They seem super sweet but he was excited to come home; we did expect this behavior as they were willing to give him a trial 24 hours and behaved like we were never coming back. He is young and full of energy and spunk used to running free in his yard; no fence means he can not go roam around as he pleases sniffing and marking every spot he wishes. Perhaps he would rather have a sitter at the house next time. Or maybe we will train him with a collar to stay in an open yard. We understand that leaving your dog with someone else is a big decision, and we strive to provide a safe, loving, and fun home away from home. We have had some late sleepers stay with us, so we do adjust for our sleepy friends. Dogs have access to the backyard whenever they would like and we have plenty of dog toys for them to enjoy. We are happy to accommodate any feeding schedule, so we can keep your pup as close to their normal routine as possible. We have a fully fenced in yard with locks on the gates. Since we know some dogs are great at escaping, we have an air tag just in case.

As each year has passed, i’ve taken care of more dogs along with other pets like guinea pigs,birds,fish and cats. i’m capable of taking care of senior dogs and ones with special needs. I know what it’s like to care for an old dog that struggles with certain things. they would still get the exact same amount of attention as any other dog would. i’m very compassionate when it comes to animals. your pets needs are first priority. they’re happiness is what matters most. any pet of yours will be loved on, cuddled and cared for with me looking after them i don’t have a job but i’m still quite busy helping my family out during the week with therapy/doctor appointments. my brother is handicapped and so he has to go to therapy a few days a week all the way up in cincinnati which takes half a day. im also helping homeschool my younger brothers during the week. in my opinion i know the weekends would work the best bc I’m usually not doing anything which means that i could have my full attention on your pet(s). however we could always talk in advance about the schedule and i could make take time during the week work if needed They’ll have my full attention. I will always play with them to get them to exercise and have some fun. I can also take them on walks and runs and take them out for potty breaks. if they need to be fed at a certain time or need any type of medicine then that is very important to know in advance. Also knowing if they get along with other people/pets. we don’t want anything bad happening so knowing anything and everything about your pet(s) in advance is highly recommended.
About: Hello! My name is Adrianna and I’m so excited to meet your fur babies! I have 3 dogs of my own: a German shepherd, a husky mix and a golden doodle. I love animals of all types and have experience with special needs dogs, administering medication, and walking reactive dogs. My parents have 4 dogs as well that I routinely care for. I understand how comforting it is to know your pets are in good hands and I would love to be able to be that person for you! I typically work evenings, therefore daytime walks and visits are ideal for me and ensure I have lots of time to spend with your babies. I am happy to provide leashes and poop bags in case they are ever forgotten and i will ensure owners receive updates about their pets regularly.
About: I adopted a rambunctious shelter cat 5 years ago. She’s a wild child with a big personality! And I took in a stray cat about 2 years ago, who needed lots of care, including surgeries, food insecurity behaviors, etc. I’ve cared for cats my entire life, but these 2 girls have taught me how to handle the extremes. I am very knowledgeable about cats and their needs, and I can promise you, your baby will be taken care of as if they were my own (aka like perfect princess angels that I’d go to war for) I work from home, so I can immediately take care of any and all needs. I frequently check on my 2 cats, and have no issue stepping away from my desk if needed. In my home: My 2 cats have their own bedroom, catered to their playtime and nap time. They have free rein of the house, and are very welcoming to other cats. They are up to date on vaccinations and vet care, and they do not go outside for their safety. In your home: I will treat your pet(s) as if they were my own, with kindness and patience. I will follow your routine. I will be sure to change my clothes and take off my shoes to avoid any anxiety from smells of my own pets.
About: I am a state certified veterinary technician and also someone who has had a love for all animals since I was a kid. I've been helping all animals personally (and then professionally) for years...actually decades! I treat all fur-babies as I would my own. The unconditional love we receive from our pets is something I treasure and never take for granted. Whether young pups and kittens, or senior dogs and cats, I give them all the attention and love they deserve and crave (especially while their parents/owners are away). My schedule is currently wide open, as I have just moved back to Prospect, KY recently and am looking for the right fit in a veterinary clinic or animal hospital. My schedule is quite flexible, so I can work around yours. With my state certified veterinary technician license I am able to do things that others are not. I can also tell you what may be a start of an ear infection or allergies or nothing at all! I enjoy going to dog parks, taking walks, playing fetch (or keep away haha) but also enjoy the quiet calm time while rubbing bellies and brushing hair. Also dog massages for the senior dogs helps tons with their aches and pains and I more than willing to assist. It actually puts them in a calming trance. Cats and I are a sort of soul mate (maybe it’s the name haha) but I have dealt with watching 5 cats at an owners house and 3 of the 5 had special medical needs that I was more than happy to help! They started booking me a year out ahead of time if they could!

I’m currently employed full time! But I have flexibility as I control my work schedule. I’m also allowed long breaks one week days so I’m able to do check in or even walks during usual busy times! I can follow any directions given. I’m able to clean up after pets, crate them if necessary. I’m a very affectionate person so I love rubs and playing with pets if they’re comfortable! They seem super sweet but he was excited to come home; we did expect this behavior as they were willing to give him a trial 24 hours and behaved like we were never coming back. He is young and full of energy and spunk used to running free in his yard; no fence means he can not go roam around as he pleases sniffing and marking every spot he wishes. Perhaps he would rather have a sitter at the house next time. Or maybe we will train him with a collar to stay in an open yard. I would totally book time with Destinee/Cody again if we need some help. They work as a team taking care of Blu and making our time away stress free.”
