I am currently working part time as a server, but my schedule is very flexible. I am a recently graduated college student, with the hopes of going to graduate school in the coming semester. About: I have taken care of my parents senior dog in my home while they were out of town. Helped a former coworker with her dog, also in my home, while she was out of town. I have helped a friend of mine with their senior dog + 4 cats in their home as drop in visits while they were out of town. Since starting Rover, I have had multiple in home stays with dogs, and homes that have both dogs and cats. I work full-time from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. My morning routine includes leaving the house by 7:00 AM to take my child to daycare or school. Before departing, all pets in my care are taken outside, fed, and provided with any necessary medications. Depending on the proximity of your home, I may be available to stop by during my lunch break to check on and care for your pet. After work, I pick up my child from daycare and can typically arrive at your home around 5:00 PM. Upon arrival, dogs will be taken outside promptly and fed as needed. I follow each pet’s individual feeding schedule, ensure they always have access to fresh water, and administer any required medications as directed. About: I have a huge passion for animals, as I’m an animal sciences major at Purdue (with the goals of pursuing veterinary school)! I’ve worked with cats, dogs, exotics, zoo animals, pigs, cows, horses, the works! I’ve recently lost my only dog of 15 years, and this experience was very hard on me and my mental health. Therefore, I joined Rover as a dog walker and house-sitter to try something new and bring that same passion for others and their pets! About: Growing up on a farm, I’ve loved being around and tending to animals since I was a little girl. I had dogs and cats my whole life (except for right now) and have loved learning to meet their needs! I am a part-time social worker at a local non-profit organization.
