“This was our first time leaving our boxer with anyone. Derrick was great. We felt like he treated our dog like his own. Appreciated the pictures he sent when he took her for a walk. His house is set up so the pets he’s watching have their own room with a bed and couch. We really appreciated that she wasn’t out in a kennel. We will definitely use Derrick again.”

“Alyssa was awesome! She was super understanding even when we were a little late picking up our fur-baby. She was very communitive and sent pictures as this was the first time he was watched by anyone. She had a clean home and plenty of room for him to play. Very very happy with our experience I definitely recommend her! 10/10 will ask her to watch him again in the near future.”

“We’re so glad we found Diane + Kevin! Our girl was in complete heaven the entire time. We received several pictures and updates throughout. Diane + Kevin are a great stay for your pups!”

“The BEST dogsitter!! Sarah and her husband take the best care of our dog and send frequent photos, loved the pictures she sent with our pup wearing a sombrero for Cinco de Mayo! I always know she is being well taken care of at her house and doesn’t want to leave!”

“Once again Sara did an AMAZING job watching my little old baby Bones. Not only did she take him on super short notice, but she had him all during the holiday season with a pick up on Christmas Eve. My dog is old and anxious but Sara worked her magic (as always) and he was happy and content during his stay. She sent me regular messages and photos and I never worried even for a second knowing she had it handled. Her background as a Vet Tech really comes in handy with my babies as they have either been old or sick and she just takes the very best care of them. I swear that I would not go on vacation if Sara wasn't available to babysit for me. She is the absolute best and I would recommend her 100%!”

“Rachel and her family did an amazing job of taking care of our dogs during our vacation. It was great to not have to worry about our pets during our vacation and I know they enjoyed their time with Rachel much more than their previous “boarding” stays at traditional kennels. Beautiful home, large fenced yard. We will definitely book again!”

“I am so blessed to have such a wonderful first experience with Rover and allowing someone to keep my baby boy , because he’s my ESA !!! Diandra and her family were very communicative, welcoming and I don’t doubt for a second the love they have for dogs .. I would love for my boy to stay again if we are in town !!”

“I was stuck in Houston for an extra couple of days from my flight being canceled and had to extend my dog’s stay. Lynelle helped me tremendously and sent me plenty of pictures. She also let me know he didn’t want to eat his food and she gave him some of her own dog’s food instead. I am so grateful for her and I will definitely book again in the future”

“There are not enough good things to say about Emily! It was like having a friend I’ve known for years look after my pet! The open communication and reassurance she provided is unmatched. She was patient with the fact I’ve never boarded my cat, so was a little nervous with how he’d do…but she was so understanding, compassionate and loving towards my little guy! I picked Emily randomly…and am so thankful I did!! Highly recommend and now feel at ease with any future trips…as I’ll be using her again.”

“Carrie was wonderful! We did a meet and greet and then brought our little pup over for one night. He had a lot of fun with the other little dogs and got to spend time playing in the backyard. Very happy as this is our first time using Rover and having someone else watch Rafa. She sent picture which put us at ease. Will definitely book Carrie again!”

“Our dogs had a great stay with Emily! She was very communicative, kind, and even sent photos of our boys every day to keep us updated. They went on walks and had access to their fenced in yard during the day. We highly recommend Emily and will definitely use again! Thank you!”

“Sherri & Lee, were SO GREAT with our Charlie Girl. She is old and uncertain of new environments. We did a couple of prior boarding afternoons. And an overnight so Charlie would know where she was and the new place. She did wonderfully for 2 weeks due to them caring for her attentively. I was at peace our entire trip to visit two sets of grandchildren knowing Charlie was in the BEST of hands. We will have her back with them in May for another week. Sherri is great, understands dogs and cares for all shapes and sizes!!! Thank you, Bev & Larry & Charlie”

About: I have been working at Zionsville Animal Hospital as a vet assistant since October ‘24. Before that I was working in the doggy daycare industry. I have always had love and experience with animals, my own and clients animals. I have pet sat for clients of the hospital and am able to medicate and give injections (insulin, B12, etc.) and whatever else you may need! I currently work full time at ZAH. I can provide drop in visits before and after work. Boarding is situational, shoot me a message! I am able to do more on my days off :) I take my own dog on a walk before and after work every day no matter the weather. If your pet is staying in my home they will also be provided the same! I am flexible when it comes to your pets schedule as long as it doesn’t interfere with my work schedule.
“Brianna was great with our dog, Comet! She clearly loves dogs and took such great care of him, sending us regular updates of Comet over the three days he stayed with her. We will definitely be repeat clients.”

“Alisa was amazing!! She sent tons of pictures loving on our dog! She also took him for walks and he got plenty of outdoor play! Her house was so clean and smelled amazing, which is difficult when taking care of multiple pets! Plus, she is so nice and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend Alisa and we are already booked for our next stay with her!”

“Brittany was super nice and took very good care of Dobby for us while we were away. She sent us pics to keep us updated on how he was doing. He was happy to see us when we picked him up, but also tried to go back in with her when we left to go home so I'd say that speaks for itself.”

“Emily was really accommodating, I needed to change my drop off time and ended up picking up early. In both cases she was really flexible and worked with me. As for her sitting; my dog Zelda was happy and healthy so if we need to board in the future we will use Emily again.”

“Bekah was great with Stanley. The night I was suppose to be back from Nashville I text her and asked if she could go feed and let out Stanley the next morning. She immediately text me back and said yes. Would use her again.”
“This was the first time that Crystal watched our two older cats for drop-in visits. It was a 3-night duration. She was very communicative throughout the entire trip and took pictures and videos of the cats. Also, the last night we were away, we had torrential rain and local flooding, and she still made it over the next morning. I would recommend her without hesitation.”

About: I grew up on a cattle farm with two dogs (inside) and 10 cats (6 inside/outside and 4 outside). I am very experienced with the care that animals need and I will give them the care and attention that they need. I have experience giving medication to my own animals so I can give medication to a pet if needed. I am used to playing with my own dogs outside and at the end of the day I cuddle with them on the couch. I am a part time student at Penn Foster online with their vet tech program and a full time Animal Care Technician at Purdue University. I excel at belly rubs and head pats. I will treat your animals like my own and my pets are my children. I work full time at Purdue University as an Animal Care Technician so I care for all animals on the daily. I also have my pets at home as well. I always make sure that the animal is comfortable, fed, watered, and feels safe in my presence. I love to give attention and comfort to all animals.
About: Hello! I'm Carly. I've had dogs since I was a little girl and started to own cats in my college years. As time has gone on, I have adopted and purchased different pets and currently have three dogs, a wiener dog, English setter and Great-dane/mastiff/Corso. I also have four cats ranging in ages from kitten to old man :) All of my pets are extremely friendly and get along well with other animals! *** Care in Pet Palace *** I'm currently working from home, so your pets and I will spend all day long together! We will start our mornings with a morning potty break and some play time. My dogs love to roam the yard and play with one another with a little fetch every morning. If you prefer your dog has a breakfast in the morning I will serve this after some relaxing time in the mornings. We will take potty and play time breaks all day. I do have children, age 8 and up, who will be sure to give your pets love and attention and additional playtime all day long! Your pet will truly fit right in with us and feel apart of the family from day one! *** Care in your home *** Care in your home will occur to any standard and requests you set! Typically this will include myself coming to your home in the morning for a potty break and play time. I can also remain in the home for a period of time for love and snuggles if desired! I will come to the home as often as desired and provide meal during times requested! Please note I do not stay in your home overnight! *** Pet Palace *** When in my home, your pet will have the same access my pets do to the areas unless otherwise specified and agreed upon. Dogs have access to the entire first floor of our home and are able to lay on our furniture. Cats also have the same access as well as access to the second floor of our home, allowing them to relax in a quiet space away from puppy play! If I should need to leave the home, I do have a fenced in 8 foot tall dog run which includes a grassy area and a covered section on concrete where dog houses are for additional shelter. If the weather is not appropriate for the dogs to remain outside or you prefer they are contained indoors, a crate can be set up inside our sun room as well. *** In your home pet care *** If pet care is desired in your home instead, I will follow any instructions you may leave to care for your pet the way you desire so ensure they feel comfortable in their own home and to ensure you feel comfortable with the security of your home while you are away!
About: I have my own dog. I've grown up with dogs. I worked at a pet store when I was a teenager, and have house/pet sat before. Although, I'm not a vet, I'm observant and will keep an eye out for issues that concern you. Pet health is important. That includes nutrition and grooming. I know some think there is such a thing as over involved pet parents, I think they're family and should be treated as such. I volunteer at my church every Thursday, Backpack Program fifth Wednesdays (when they occur) and Orphan Grain Train every other month on the third Thursday. Otherwise, I take care of my dad who has COPD. I have to be home to cook for him. And take care of my own dog. Eventually, I will allow dogs to stay with me overnight, but I want to make sure my dog and said dogs get along. So that is my availability. I have a pitbull mix. She is very good around other dogs. Especially after she gets to know them. She's not aggressive, just tends to hump when excited. All dogs will need a leash if they are coming with me. I have walking trails in my community. I have no problem walking your dogs in them. Please make sure they have up to date tick meds. Also I live with my dad he will be petting and loving any pet that spends the night. My house is two story, so if you have a senior dog that needs help just let me know.
About: Hi, I say 15 years of pet care experience but I have always had an animal or reptile in the house. Through the years/growing up my family has had a lab, dachshunds, and a lab/pit mix, all ranging from puppy to adult. I also have experience dog sitting for multiple coworkers while they are out of town, so my schedule is flexible as far as weekdays, weekends, and holidays. I absolutely love dogs and am willing to do what it takes to care for them. If they were to come to stay with me there would be a DIY fenced in area to play. Recently got a pup of my own so all must be open to her. She is a full blooded basset who loves to play sleep and cuddle. She loves people and others animals! Just wants someone to play and chase! I’m working full time which is 4 10 hr shifts. Typically no weekends. As long as they can manage to be cooped up that long im very flexible. I can do in home stays which is currently what I’ve been doing. If not they are welcome in my home. Can work with holidays and other needs Walking playing and special needs that may need to be provided. Cleaning up when necessary. Making sure they too feel comfortable with myself and dog of my own. Just let me know what your needs are!

They just understand me better I guess 🤣 I promise your pup or kitty will be loved like it's a part of my family. I have experience in vet clinics as a vet tech, animal rescues, and last but not least grooming. I'm trained and ready for anything you're furbaby can throw at me! Can't wait to meet you guys 🥰 I'm home full time so my schedule is wide open. I can work around your schedule and I'm very flexible. I can give plenty of potty breaks too! About: ABOUT ME: Completely insured WITH Animal Bailee Insurance and Vet Protection Coverage through PCI. I have been on and off Rover since I was in college and own my small business. I am a previous dog owner. My animals were not only my pets, but they were my family. I had my Labrador for 13 years and my Boxer mix for 15 years. We used to love to take long strolls around the neighborhood and visit our pals at the local dog park. We would cook dinner and lounge around watching our favorite flicks. We even took car rides around town when we got bored. Over the years, we went through everything from crazy puppy phases, to professional command/leash training, and experienced all medical scares (labs love to chew on EVERYTHING) under the sun. Maple was a diabetic for 7 years. I can assist with any type of need ranging from long walks, simple belly rubs, to training help. I am highly experienced in administering topical, oral and injectable medications, as well as eye and ear medications. My senior pets care needs helped build my knowledge in senior dogs. I am well educated on many types of medications and daily care pills. Whatever the need may be just ask me! EDUCATION: I am a graduate with my b.s. in buisness from Purdue. I currently am a stay at home mother, with much freedom to build my own schedule. Therefore I am always available for drop-ins and pup walks throughout the week and weekends. I am completely insured with $1M general liability, Animal Bailee Insurance, and Vet Protection Coverage. I care for pets in the same way I would care for my own pets, like family. Play time, walks, relaxing on the couch, eating treats, you know... just hanging out.
“Kristen and Kenneth were phenomenal! We could not have asked for a better sitter for our dog Ace. They were so welcoming, made sure everyone was a good fit, let us see where the dogs would be and helped us and our boy get acclimated to the environment! They sent updates throughout his stay and sent lots of pictures! I never once worried about Ace (and we often do as he is a very anxious dog)! Not only this, but they helped us pull off an engagement and made accommodations so that the proposal could go perfectly without us having to worry about Ace (: we will 10000% be using them again!”

“Janet was absolutely wonderful! My dog Pumpkin stayed with her for the entire day for daycare, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She kept me updated and let me know how he was doing, which gave me so much peace of mind. Janet is so kind and caring, and it’s obvious she truly loves the dogs she watches. Her sweet basset hound, Mildred, is absolutely adorable too! Pumpkin came home happy, and I felt completely comfortable knowing he was in such great hands all day. I would absolutely book with Janet again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring pet sitter. Thank you so much for taking such great care of my little guy! 💕🐶”

“Jessica is incredibly quick to respond, kind, patient, and clearly cares about each dog’s individual needs and safety. They have a beautiful home with a large, well-maintained fenced yard, and it’s obvious they go above and beyond to make the dogs feel comfortable and well cared for. I would definitely recommend them!”

“Lori was warm and welcoming to my dogs and me. She was flexible with my chaotic day and super easy to work with. I really appreciated her help! Great yard space and secure fence, too!”

“Dustin is terrific! Our dog, who had undergone some minor surgery earlier in the week, was in good hands. We wanted to be sure she didn't bother her stitches, and Dustin kept a close eye on that. Tess got along well with his dogs, and the property is lovely. We had no worries with Dustin on the job!”

“I reviewed a few months ago and wanted to follow up. At this point Zach has watched all my pups and I can’t stress enough how great he is. He takes the time to build with each dog, he asks a lot of questions, and genuinely cares about making sure they feel as comfortable as possible when we are gone. He is such a good dog sitter, and a really great guy in general. The only down side is now we don’t want to share him! Haha. Honestly though, your dog would be in very capable hands. Thanks Zach!”

I worked at an animal shelter where I provided the best care whether it was dog walking, giving vaccinations, drawing blood, and more. I am a stay at home mom currently so I have plenty of time to devote to taking care of animals. I want to be able to incorporate daily outings into my routine. I have two friendly dogs and two cats. We have a large yard without a fence, but two long attached leads. We also have a decent sized house that allows for indoor play.

About: I have worked in the pet industry for 10 years. I have done everything from cleaning kennels, to working as a vet assistant in a clinic. I also have experience with farm and exotic animals. I currently don't have furbabies of my own, but I find them very therapeutic to interact with. Life is boring without furbabies in my life. I will enter the home as instructed by owners, and proceed in a professional manner. I will use my education as a vet assistant and future vet tech to ensure the animal(s) experience minimal upheaval of their daily routines.
About: I have been around all sorts of animals my entire life from cats, dogs, fish, chickens, phesents, ducks, and most recently cattle, pigs, horses, and lizards! I have also been taking care of others animals for the past 10 years, and I have always wanted to do something with animals and now I have officially been in business for 1 year!! If you look on facebook it is called Kay-Kays Pet Care! I have always had an absolute love for all sorts of animals and I personally have yellow, black, charcoal and a white english lab! I am now doing pet care FULL TIME!! What does that mean? I can work around your schedule everyday if it is changing due to works shifts etc! I provide visits from 7am to 10pm!! I will provide quality pet care to your dogs, cats, birds, bunnies, horses, chickens, pigs and other farm animals!! I am working around the clock to make sure your pets have the best care possible!!

About: Young professional who loves to spend time with dogs in my free time. My free time is usually spent at home watching movies and just relaxing. What better way to spend my free time than with man's best friend at home as well. New to the area so I enjoy the company of dogs. Growing up in rural Indiana I was always around dogs whether our own or neighbors. Enjoy getting out and taking walks in new areas to explore. Have lots of free time when not working and would love to spend my time getting to hang out with new furry friends. Dog walking is another way of exercise for myself for myself when I am not spending time at the local gym. A
About: Hi, I say 15 years of pet care experience but I have always had an animal or reptile in the house.
About: If I'm being honest , I personally have always preferred animals to people 🤷♀️ lol what can I say ? They just understand me better I guess 🤣 I promise your pup or kitty will be loved like it's a part of my family. I have experience in vet clinics as a vet tech, animal rescues, and last but not least grooming. I'm trained and ready for anything you're furbaby can throw at me! Can't wait to meet you guys 🥰 I'm home full time so my schedule is wide open. I can work around your schedule and I'm very flexible. I can give plenty of potty breaks too! I can walk your fur babies multiple times, they will always have attention, and get plenty of treats when/if allowed. In my home I have a back yard and a great neighborhood to take walks in

“Our dogs had a great stay with Emily! She was very communicative, kind, and even sent photos of our boys every day to keep us updated. They went on walks and had access to their fenced in yard during the day. We highly recommend Emily and will definitely use again! Thank you!”

“Emily was really accommodating, I needed to change my drop off time and ended up picking up early. In both cases she was really flexible and worked with me. As for her sitting; my dog Zelda was happy and healthy so if we need to board in the future we will use Emily again.”

“Highly recommend Kristen and Kenneth, Mac loves to visit and is well taken care of everytime! He has a best buddy with Zeke and it is a blessing to know they treat him like he's part of their family when he visits ❤️❤️”

“Jessica and David took great care of Mocha. They communicated well, sent us lovely photos of our pooch during her stay, and treated her to a walk, car ride and pup cup. They are true dog people! Absolutely would book them again.”

“Dayna was great with Panny and although it was not a great fit for our dog in particular ( she can be a little old and grumpy) I would highly recommend her skills and sweet personality!”

“Kelly took excellent care of our dog and he had tons of fun! She sent pics and videos daily to let us know how he was doing. Highly recommend and would allow her to keep our furry friend again.”

“First time using Rover and had a fantastic experience! Our pet sitter, Gabbi, maintained great communication throughout the entire process. She was easy to coordinate with, which gave us real peace of mind. Her space is well-kept, with plenty of area for our dog to relax, go on walks, and stay active. We especially appreciated the regular picture updates-it was reassuring to see our dog happy and well cared for. We will definitely be having her watch our dog again.”

“Surama took great care of my dogs while I was away on a family vacation. Poppy and Rem came home tired and happy! She was flexible with pickup times when my flight home got delayed. I'll be booking with Surama again in the future! You can't beat tired and happy dogs!”

“I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Lori watching my dog! A great dog-friendly environment with a huge fenced yard. Plus Lori alleviated any worry I might’ve had right away. Couldn’t recommend more!”
