I also grew up around our family Westie & German Shepard in my home that were super attached to me. So I am very attentive to a dogs need for love and care when away from the owner. For last minute requests please contact me directly I will try my best to accommodate but please be advised there may be a fee associated depending on the circumstance. Especially if there is no time to set up a meet n greet and I’m only going off photos. Something that sets me apart from others is that I recognize dogs and cats behavior such as signs of discomfort. I have personal experience with raising and caring for dogs of all sizes. I want animals to be comfortable, safe, and healthy. This may be disconcerting for owners that expect their pet to have free roam. I would expect multiple walks and sleeping in their dog beds considering the pets disposition as well as updates about pet stay. For house sitting, I will be willing to adjust prices if my own dogs are allowed to accompany me (not required). I am currently doing delivery services such as Grubhub and Doordash so I set the times I work. I have a flexible schedule and do not leave my home very often. I have 2 small dogs that are playful and dog friendly. I do not have a fenced yard, but I do use the long tie out leashes and outdoor playpens. I recently made a potty area for my dogs. I clean and disinfect it multiple times a week with natural products.
“Alexis was absolutely fantastic taking care of my baby Luna! Luna is only 6 months old, has a lot of energy, is not fully trained and I'm sure was a handful for someone to walk in day-one and manage, But she did above and beyond. She brought toys and puzzles, made sure Luna was fed and properly walked. She updated me on how the walks went, when she arrived and left, told me about the other dogs Luna got to meet along the walks and seemed totally joyful and sincere about spending time with my sweet girl. I will be hiring Alexis over and over in the future!”
About: I love to care for small and medium sized dogs, providing them with walks and treats and just all around love and care while their owners are away. My schedule is almost always wide open! I’m very flexible and can sometimes even accommodate same day walks/check ins. This will vary based on bad snow. I am only able to go to other clients homes as I have two cats at home who aren’t fond of dogs. However I am very adaptable to new environments and I’m a quick learner!
About: Old or young cat or dog animals deserve love and care and if I was leaving my dog somewhere I’d want to make sure he’s safe with someone who cares that’s me It fits in with me because I wake up with my dog everyday take care of him. He is apart of my routine. I needed two more words. My home or yours. Your animals will be cared for with a lot of attention. Also I’m not only doing it for the money I love animals and spending time with them.

“Daryl boarded our dog from the 23rd through the 24th and she was amazing! Our dog is, for the most part, very high maintenance and craves personalized attention and that is what he got for two days being with Daryl. We had looked at other boarders, ones with other dogs, ones with various other animal types, kids etc... and just watching Chief interact with Daryl was incredible. He immediately took to her and to the environment, was playing, jumping and even napping almost right away. We were sent photos consistently while we were away and just seeing him happy and playful and even how tired he was was a wonderful sight. We would definitely recommend anyone who is looking to have their dog boarded to consider Daryl, especially if they require more personal attention. She did great!!”
“Sharee was a GODSEND!!! An absolute a dream to work with from initial contact to meet & greet, to the drop-off, to pick-up: everything was simple, seamless and SO well in hand. Since our Morty has only been for an overnight stay once without either me/my husband or a family member he’s known a LONG time, my husband and I were concerned about leaving our boy behind while we were on vacation but Sharee put both of us at ease right away. Sharee is warm and friendly with a great vibe. You can tell she knows what she’s doing and is very comfortable and confident working with multiple dogs of varying sizes. Sharee definitely gives off “Alpha” energy, which is especially important because dogs need to know who’s running things in order to feel as well as actually BE safe and secure. She’s got a great back yard with lots of room for pups to run around in and sniff as well as a decent sized area that is still outdoors but parceled off if pups need separation for any reason. This way everyone gets fresh air without having to sacrifice safety. I love this. Morty (who normally is quite bashful when meeting new people) took to Sharee right away: I believe this was because she was so calm, decisive, yet loving and warm with all the other dogs that were there. Once he saw how happy/not stressed out all the other dogs seemed, Morty seemed to fold into the pack pretty seamlessly. Tails were wagging hard and fast all around— it was amazing! One thing I truly appreciated was on the evening when we dropped Morty off, Sharee met us at the car and SHE walked Morty into the house and I followed behind. This set the tone and served as a kind of “changing of the guard” insofar as signaling to Morty that he had to listen to HER from then on out. He got on board without issue (again, safety first: I. LOVE. IT.), and then she introduced him to the other dogs who would be his buddies during his stay (some he’d met during the meet and greet, one he hadn’t… all was well!) While we were away Sharee kept us updated throughout each day on how Morty was adjusting and what good mischief he and the others were getting into with sweet pictures and videos which were always appreciated. We also discovered that Sharee’s dog, King, and Morty are kindred spirits and became fast friends so that was great too! While Morty seemed happy to see us when we came to scoop him up when it was time to go, I’d be lying if I said he didn’t cry for a little bit on the car ride home when he realized King wasn’t coming too! 😂 All told, we could not have asked for a better experience and will MOST DEFINITELY be repeat customers!!! Sharee is AMAZING!!!!!”
