“Absolutely wonderful! My dog was happy, well-cared for, and spoiled with love while I was away. Communication was great, and I got the cutest photo updates. I couldn’t ask for better care! Would absolutely book again and recommend .”

“I was traveling and was so happy to find Jennifer and Larry near where I would be working. They are so nice and super organized. They sent photos and kept me updated on how Ginger was doing which I so appreciated”
“Lanae did an awesome job with sending us pictures and letting us know that Molly was having a great time. We will definitely be using Lanae again, if the need arises, when we are in the area. Thanks again for a great job!”

“This was my second time booking with Leandra and mark. They took such good care of my dog Berry. Leandra keeps you updated and responds back fast. They will forever be who I trust my baby with!”

“Josie and Michael were so good with our dog Benny. He is sometimes anxious in new situations, so we were nervous leaving him for the first time with someone other than family, but he did great! They are very kind people and the environment is very clean. They took great care of him! We have already booked our next trip with them.”

“Betty sent us texts and photos to keep us updated about our pup. Patches stayed with her for two days and two nights while we were in South Bend for game weekend. The host pups were very sweet and good companions for our dog. We would use this dog vacay again.”

“Katelin was wonderful with our 3 yr old corgi poo Lucy while we were out of town! We received photos of her regularly and loved that she and her family were so interactive with her. Lucy was well taken care of, we are grateful! Thank you Katelin!”

“Lynn is an absolute Godsend! She provided me multiple updates daily including photos. She offered food and health recommendations as well as resources to review and research. Lynn pampered and spoiled ChiChi during our nearly weeklong vacation. I would trust her with my own life, not just my dog’s life. She’s that darn good! I will only use her from now on and recommend her to anyone needing a pet sitter!! Thank you again Lynn!!! 🫶🏼”

I’ve much experience with bully breeds and non bully breeds. I understand and recognize behaviors and what they mean. I guarantee your pet will be safe with me. Safe, happy and loved!!!
“Excellent service is all I gotta say!! This was my dogs first time ever staying overnight with anyone besides her owners and she did really good, she doesn't like other animals so she had her own separate space! They kept me updated every few hours or so with videos and pictures, I will definitely be booking again! 😊”

“Amazing!! Faith was so attentive and made our anxious dogs quickly comfortable. When we picked them up they were tuckered out from having so much fun! We also received lots of pictures and videos, which we loved.”

“Lyndsey took great care of our dog while we were away. She has a great property that she took our dog on many walks on along with a fenced in back yard where our dog could play freely. Our dog came home a worn out pup! Lyndsey also texted daily with updates and pictures. It was the first time we used Rover, and she made it a great experience. We will rebook with her in the future!”

“Chris was very accommodating and Nilah seemed to have really enjoyed her time there. I appreciated his flexibility with us when I booked her drop-off at the wrong time. He sent updates and pictures. Thanks again Chris!”

“She made him very comfortable and at home. He was able to play and roam in the house and outside, with her well behaved dogs. I was very pleased with his care and plan on having Kathy watch him in the future.”

“Paul and Kelly (and kids) did a great job caring for our puppies. When we arrived for pickup, our puppies were happy and energetic. Paul and Kelly were very receptive to following our dogs’ schedules. We will definitely take them back to Paul, Kelly and the kids!”

“I cannot even begin to try and describe how thankful I am to have found Lindsay and her family for watching my dog, Hank. They truly treated him like he was one of their own, cared for him with love, and sent me pictures all throughout each day I had to be away. They made me feel comfortable and confident in having to leave Hank behind, and I will forever be grateful for that! Lindsay is the best thing to ever happen to dog sitting, and I will most definitely be booking with her again. 100/100 ?”

“Daisy was the happiest I've ever seen her with someone else taking care of her. Emily is a treasure that I found. I'll be using her often. Thank you Emily! And her dogs were awesome with Daisy!”

“Absolutely awesome experience! I can’t say enough good things about how well Hanna took care of my fur-babies. Highly recommend her and I will definitely have her over again in the future!”

“Alyssa was great! But I would rather review Rover...I thought the additional fees were excessive for cats. I could see it if 2+ dogs need walks..but to put out 3 bowls of food for cats was a little much...but I am thankful to Rover for providing the service.”

“Blair was perfect for our needs. Our dog is very skittish with unknown people and never does well in a kennel. She came and met with him while we were home to get aquatinted with him. She took care of him for the two days we needed and he was perfectly fine and relaxed when we came home. Will definitely use her again. Thank You Blair!”

About: I have been around cats since I was younger. I have 1 cat at our house and she is a feisty girl, her name is Cookie. I am much more a dog person but cats need love too! I do love on a rainy day when Cookie cuddles up to me while I read or nap! I am comfortable with a variety of needs a cat may require. I have house sat for various cats and have enjoyed interacting with them!
“I really appreciate Devin’s availability and willingness to respond to me when I blew up her phone ;) I literally could not find a pet sitter in this area that would respond to me. I have a lot of anxiety about leaving my dogs, and so it was nice to have someone who responded so quickly. (On a semi-unrelated note to pet sitting, she also took really cute pictures of my dogs which was helpful to my daughter while we were gone).”

“Raquel was wonderful!! Our shy cat actually let her pet her on the first meeting, so that’s all I need to know to rebook her for our next trip. Communication was top notch and she sent plenty of photos which always makes us feel at ease when we’re away from our baby. Water was full and litter box was clean when we got back home. We were booking for a very last minute trip and she responded faster than anyone I messaged. Super glad we met her, I’m sure our cat will be happy to see her again!”

About: Caring for cats has been a passion of mine since I was as little as eight. From kittens to elders, long-hairs to short, I've taken care of them all! There is no part of cat care that I dislike and I would love to spend time with your fur babies.

“My cat had a rough time adjusting at first and she was so patient with him as he was settling in! After he adjusted he loved being there, and I love the pictures I got from Anna from his stay! If I ever need someone to watch him again I will definitely be going to Anna!”

About: As a current cat parent myself, I appreciate when I know my cat is in good hands. This not only relieves my stress, but his as well. I can return to preparing for my trip, meeting, or holiday prep worry-free. I have firsthand experience placing my pet's care into another's hands. It took so much much trial, error, and good luck before I settled on a small roster of people who look out for my baby just as well as I can. People who would do whatever was necessary for making sure my pet's health and happiness was respected and nurtured. I've also nurtured many types of animals as they were sick, healthy, hurt, anxious, etc. I've also housesat, catsat, and dogsat for a number of people in Indianapolis, just in this year alone. Medications, anxiety, shyness, distrust, to name a few, are not foreign concepts in my cat care. I've experienced them in caring for my own little ginger boy, cats from my past, and cats I've recently catsat for. None of those things deter me from making sure your cat receives optimal care, respect, and attention. ?? Being a total free-spirit, I currently possess a large amount of flexibility and an open calendar. Especially around those family holidays. I can offer what few others can in this moment, time, intentionality and availability in pet care.
“Amber was great with my cat and turtle. She was very communicative and messaged quickly with any questions or concerns. I came home to very happy little girls! Will definitely work with her again!”

About: I am currently unavailable until April 8th, 2020 due to a study service trip with Goshen College. Feel free to contact me, but know you will not receive a response until April 8th. Thank you for understanding. I have no professional experience with dog care, however I have cared for numerous pets over the last 15 years of my life (I'm 21 now) and have loved every bit of it. I am looking to get some extra cash by doing something I love while in college. I love taking dogs to the park to play for hours and then snuggling up with them later because they are so tired. It's my favorite thing to do is tire a dog out so much that all it does is want to sleep later (kind of like a kid, haha). Really just looking for an excuse to spend time with animals. Professionally speaking, I am a student in college studying Sociology and Psychology. I am a part time lifeguard/supervisor, a swim coach, and part time data and research assistant at a local nonprofit organization. I anticipate a Spring 2020 graduation
About: I worked with dogs and cats for the past 6 years at a kennel and a rescue. I have one cat of my own and love dogs so much! I’ve watched family friends pets on occasion as well! I am on the hunt for a part time job so I’m pretty available as of right now and I’m look forward to spending time with your pets! I will monitor your pet on potty breaks and be observant during walks! I will follow whatever rules you have set in your home/for your pet!

“Our pups are always well taken care of! We have used Jennifer and Larry multiple times and can drop our dogs off knowing they are in great hands. Highly recommend!”

“Alejandra was wonderful with our pup, Cliff! She sent lots of pictures and videos of him throughout the day, and he had a blast! He had lots of friends to play with and was ready for a nap when he got home!”

“Anna was great to work with. We're new to Rover and she answered any questions and was very accommodating to our needs for the day care. We're from out of town and using Rover and Anna made our stay easy for times during the day when our dog could not be with us. We would definitely use Anna when back in the area.”

“Betty was very attentive to our little, old chi (17). He seemed super relaxed and content when I picked him up. Having a fenced yard was a real treat for him. We would definitely use her again. 👍 Betty, thanks for the pics and updates each day that he was in your care. 🙂”

“Okay, I don’t know where to start to describe Josie. She is supercalifragilisticexpialidocious for my husband’s description. It means, for me she is amazing and wonderful dog sitter also her family and sweet dog Luna are big help for our dog. Bear loves playing with Luna a lot. Bear feels great in his first week and it helps a lot for our everyday routine. We don’t have to take him for a walk after work because he is already wear out once we get home. I highly recommend Josie for a dog sitter. This week is Bear’s 2nd week with Josie . Thanks a lot Josie”

About: I grew up with cats & dogs. We always had at least two in our house as kids and I've owned lots and lots of pets with human names. Since I’m a teacher I am available all summer long. I am an early riser and can accommodate all times you may need for your pets My pets get walked four times a day and seem to be my mode of exercise. I can accommodate early and late hours in particular.
About: I grew up helping out on my friends parents farm. After we moved away my family signed up to foster for the humane society and my love for animals only grew. I’ve helped deliver and care for puppies and kittens. I now have 2 daughters of my own that love animals just as much as I do and our favorite thing to do is go to the humane society to play with the pups and cats 💕 I run my own business and work from home. Both my girls are in school so I have a lot of free time I’d love to use on with helping some furbabies 💕 I live in an apartment right of the millrace so we love walls on the trail! We also love going to the dog park here in goshen because it’s always empty. I will make sure your furbaby is very well cared for in the time they are with me 💕
“Lindsay was great! She helped me out when my sitter was not available. She has a nice, big backyard that I know my dog loved! Her and her family are very kind and took great care of my little guy.”

“I’m a first time puppy parent and Chris made it so stress free for my puppy’s first daycare experience. He was only there for a few hours but he is already asleep at home so I know he had a great time! We will definitely be booking with Chris again when I need a daycare!”

About: New to Rover.com but 10+ years of fostering over 400 babies for local shelters. They were all spoiled by the time they were ready for adoption. (No apologies for that 🙃) Your pet will be well cared for/spoiled while they visit! I can take two dogs, for the safety of your pet(s) and mine, only if they are from the same household. Love animals and miss fostering I did while in California. Your family member will be in caring hands who has years of experience with puppies and kittens who needed medication. I’m retired and have all the time in the world. 🤭 I still foster and mark my calendar as unavailable when I have foster babies. You can always ask if there is room for one more. 😉 New home with half acre fenced yard. Have a very active border collie who wants a playmate. My animals have always had the run of the house but I can provide a crate if need be. If you need an extended period of time, let me know. My last foster was 6 months old, from a local shelter and was here for over 2 months.

“I’ve been bringing my dog, Mykonos, to Lynn for daycare, and I couldn’t be happier with the care she provides. Every morning, he gets so excited to go back, which says everything about how comfortable and happy he feels with her. He comes home calm and content, showing no signs of stress or anxiety. It gives me real peace of mind knowing he’s in such good hands. Lynn clearly cares deeply for the dogs she looks after, and I’m grateful for the warm, safe environment she provides.”

About: I grew up with an Australian Shepherd Blue Heeler mix and loved teaching him new tricks, going for walks, and playing enriching games that helped get his energy out. My parents added a Chiweenie to the family a couple years ago, so now when I visit, I love to walk them both! I often dog/house sit for my parents; being in their home environment seems to be most comfortable for them. Aside from dogs, I graduated from IU Bloomington in 2021, and have switched careers to work for a local school system. I am looking for something fun, active, and outdoors for the summer - what better activity than dog walking?! I cannot wait to connect and meet your furry family! I have the summer off to help care for your pups! My current schedule is open and flexible - I can be available almost any time with some notice. Send me a message and I will get back to you ASAP! I will ensure to adhere to any dog schedules/routines, send regular photo/text updates upon client request, and care for your dogs like my own. I will do everything in my power to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. You can expect frequent and thorough communication - don’t be afraid to leave detailed lists/notes of exactly how you want your dog cared for. I will do my best to mimic how you care for your pet to ease any distress and make your absence as enjoyable as possible for them.
About: Hi there!! I love both dogs and cats, and look forward to taking care of them. I've had many pets growing up. Habló Español también. As of right now I am available and flexible on time as school is out. I have been trying to find a second job, and would much rather prefer this to be my 2nd job as I enjoy going on runs with my dog and hanging out with my furbabies (I also have 2 cats). Why not make money while having fun and meeting new furbabies? I live near downtown Elkhart (heading towards Bristol). I live in a very safe and quiet neighborhood where there is plenty of space to walk, run, and enjoy a large field of grass (if allowed to be off leash).
About: Hello! I’m Valeria (you can call me Val) and I am a part time pet sitter. I currently work full time remotely. I enjoy running/walking at the park so having a partner tag along won’t be a problem. I am willing to provide any extra care your dog may need. This includes providing snacks, preparing specific meals, or even spending extra time outside. I have experience handling dogs, cats, birds, small animals and even chickens! I don’t have experience with senior dogs or giving injections/oral medication but I am willing to learn and will provide the best service for your babies needs. Feel free to message me for your specific needs or if you have any questions. Thanks! I usually let clients know my availability and advice on how I will structure my schedule to best accommodate their pets needs. During weekdays my availability is flexible because I work from home. I like to tour homes to be aware of exits/entrances, restricted areas (if there are any), and exchange contact info in case of an emergency.
“Jamie was wonderful! Her communication was excellent, she sent plenty of photos and updates throughout the day. My dogs came home so happy and tired, I know they had such a fun time.”

“Justin was AMAZING in taking care of our 2 fur babies while we were in town for vacation. My black lab, who is very shy, warmed up to him right away which I knew was a very good indicator that they were in good hands. I will be using him from now on whenever I am in town.”

About: Dogs are a part of my soul and will be well cared for. Including walks, playtime, food, water and a doggy door. I cannot wait to meet your pup. I am a stay at home dog Mom. About: I've taken care of pets since I can remember. This past year I have started dog sitting for friends and family and they have trusted me to care for their animals like I would for my own. I am currently working part-time and am enrolled in college, doing mostly online work. I am able to work around my work schedule and leave periodically if needed to care for a pet. I make sure to have lots of outside time with my own pets. We play fetch and go on walks daily. I have a fenced in yard to make sure my pets are safe.
About: I don't remember a time when I didn't have a dog in my life! I grew up with dogs and have been involved with dogs since I was little. I have owned and interacted with a variety of breeds. I grew up helping my grandfather train horses and my grandmother train service dogs. So the love of animals is instilled in me! I am very comfortable around a variety of dog breeds and personalities! I have 5 dogs( 2 senior girls and 3 active ladies)! I own 2 Mudi which is a Hungarian herding breed. I actively show and compete with them in AKC and UKC events. I also own a cat! She is a feisty gal who is very opinionated! I am a medical assistant and with that comes the confidence to handle medical issues or requirements your pet may need! I am comfortable providing medication or medical care that a vet has prescribed to your pet! I have also completed a cat and dog first aid/CPR course through the Red Cross! I look forward to getting to know you and your pets! I am a stay at home mom which allows me to adjust my schedule to fit the needs of you and your pets! My family members will not be helping with pet care. I can't do visits until 8am due to kids schedules. I am currently unable to stay over night in your home. I can stop by your house 3-4 times a day depending on pet needs but I can’t sleep at your home. I would provide high quality, loving care on a schedule to help maintain your pets comfort. Safety of your pet is my top priority closely followed by their comfort. I want to get to know each of your pets like they are my own. I want your pet to enjoy me and much as I will enjoy them! If your pet comes to my house for day care I do require them to be create trained. Occasionally I must leave my house for no longer than 2 hours. My pets get created if I am away as that keeps them safe! I do have a security camera I would keep on your pet if I must step away. I have also completed a cat and dog first aid/CPR course through the Red Cross!
About: Head out of town with the confidence that you furry one will enjoy excellent care. Our golden doodle loves to welcome guests. And our teenage son is here to take your dog on walks (we’re just off the Goshen millrace), play fetch in our back yard, and generally lavish attention on them. We offer seasonal times mostly. This is focused around times when our son is off school in order to give constant care. The adults also have flexible work schedules ensuring plenty of support for the rhythms of pet care. We keep a tidy home where your pet can relax and play. We make every effort to maintain the rhythms (exercise, feeding, etc) that your pet is accustomed to.

About: I’m a registered nurse who has owned dogs my whole life and has previously worked at a dog kennel. I love dogs and can assure your pets will be safe with me! My schedule is currently wide open. I would prefer a normal 9-5 workday, however I can be flexible. With enough notice I have no problems making time for your fur babies! I understand how important routine is to pets and promise to follow any instructions given. Pets function better and live more stress free lives when they run on their daily routine.

About: I’ve taken care of family friends pets and neighbors pets over the years including cats and dogs. I have 5 dogs and 1 cat of my own. I have always had dogs growing up and we also had cats over the years as well! I have 5 dogs and 1 foster cat of my own! My typical day is pretty open at this time as I do not have a full time job, I spend most of my days with my pets and house cleaning! About: Within the past couple years I started my own small business in pet transportation. I received licensing from the USDA and am knowledgeable in best practices in caring for pets while their families are away. I truly believe that our pets are our family and will aim to make your pets feel loved and well-cared for while you’re away. Beyond my own pets, transporting gave me experience with dogs and cats of all ages and sizes. I do have references to attest for the high standard of care I will provide. I am no longer transporting pets due to being away from my family (pets and humans) for extended periods of time. Recently I have become a stay at home mom, but really miss all the extra animals I got to love on. My availability is pretty flexible throughout the week now and I’m excited to meet your furry family members! I am available to care for your pet in your home or through walking. I will accept puppies/young dogs for boarding and doggy daycare in my home as I have my own large dogs, who are friendly, but intimidated by other large dogs. This can include feeding, administering medicine, walking, play time, crating, etc. I will always aim to stick to you and your pet’s schedule. I have a couple of years of experience in a vet office, initially attending college for veterinary medicine.

I love dogs of all sizes and love getting to spend time with them. I’ve attend quite a few dog training sessions to be prepared for certain situations! I’d love to help take care of your pup while you’re away! I work 8-3, but I let my dog out during my lunch break everyday! Your pup won’t be kept inside for more than 4 hours at a time. Once I’m home, I spend lots of time walking my dog or playing outside in the backyard! After doing a meet & greet, I am perfectly comfortable coming to your house to watch over your pups for you! If you would like me to keep them at my house, I would like to do a meet and greet with my own pup to make sure both of them feel comfortable with each other! I have a fenced in backyard and way too many toys!

About: I can't help but attempt to nurture every animal I come across, from a baby squirrel to adopting my former streetcat (Iroh). In addition to housesitting, catsittting, and dogsitting for a number of people in Indianapolis, just in this past year alone, I've also taken upon the responsibility of self-fostering 3 kittens. Recently, I finished 5 months of bathing/grooming training experience through Petco. This past experience has taught me the importance of pet safety and taught me much about dog care and health, from regular bathing to nutrition. I've taken care of several different species of pets in the past 15 years, including several in/outdoor cats, a rabbit, two hamsters, a chameleon, and a former family Labrador Retriever. Since I was young, I've had a large amount of compassion and consideration for all living critters and creatures. I now spend much my time commiting to reading and research about dogs, cats, and other animals. My experience, multiple-species expertise, and unconditional care creates a space where your pet is not only looked after, but loved on. Being a total free-spirit, I currently possess a large amount of flexibility and an open calendar. Especially around those family holidays. I can offer what few others can in this moment, time, intentionality and availability in pet care. 🗓️✨ As a current cat parent myself, I appreciate when I know my cat is in good hands. It took so much much trial, error, and good luck before I settled on a small roster of people who look out for my baby just as well as I can. My fur child deserves to be just as safe and comfortable in his living arrangements as I am in mine, no matter where I am. Finding that type of care is no small feat either. Assuaging my worries (and his) on top of everything else that traveling demands, can really be the cherry on the top of my stress-out sundae. If you resonate with some of these concerns, then I may be the pet sitter for you. I will read the list of your special care instructions AND follow through on their necessities to soothe your nerves and those of your pet. Given the opportunity, I'd love to be a companion they can count on for meals, play/fun times, walks, and any other special activities you share with your little one. Meanwhile, allowing you to relax and lean into your confidence that your pet is in great hands. So, let me do what is necessary to remedy, not only your anxiety, but your pet's as well. I'd love to be the person for you and your companion. 🤓📝

“Excellent service is all I gotta say!! This was my dogs first time ever staying overnight with anyone besides her owners and she did really good, she doesn't like other animals so she had her own separate space!
