“Our usual sitter couldn’t take our sweet boy during an extended trip, but thankfully we found Leigh Anne! Upon picking up our pup, he ran back to her with no hesitation to say bye which shows how comfortable he really was there. We also got him back freshly groomed and bathed! Usually we have to bathe him after a stay somewhere, so this was an amazing change of pace! We will absolutely use Leigh Anne again; if not for boarding, for grooming!”

About: Ive always had pets growing up my whole life, I started watching other people’s pets my last year of high school. I love all animals and I care for them like they are my own. I know how difficult it can be to leave your pet behind when going on vacation, work calls, etc. which is why I keep all owners updated and informed on how their fur babies are doing. I currently work a 9-5, M-F. However my boyfriend gets off work at 3. Which is why I have my availability set to the weekends. I am not opposed to weekdays I just want to be up front about my schedule. I live on a half acre but we are out in the country surrounded by open fields. Therefore we have plenty of room to run, walk, and play, I also have two dogs myself to keep yours company and play! I do crate my own dogs when I leave the house because we have an open pantry and we’ve had trips to the vet because of things being eaten that should not have been… Therefore I prefer to crate dogs when I leave the house.

I am able to do drop ins or walks anytime throughout the day, but I will be able to give more devoted time for boarding typically Thur thru Sunday. We have a fenced in yard and plenty of space for your fur babies to run around and feel at home! My family will live on your pets as if they are our own!

About: I have always enjoyed spending my time with animals. I got my first dog when I was in elementary school - sadly he recently passed away - but since coming to college I have been missing my sweet fur baby. Being able to play with and care for someone else's pet while also earning extra cash would be an ideal job experience for me. Getting a new pet really isn’t an option for me right now. With all the free time on my hands, and I would love to get the chance to spend it walking and playing with your fur babies! Having a dog such as mine has made me more comfortable in my dog caring skills and fairly knowledgeable about what needs dogs have. I’m also very well equipped to handle puppies as I recently got a cocker spaniel several months ago. But given that, my passion for dogs continues to grow. I now as an independent adult have 2 dogs who I’ve had the pleasure of raising as puppies to where they are at now. I work full time but like to stay active and adding furry friends to the mix on my days off is no big task. I would love to see more dog friends and help them socialize and make someone’s life easier. I don’t have a fenced in back yard, but I am capable of taking dogs on as many walks as needed. I am also capable of putting dogs in a crate and preparing them for crating as long as needed.
