About: I’ve been involved with dog rescue for many years. I worked with virtually every type of dog there is. From shy, timid to very high energy. I’ve had dogs that had aggression issues. I worked with dogs on leash training, housebreaking, and socialization. I am retired. I have nothing but time on my hands! I volunteer Thursday mornings at an equine therapy barn. But I will still have time to take care of animals on Thursdays. I am open to caring for dogs in my home. But! They have to be dog and cat friendly. About: Nice to meet you! I am currently in my gap year before medical school. My genuine and caring personality comes from my many years working at a senior living facility, at the James Cancer Hospital, as an at-home caregiver, and now at a primary care office. While healthcare is my main field, I grew up with animals and they have a soft spot in my heart! People would describe me as responsible, diligent, and more than willing to lend a helping hand! Please feel free to reach out! Monday through Thursday I work 7:45am to 5pm, so I am available before or after then! On Fridays, I work 7:45-1pm. On the weekends, I am available any time! I live in a single family home with a large back yard and I am in walking distance to many parks. I currently live with two other girls and we do not own any pets. Both roommates are animal lovers as well, so we create a very caring environment!

You'll receive regular photo and video updates throughout my stay so you can relax knowing your pet is happy and in good hands. 30 minute Dog Walks: a fun stroll around your neighborhood or nearby trail with a mid-walk photo update and enough exercise and mental stimulation to keep your pup happy all day. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I enjoy spending time with animals and make caring for them a priority. I plan my schedule to ensure every pet receives the attention, exercise, feeding, and companionship they need. Whether it's morning walks, midday check-ins, playtime, or evening care, I'm committed to providing reliable, consistent care. I also keep pet owners updated with messages and photos so they can feel confident their pets are safe, comfortable, and happy while they're away. When caring for pets in a client's home, I follow their normal routine as closely as possible to help their pets feel comfortable and secure. I make sure they have fresh food and water, take them on walks or let them out for bathroom breaks, provide playtime and affection, and give any medications according to the owner's instructions if needed. I also keep the home clean by picking up after pets, cleaning food and water bowls, and respecting the client's space. Throughout the stay, I send regular updates and photos so owners know their pets are happy, safe, and well cared for.
About: I’ve taken care of my own menagerie of pets since I was a girl ranging from reptiles, rodents, small parrots, cats and dogs. Through college I volunteered on a horse farm where I cleaned and helped take care of 10 horses, also worked at a local pet store for 10 years as a floor manager and excelled in animal husbandry. In addition I worked part time as a veterinary assistant. I’m a dedicated, responsible, hardworking Momma of two wanting to share my passion for animals with others. I keep a variety of animals, book me for your reptile/small animal/aviary needs by selecting “cat” and let’s chat about what you need done while your away. I am responsible for 3 tortoises, 8 snakes, a few rats, a handful of leopard geckos, freshwater fish tanks, chameleons, dogs, a cat and let’s not forget my two babies.
