About: I have had dogs and cats all my life. I am willing to keep special needs pets and am able to give medication. I am open to discussing any special requirements your pet might have. I live at home with my mom and this is my only job. I am free to give your pet all the love and attention they need. I have a lead in our yard for potty time and live near a dog park for fun and exercise. We will take walks, having brushing time to bond, and have lots of play time. I do have a dog kennel available inside and will have food and water bowls for your pup. We do have cats, so please make sure your dog is cat friendly.

About: I’ve always been around animals! Having cared from a wide variety of animals from a young age I’ve picked up on tons of tips and tricks for training and enrichment! I’m confident in my training abilities, and especially care with disabled/ elderly dogs. Puppies are no challenge either! Any animals are welcome big or small! 🐾 I’m currently working full time, however I get off pretty early in the day and have a ton of wiggle room in my schedule! Weekends are fair game completely! I am incredibly accommodating, so when it comes to pet care in other homes, I 100% prioritize maintaining the current schedules/ routine the animal is used to. I’ll follow specific instructions for playtime, feeding, administering medications, and additional needs. I ensure a clean and happy environment, so cleaning up messes is nothing I’m not used to! On walks I prioritize safety, so the dog will never be off leash and I remain very spatially aware of potential hazards. Walks are where I like to do the most training, so I will also provide a ton of positive reinforcement and patience!

“This was our first time boarding our dogs and we were super nervous. Max is a German Rott and not the friendliest at first sight. It takes him a moment to get comfortable with new faces. However, he is truly a loving, loyal and protective doggie. Marley, an English Cocker Spaniel is easy to adore and just wants hugs and rubs all day. Desirae was nothing but hospitable, patient, accommodating, and professional. She continued to provide photos and updates while we were away and made sure we were comfortable. She was very aware of what they needed and following our instructions to ensure they maintained their routine. This was such a wonderful first experience and I would definitely recommend Desirea. Look no further - she is absolutely amazing!”

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was about 10 years old, babysitting family and friends dogs along with taking care of my own dogs. I’ve been around them for as long as I can remember! About: Growing up with pets I always had an appreciation for animals and a genuine love. When I started college, I knew I did not want to have a pet of my own until I could provide the emotional, financial, and physical care for the pet. I started dog sitting during my undergrad when one of my professors needed helping caring for her coonhound. From there, I fell in love with dog sitting and was really able to expand my network with working with smaller dogs, cats, and larger dogs. I believe that the animal needs to be put first, so I will always ensure that I will come stay in house, administer medicine, and exercise pets to their needs. I always communicate with clients and will send as many photos as you wish. Believe it or not, I once sent my first dog sitter over 200 photos of her dog while she was gone for a week and yes, I still have those photos on my phone. The pet and owner will always come first I work a full time job but my job does not demand working past 5 so I can always ensure I will be there after work hours. My job is flexible and I live close to home. I am free most weekends and week nights and always prefer staying in house at the clients. I believe it more comfortable for both parties. I always follow what the client requests. I live in an apartment complex but it is spacious and located in downtown so I have access to trials and parks to walk pets. About: Ever since I’ve was little I’ve always was involved with animals in some kind of way and once I turned 14 I start training dogs and just being more involved with every animal. My plan is to be a veterinarian one day but until then I plan on taking care of and interacting with so many animals until then ( i do not currently own any pets). Well I work for my self so I’m home majority of the day anyways so taking a walk, or going to a sitting will never be a problem since my schedule is 100% free I have beds, toys and different types of food set up for any boarding that I might have and I also have a huge fenced in back yard for play time and even on rainy days I have a pet play area set up in my garage(it’s attached to my home and heated) to play in on rainy days I have a fenced in yard so that they can play outside as much as they want, I’m even setting/building my back yard more just to accommodate dogs with certain special needs that can’t do certain things. I work a job that allows me to work from my (or your) home on most days and have no other set obligations. I do not have a job that comes with surprise emergencies, so once I agree to a time, I will be able to make it. You know how to take care of your pet, it's my job to imitate that while you are gone so they can feel safe or less anxious while you are away. With my experience with shelter adoptions, I understand that some pets may need special care and feel up to most such challenges. Honesty is my policy. While I don’t expect it, if there is something I am uncomfortable with, a task or sadly your pet and I aren’t compatible, I'd clearly say so at our first meeting allowing you the time to search for other options.

About: Starting from when I was little, I always loved animals. My first dog was my dachshund Holly who I took to 4H training classes, walked, and played ball with. Later in life I attended and graduated with a degree to be a Veterinary Technican. I did my internship here in Muncie at Boyce Animal Hospital and was then hired on as kennel staff before transitioning to a tech position. I worked at Happy Dogs for a couple years in daycare and boarding services. I currently am back at Boyce as an assistant. I have experiences with giving medications to both dogs and cats. I also have a knowledge of general health concerns of both cats and dogs from my experiences with my own animals and the animals I’ve worked with. About: My name is Tyra . I love pets. My family and I have always had animals. I’ve had dogs, cats, a bird, and even a squirrel. I absolutely adore animals and I’d love to be able to play with and spoil everyone else’s pets as well. I love playing with both cats and dogs. And I love petting them and keeping them busy. I would take them outside when ever they need it and feed them. About: I have gained the reputation in my neighborhood to be the one to call for any pet needs. I’ve taken care dogs, cats, even chickens and I love every second of it. About: I’ve always been around animals! Having cared from a wide variety of animals from a young age I’ve picked up on tons of tips and tricks for training and enrichment! I’m confident in my training abilities, and especially care with disabled/ elderly dogs. Puppies are no challenge either! Any animals are welcome big or small! 🐾 I’m currently working full time, however I get off pretty early in the day and have a ton of wiggle room in my schedule! Weekends are fair game completely! I am incredibly accommodating, so when it comes to pet care in other homes, I 100% prioritize maintaining the current schedules/ routine the animal is used to. I’ll follow specific instructions for playtime, feeding, administering medications, and additional needs. I ensure a clean and happy environment, so cleaning up messes is nothing I’m not used to! On walks I prioritize safety, so the dog will never be off leash and I remain very spatially aware of potential hazards. Walks are where I like to do the most training, so I will also provide a ton of positive reinforcement and patience!

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was about 10 years old, babysitting family and friends dogs along with taking care of my own dogs. I’ve been around them for as long as I can remember!
