And an overnight so Charlie would know where she was and the new place. She did wonderfully for 2 weeks due to them caring for her attentively. About: I have owned and cared for numerous pets throughout my entire life. We currently own 2 dogs. I have experience with puppies through adult dogs. My preference for overnights and boarding are on the weekends (until May), but I am available for walks and drop in visits almost any day of the week. About: I’ve had dogs and other pets for as long as I can remember. When I was about 10, I became obsessed with reading about different dog breeds and their needs. My first job actually working with pets was a dog daycare. I loved building connections with the pups and their parents. At this job, I learned defensive handling skills (how to avoid or break up fights or attacks) and how to handle reactive, scared, and stubborn dogs. I work shorter hours on weekends so I’m able to make plenty of time for your baby, plus my wife is always home and will occasionally help care for your pet when I’m not around. About: As a life long dog lover I volunteered at a vet clinic for six months and I worked as a kennel attendant at a shelter for well over 5 years. I administered medication, gave shots, exercised and trained all breeds and types, bathed all types, and kept their kennels clean and the dogs twice fed twice daily. I have worked with puppies and seniors, lap dogs and mastiffs. Meeting new dog friends every day was the highlight of my job! To supplement my income I spent time house and pet sitting for local friends. Through the years/growing up my family has had a lab, dachshunds, and a lab/pit mix, all ranging from puppy to adult. Recently got a pup of my own so all must be open to her. She is a full blooded basset who loves to play sleep and cuddle. She loves people and others animals! Just wants someone to play and chase! I’m working full time which is 4 10 hr shifts. Typically no weekends. As long as they can manage to be cooped up that long im very flexible. I can do in home stays which is currently what I’ve been doing. If not they are welcome in my home. Can work with holidays and other needs Walking playing and special needs that may need to be provided. Cleaning up when necessary. Making sure they too feel comfortable with myself and dog of my own. About: Hi!! My name is Marissa Gordon, I’m 27, married and own a bi-level home with lots of space. I have a backyard with a large deck overlooking a woodsy ravine that dogs love hanging out on to watch wildlife and relax with us! Our house is setup to keep your pets separated from ours if necessary- with 2 living rooms upstairs and downstairs. We love watching movies with them and taking them on nature walks in our neighborhood! I am a business owner so I am able to work my schedule around caring for your pets. I can tend to them and may need to leave the house for appointments no longer than 3 hours if needed but my husband also is home in the case I can’t be there 24/7. We keep your pets areas clean and cozy. Temperature controlled, access to water and we take them out to the yard when they need to potty and for walks if possible.

After one bad experience leaving her, we were nervous to go away again.
