“We are so grateful for Joseph and his family for their care in watching our dog, Jack. On the day we were to drop Jack off to Joseph, Jack had an accident where she required veterinary care. Joseph was still willing to accept Jack and administer antibiotics and pain medication for a week while we were traveling. Joseph sent daily pictures and provided updates so we felt more at ease. Joseph and his entire family show care and love when Jack really needed it. I fully recommend them. Thank you.”

We will absolutely send them to Mary’s for our future vacations ?”

“From the moment they opened the door for the meet and greet I knew i’d be leaving my dog in the best hands. Deborah & Jeffrey are warm and kind individuals who will truly care for your pet. Their three dogs and two rabbits sound like a houseful already, but the home is calm and relaxed and the dogs are curious and sweet. They go the extra mile with care and attention. My dog was a bit under the weather when I took her and they went above and beyond to make her feel better. They provided regular checkins and photos and are quick with responses. I had zero worries, well maybe just one, that my dog may not want to come home. Deborah & Jeffrey are excellent and now my go to for future pet care.”

“Great communication!!! Leo had a great time spending the weekend with Seygourney, Eric, and their dog James. I received lots of updates including photos and a video. Would definitely recommend!”

“Jennifer was the perfect choice for us and our two furry friends! We booked her for several days over Thanksgiving and she was so patient and flexible with our changing drop-off and pickup times! She is also extremely knowledgeable and really helped lower my anxiety about leaving my anxious and older dog and my quirky puppy for the first time in a long time! Definitely recommend with no hesitation and she’ll be the first Rover sitter we look for next time we have to leave them!”

About: I’ve taken care of cats be it my own, family, or friends since I was a teenager. I adore cats, and have experience administering medication, cleaning litter boxes, even taking cats for car rides (if they enjoy that)! You would be doing me a favor by letting me hangout with your kitties!
“Nicole did such a great job with our 2 cats. It is obvious she loves cats and treats them like her own.. She was very reliable and sent us pictures and updates with each visit. I felt so comfortable knowing she was looking after our kitties, especially since we have an older cat and a very active and mischievous young cat. She also gave them their treats and made a special effort to take the treats upstairs to our older cat. Would definitely book with Nicole again!”

About: I am not a professional but sometimes I believe that’s okay. I’ve had dogs since I can remember. I’ve always had such a big heart when it comes to animals. I worked at a shelter while I was in high school and the hardest for me was not bringin them all to my house. I have two dogs of my own. They’re both older girls and very very laid back and friendly. I think every dog has personality of their own and that’s what is beautiful about dogs. I think taking care of dogs is more than a chore or a job, i think it’s more of passion. In my opinion you have to love dogs to be able to take care of them the way they need. I hope I can be what you’re looking for.

I fostered a kitten a few weeks ago.❤️ My previous Boston Terrier, Angel (and she was an Angel❤️) unfortunately passed away from cancer in 2025 so I also have some senior/disabled pet care experience.

About: I’ve literally ALWAYS had a cat in my life, so I’m basically part cat. A true cat whisperer. I’m currently a proud cat mom of one. I’ve also lovingly cared for a sick kitty of my own who required daily medications for almost 5 years. Because of that, I’m completely comfortable administering meds & handling specific medical routines with zero stress. I also love traveling myself, so I know exactly how nerve wracking it is to leave your babies behind. Whether your cat is super high energy & wants to play, or they're shy & just need someone patient to give them space, keep the litter box clean & food bowl FULL! I’m here to make sure they feel totally safe, happy, & loved while you’re away.

“Lucy is the BEST of the BEST!! This was our first time having pet sitting for our cat and with negative boarding experiences in the past, we were so nervous at how she would do with being left at home but Lucy did an INCREDIBLE job with Jinx! She has been so comfortable being in her own space and I can see how happy she was when Lucy came to check on her and play with her. She set up a meet and greet before booking to make sure everyone was comfortable and sent some adorable photos with every check in visit which gave us so much peace of mind while out of the country! Lucy is the sweetest and truly, truly treats your pet(s) like her own pack and I absolutely cannot recommend her enough. Thank you, Lucy!!”

“Taylor was great with my cat over Thanksgiving. They got along from the first meeting. I’m grateful that Taylor took the time to play with my cat and send me detailed updates with photos. Highly recommended!”

About: I’ve spent years caring for cats of all personalities—from shy rescues to confident, playful cats. My own three cats have taught me how to read body language, understand moods, and create a space where every cat feels safe and at ease. I’m passionate about keeping cats healthy and happy, and I take pride in providing extra attention to the small details that make a big difference, like maintaining spotless litter boxes, offering daily play and enrichment, and ensuring each cat has a comfortable, quiet space if they need it.
About: I have had pets my whole life. I currently have a dog and a pet tortoise. I have also pet sat for friends dogs and mini pigs. Also visits to the dog park or tractor supply for a bath and some treats.

I just graduated high school so I am free every day. I’m willing to do overnight days, weekly stays drop in visits. My schedule is always very flexible. About: I have watched and taken care of dogs and cats since I was little. I have great experience with animals I first meet, even if they seem a bit mean. I have raised my own dog for the past 10 years with issues in anxiety, from pup to adult pup! I understand feeding times and how important they can be to making sure medication is delivered appropriately. While i travek with my wife, i have dealt with a wide variety of dogs from the app, nothing has been to hard to deal with or anything i couldnt handle! With patience and adaptability is how I persevere. I am also LGBTQ+ friendly! I do not discriminate and want to foster good relationships with my clients so they know I can be trusted to take care if their pet! (Or home, in the event I house sit!) I am generally open to anything my time slots provide. Overnights should not be an issue but will need to be talked about prior to booking. I do NOT have have a place to house dogs so currently I am only a house sitter. Please let me know if you have any questions! I used to care for 2 dogs and a cat while i was with my wife but now i just have the cat. The cat is very much self sufficient, although she does revel in all the pets that we have to offer, but the dogs take more work! I love to take dogs on walks in the various parks around where i am living and will do the same for yours! If you have favorite spot let me know about it!! I can incorporate a walk there for your pups if you would like!

About: Over the past two years, I’ve been responsible for caring for a Golden Retriever from puppy to adulthood. I’m familiar with maintaining routines, handling energy levels, and making sure dogs feel safe and well cared for. I am a full-time work from home employee and I’m able to care for dogs while I work. I enjoy getting out to walk and play during the the work day. I have a smaller home, approx 1200 square feet. It’s a loving home with two teen girls who love to care for dogs. There is a fairly small fenced area in my backyard or dogs can get exercise and play.

“Another great day of daycare with Miss Lauren! She is so sweet to Brody and Jethro when they need to spend a day with her, and she's a pro at managing their different personalities while making sure every dog gets love and attention. Couldn't have left them with anyone else!!”

“Pete comes how tired so I know he had a good time. Hey we're able to take Pete with only a days notice which I appreciate...but I usually try to plan ahead. I know Pete enjoys the big yard and lots to explore. And it is always a bonus when he is able to take a nap because he is often too excited to do so. Super easy to work with!”

“Pete always enjoys staying with Sheila! I know he is well taken care of. I think he has even finally almost learned how to retrieve a ball...due to another dog at Sheila's house being obsessed with this game. Pete also enjoys watching for squirrels in the backyard.”

“A wondering family that took excellent care of my canine. You can expect lots of walks and updates and they even had fresh toys for my dog when I arrived. I will definitely request their services again when I am in town. Thanks so much!”

“Destinee has been great to work with! My schedule changes a bit and I haven't had any issues scheduling or communicating. And Miss Josie loves going over there, that's the best part!”

About: I have taken care of dogs, cats, bunnies and more since I was a child. I love fur babies and will give your baby the love and care he/she needs when you are away. I am home and can give the attention and care your pet needs. My schedule is flexible, so I can easily fit in a walk, potty time or play time. I stay outside with my dog and cats while they play in the yard and on the large patio. Inside we all hang out together in the large living area, but I also have another room with a gate where a pet can go if she needs some space. I can have your dog sleep in the crate or outside the crate, whichever makes her the most comfortable and happy.
“We are very thankful with Gabriel for accepting taking care of our Peanut, and understanding how we feel when we can't be with her, we appreciate the pictures and videos a lot, we see how he cares for her and definitely we recommend him to any pup owners. He is very caring and patient, dachshunds are known for being very particular, he understands her dynamics and kept her calm and happy. We're very fortunate that we found Gabriel. Thanks to Rover too for having people who love what they do and are so caring and professional.”

About: I’ve had 2 pups for over a decade. Bonzo is my first born, a 12yr old Mini Aussie. He’s a trip and great with my kids. Recently lost my 15yr old Sheba Inu/German Shepherd mix. Akai was the love of my life. Not so great with the kids when they became mobile. We had a couple warning bites when the kids were toddlers. Everyone said to get rid of him, but I wouldn’t even consider it. Akai was telling the kids “he doesn’t like that” and the kids needed to learn to respect that. I understand and respect pups, sometimes better than people. I can try to teach the basics to a pup, but definitely not a dog trainer. I’ve considered getting another pup, but Akai was one of a kind. Instead I thought I could share my extra puppy love with other pups. I’m a single mom with two school age kids. So I am available during school hours, 8am-1pm. During the summer my schedule will vary, but mostly available every day of the week. My pup is one of the kids. I give him just as much love and attention as my kids. We have a fenced in backyard and quiet street for walks, if I decide to offer daycare or boarding.
“Sharon was fantastic! Appears my dogs never even missed us! Ideal arrangement for us to have her watch them while we visited with a friend and her husband when passing through Indianapolis on our way to Wisconsin from our home outside Nashville, TN. Thank you Sharon! I highly recommend others use Sharon if wanting a loving home your pets can stay at when not able to accompany you. I have one dog around 60 lbs and other around 20 lbs. both rotten so loving care is what I want when needing an alternate care arrangement. Sharon met our needs! Now back on the highway.”

About: I have been a regular pet sitter for friends, family, and coworkers since I was a teenager. I have experience with large or small dogs, elderly dogs, cats, and pets that need medication or other accommodations. I have experience with dog-sitting for up to two weeks at a time. This has sometimes included, but is not limited to, administering medication, cleaning up messes inside and outside, walking, feeding, and bathing. Ensuring the safety, health, and happiness of each pet I take care of is my top priority and it is one of my favorite things to do in the world! I do not have the same schedule weekly, so I will constantly update my availability. I only know my availability up to 3 weeks in advance. Unless I have to work very early the next day, I am available for overnights at least 3 days a week (typically). I am unable to have pets at my house because I live with a family member’s dog that does not do well with other animals. Please give me any and all instructions! I will make sure to follow any routine that I can for your pet to be comfortable. I will provide as many updates/photos as requested.

Mary was great with them and sent me pictures throughout the week, we added on baths at the end of the week so they were fresh for our return. We will absolutely send them to Mary’s for our future vacations ?”

“You won’t find a better sitter to love your fur babies while you are away! We have a senior girl and a high energy girl, and Kari and Clint are magical with both of our pups!”

“Shelby (my dogs name) absolutely loves Shelby and her family!! Very professional, quick to respond and sent me updates during my dogs stay. Would highly recommend her and we love her so much my dog is a regular weekly!!”

“Jackson came through for me at the last minute and watched my dog right before I had to leave for vacation. He provided great communication and really saved our trip. Thanks so much, Jackson!”

“Sharon did an amazing job with my boy Dave! He was well cared for and and very happy when I picked him up. Her communication and daily pics were on point. I couldn't ask for a better sitter and will use again!”

“Bethany was the most welcoming and confident host for our 12 yo poodle mix. Our dog has struggled with anxiety for years, so I was excited to see how accepting he was of being dropped off in a new-to-him environment. Bethany’s energy was perfect for his temperament, and I feel lucky to have found her for future visits. She tended to his needs, and even though he had a couple accidents- due to nerves or aging - she took this in gracious stride. We received photos and updates that made our trip away from him feel seamless. We highly recommend her, and will book with Bethany anytime she is available.”

“I can't say enough great things about Bobbie! She was flexible with respect to my travel plans (in terms of my departure and return from Tallahassee), and her love for animals is obvious. Her house and yard provided the right amount of space for my seven-year-old border collie mix, and the pictures that Bobbie sent during his stay made it clear that he was well cared for. I highly recommend booking with Bobbie!”

“Yelena is awesome! She sends more pictures and videos than any sitter I’ve ever had. It’s so nice to see the dogs happy and playing. I am a repeat customer and will continue to use her when ever we need a sitter.”

“Leta and spouse treated my pups like royalty! We got lots of pictures and they were well loved, exercised and entertained. I’d highly recommend and will use them again. They even gave my pups a bath!”

“One of the best places we have seen. Professional, knows her stuff, very caring and accommodating. Big place, room for the dogs to run and play. Communication is exceptional. Sends you pictures and keeps your comfort level good. Will definitely use her again. Highly rwcommended”

“Nicole was so sweet and she gave our dog such a nice home away from home while we were out of town. She was very responsive and was willing to work with our schedule which was very helpful! We got pictures of our dog and she looked happy and comfortable. Highly recommend Nicole as she is very friendly and easy to work with!”
