I have watched my family and friends animals for about 2 years now. They can rely on me to care for their animals when they are away from home for short or long periods of time. I take caring for others animals very seriously, and having a dog of my own, I understand how crucial it is to care for every one like your own. I graduated college in May 2026 and I am attending grad school starting Septemebr 2026. Between May and September I have full availability to care for pets, with no other commitments at this time. I have a big yard at my home, in the country where my dog roams. I always watch her because we do not have a fence, but sometimes we put her on a long leash to where she can run just as far as we would like. I am comfortable with leashing dogs. I have a cat that I adopted from the shelter as well. She was pregnant unexpectedly when I got her, so I helped her through prengancy, give birth, and now I have cared for the kittens as they are growing up and weaning off of their mom. I can also put the animal in a kennel if needed. Whatever is needed, I can make it possible!

I have commercial auto insurance coverage for your pet in my care. And I have uploaded a copy of my PetCare Insurance in my photos that covers potential incidents in your home, my home and in the park. I’ve given medication’s. I will follow your instructions to the letter and I don’t have an opinion. I have a lot of free time while I’m working on a book and don’t really need the money. I just would love the experience. I think the most important part is safety. PetCare Insurance for the unforeseen, but vigilance eliminates a lot of that. Pets are often curious and you need to make sure they’re not getting into harms way. When I take your dog for a walk, I won’t be on my phone because you need to be on the lookout for potential danger. I can take your dog to the park, around the neighborhood, for a drive or just stand in the yard. It’s all up to you. I will follow your instructions without opinion.

About: I’ve taken care all sorts of animals ever since I was a kid. I also showed goats in 4- H for ten years. I graduated high school in 2024 and during high school I volunteered many hours at the Clinton County Humane Society. In June of 2024 I started pet sitting for local families. Since then I have helped take care of many families furry friends including common house pets such as Dogs, Cats, and even Kinkajous! About: I’ve always always had a soft spot in my heart for animals. My parents have always had a ton, from a bunch of different breeds of dogs to pigs, to chameleons, to bunnies. I’ve always had experience with animals, it’s odd if I don’t have one around! I have a kitty named Nala and a Cocker Spaniel named Goose. They are my pride and joy! I feel as though pet care is just as important as self care. Animals are there for us, as our support, therefore, they should be taken care of just as well. Making sure that your animal is not only healthy, but happy is a priority to me! Having a routine and making sure that all needs are met is a must. I feel as though your home is also your pets home, therefore, enabling them to have their own space is important. Also, making sure your animal is fed and watered and stimulated and energized plays a large role. Playing with toys or running around in the yard are both great ways of stimulating the brain!
About: As many others I’ve grown up having multiple pets. I have always had a passion for caring for animals. I worked at an animal shelter where I provided the best care whether it was dog walking, giving vaccinations, drawing blood, and more. About: My love for animals dates back to the many of nights I slept with my first “furry” best friend, Bruno (Golden Retriever), in his kennel. What resulted from that first love was an endless need to integrate the best skill-set to care for all family pets that followed. From potty training, to administering various medications for health/overall wellness, I am well rounded in what it means to show true care towards all pets. In caring for my own pets growing up, I showed my compassion for animals in the form of volunteering at various animal shelters in my town. Whether it was walking/playing with dogs for countless hours on end, or giving that one cat some extra attention that day I always strived to leave them happier than when I found them. I wanted to show them what it truly feels like to be loved. With your pets, I will do the same! :) I am currently working part-time, so my schedule (both night and day) is very flexible. Monday-Friday, including weekends, are available to me. I am available for early morning sitting, and into evenings (over night as needed). In my home, I care for my 1 year old cat, Pacino, in which he is given much attention throughout the day. He is very much entertained with many toys, and his vitamin enriched meals x2 a day (including a few treats).
About: Hello! I'm Carly. I've had dogs since I was a little girl and started to own cats in my college years. As time has gone on, I have adopted and purchased different pets and currently have three dogs, a wiener dog, English setter and Great-dane/mastiff/Corso. I also have four cats ranging in ages from kitten to old man :) All of my pets are extremely friendly and get along well with other animals! *** Care in Pet Palace *** I'm currently working from home, so your pets and I will spend all day long together! We will start our mornings with a morning potty break and some play time. My dogs love to roam the yard and play with one another with a little fetch every morning. If you prefer your dog has a breakfast in the morning I will serve this after some relaxing time in the mornings. We will take potty and play time breaks all day. I do have children, age 8 and up, who will be sure to give your pets love and attention and additional playtime all day long! Your pet will truly fit right in with us and feel apart of the family from day one! *** Care in your home *** Care in your home will occur to any standard and requests you set! Typically this will include myself coming to your home in the morning for a potty break and play time. I can also remain in the home for a period of time for love and snuggles if desired! I will come to the home as often as desired and provide meal during times requested! Please note I do not stay in your home overnight! *** Pet Palace *** When in my home, your pet will have the same access my pets do to the areas unless otherwise specified and agreed upon. Dogs have access to the entire first floor of our home and are able to lay on our furniture. Cats also have the same access as well as access to the second floor of our home, allowing them to relax in a quiet space away from puppy play! If I should need to leave the home, I do have a fenced in 8 foot tall dog run which includes a grassy area and a covered section on concrete where dog houses are for additional shelter. If the weather is not appropriate for the dogs to remain outside or you prefer they are contained indoors, a crate can be set up inside our sun room as well. *** In your home pet care *** If pet care is desired in your home instead, I will follow any instructions you may leave to care for your pet the way you desire so ensure they feel comfortable in their own home and to ensure you feel comfortable with the security of your home while you are away!
About: I have grown up with all kinds of animals from a very young age. I’ve always thought that I liked spending time with animals more than people. And have always had a love for them. :) I work a part-time job that feels full time but that’s because I work with the public, however I’m trying to switch to something more flexible. Evenings work best for me but knowing ahead of time I can do mornings too. My cats have free roam as it’s equally their house, however I can put them away. If it’s your home I can do whatever is asked for me. For outside I have a lot of land but it’s open.

About: Taking care of animals is a passion! Whether it be walking, or just giving well deserved attention and overall the care they need to be happy! I work full time but i am available mornings and late nights to help exert your dogs energy or just provide them a fun outlet! I have two cats that are leash trained! i know how easily they can get distracted and i remain alert to their needs. Having someone who cares while also being observant is key!
About: I have had my own dogs for all my life. I love to take my own dogs on up to three mile walks. I love all breeds and temperaments and old and young. Each dog is special and I know a member of your family. I currently have very flexible day time hours. About: I have an absolute LOVE! For animals and I have had all kinds from raccoons to goats and to monkeys (obviously dogs though too!). So I know what it takes to care for someone’s pet. I studied at Purdue for Wildlife so if that doesn’t say something about my passion for animals and being outside with animals I don’t know what will! Also I will be doing this because I do love animals and not just for the money, the money is just something nice added on and to help with college expenses (I also am staying in the area during summer so I’m here all year round to become a regular with your family for years to come!). About: As a life long dog lover I volunteered at a vet clinic for six months and I worked as a kennel attendant at a shelter for well over 5 years. I administered medication, gave shots, exercised and trained all breeds and types, bathed all types, and kept their kennels clean and the dogs twice fed twice daily. I have worked with puppies and seniors, lap dogs and mastiffs. Meeting new dog friends every day was the highlight of my job! To supplement my income I spent time house and pet sitting for local friends. In addition to dogs and cats, I've spent 3 years of my life working on horse farms and I'm available to care for barn babies as well. Let's talk! While I work part-time, my hours are very limited and will leave me plenty of time to play with your fur baby or check on your barn babies at least twice a day. We have a large fenced in back yard for dogs to run around in, some comfortable and cool places for dogs to chill indoors, and we can take frequent walks as a family.

About: I have taken care of my parents senior dog in my home while they were out of town. Helped a former coworker with her dog, also in my home, while she was out of town. I have helped a friend of mine with their senior dog + 4 cats in their home as drop in visits while they were out of town. Since starting Rover, I have had multiple in home stays with dogs, and homes that have both dogs and cats. I work full-time from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. My morning routine includes leaving the house by 7:00 AM to take my child to daycare or school. Before departing, all pets in my care are taken outside, fed, and provided with any necessary medications. Depending on the proximity of your home, I may be available to stop by during my lunch break to check on and care for your pet. After work, I pick up my child from daycare and can typically arrive at your home around 5:00 PM. Upon arrival, dogs will be taken outside promptly and fed as needed. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or to discuss specific care needs or scheduling. I care for pets with the same level of attention and compassion as I do my own. I follow each pet’s individual feeding schedule, ensure they always have access to fresh water, and administer any required medications as directed. Dogs are taken outside regularly for bathroom breaks and exercise, and I make time to play and engage with them to keep them happy and active. For cats, I maintain clean litter boxes in addition to providing consistent feeding, fresh water, and attentive care. About: Hello! I have been a dog sitter and cat sitter for over a couple years now. I have open days in my calendar due to less work obligations. Looking to fill the time and help out while I can! I am flexible to check on your pet throughout the day. I have a more than flexible work schedule and have the transportation needed to do so. We have a great dog park in my apartment complex and a friendly neighborhood where I am always able to walk the dog(s). I love getting to play around with the dog once I get back from work.
About: Growing up on a farm, I’ve loved being around and tending to animals since I was a little girl. I had dogs and cats my whole life (except for right now) and have loved learning to meet their needs! I am a part-time social worker at a local non-profit organization. I am also beginning online grad school to become a therapist. With both of these commitments, I primarily work from home. My weeks are pretty flexible!
