“If I could give 10 stars I would. We had a wedding to go to in Hawaii, and the family members who would normally watch our pets for us were going too. I was worried about leaving my 2 dogs and cat for 2 weeks, especially with the 6 hour time difference and being so far from home. I wasn't so much worried about the dogs, but my cat is almost 18 years old. After the meet and greet with Kristen all my fears were put to rest. You can tell she has experience with pet sitting and that she truly cares about your pets. I was able to enjoy my vacation knowing my pets were in safe hands. My cat is relatively healthy for his age, but is on a couple of medications, and Kristen was able to give him his meds while he stayed with her. She regularly sent me pictures of my pets, with up-dates on how they were doing, and I could see that they were having a great time. The dogs loved lounging in her sunroom and spending time in her fenced in back yard. And my cat had a big cat condo that he loved napping on. I could not be more pleased with this booking, and I would trust Kristen again in a heartbeat to watch my pets. Highly recommend!”

I previously had a small blind incontinent senior terrier who has since gone over the rainbow bridge, so I understand the extra patience and attention required to make them feel comfortable. After raising him, it's safe to say that I'm comfortable with puppy routines, basic obedience training, and how to handle a wide range of temperaments and needs. Whether your dog is a playful puppy, an active adult, or a gentle senior, I will provide the best and reliable care while you are away. I am currently homebound so your fur baby will have my full undivided attention! I recently lost my senior baby so having a temporary walking companion would be great therapy! In my home, your dog will be family. I follow each dog's routine, including feedings times/medications, and any special care instructions provided by the owner. I keep leashes and harnesses ready by the door so dogs are always secured before any potty breaks or walk. If a dog wants to just sunbathe outside, I also have a stake and tie out, so no fence, no problem! To help prevent accidents, stairs and basement access are blocked off at all times, and rooms remain closed. All interactions between dogs will be supervised and there will never be any forced introductions. If a dog needs time to decompress or prefers their own space, I have multiple safe options available, including an end-table crate in the main living area so they can remain close by while I relax, a standard metal crate, and a dedicated quiet room for dogs that may become overwhelmed or simply need a break.

About: I'm extremely patient with any dog. I always make sure they fell comfortable around me before I do anything! I am a strong walker! I also know how to make the most out of any time spent with a dog! Pet care is my number one priority for an animal I take care of! I will always make sure that the animal is the top priority when we go anywhere. I always put the dogs safety before my own. I will watch for other dogs and loose animals when we go on walks. When sitting in the past I let the parent know of the times I let the dog out or do anything with the animal. I will send many cute pictures for updates of what is going on!

About: I have been around dogs since the day I was born, and my family has always had at least two dogs in our family at all times! I have also always been a trusted source when it comes to watching family, friends, and neighbors' animals! For example, I have watched puppies, dogs, kittens, cats, fish, and even guinea pigs. Two of my own dogs are Leader Dogs for the blind moms, so I have experience with all different kinds of situations and ages when it comes to dogs. I also have experience with elder dogs as I have had 4 dogs pass from old age and have experience with health problems in dogs as well. I currently do not have a job so I am available any day at any time. I do have a prior commitment from July 23rd-27th and I leave for college at the end of August. I have a ton of experience when it comes to safety and caring for pets. My dogs go outside with a leash on, especially during walks. If there is a fence for the pets to use I will keep my eyes on them at all times, because no one ever knows what can happen. I have experience with putting pets into a crate or cage if necessary.

About: I have grown up on a farm all my life caring for dogs, cats, cattle, sheep, goats, and pigs. I showed competitively in 4H, so providing good quality care is very important to me. I work full time Monday to Thursday in the medical field, so I’m available all day Friday-Sunday to take care of any needs or pet care. I have one dog of my own, a border collie named Ryder. About: Since I was a child I have been around dogs and cats. They are always part of the family not just a pet. All pets will be treated like they are my own and I will give them love and attention. I currently have 3 small dogs that I have raised since puppies. I also have experience with walking and sitting large dogs for family. About: every sitter loves animals, but I really do adore animals and I love being able to just enjoy and meet new animals. My special skills with animals is to cuddle! I love making sure the fur babies are taking care of with love and respect! I currently work a full time job, M-T from 7 to 5, which is the main reason of dog sitting on the weekends! I can do full weeks just need to know ahead of time to be able to discuss with work! The best option is to have them at the client’s home, animals are always comfortable when at home and a place they know!
