About: I have taken care of pets my whole life (my own and others). I have two of my own dogs currently — at 70 lb Shepherd x Dalmatian and a 25 lb Jack Russel x Aussie, both of which can get rowdy so I am no stranger to high energy pets! I am happy to help work on basic commands and will make sure your pet gets plenty of physical and mental exercise! I am a graduate student so my schedule is very flexible when it comes to checking in on pets and I typically like to spend >1 hour with them a day. I can provide medications and/or any specific care that your dog might require. I am a graduate student and my schedule can be flexible! For boarding— my own dogs wake me up at 6 am to eat and then often like to go outside around 8 after some more snoozing. As a student I can be gone from 9-5 occasionally, but more often it is 11-4 or something similar. On average I am gone between 4-8 hours at a time depending on my schedule. During the day we usually play and I give them different enrichment toys. When I am home I let the dogs out frequently to romp in the yard! Dinner is around 5 and then usually a calm evening. My weekends I am usually home for the entire day. For at home visits or walks— I am happy to fit your pets needs into my schedule! I can offer up to 3 visits per day and can spend various amounts of time with your pet based on their needs. For boarding—I have a fenced in yard with plenty of room to run and play. I have two dogs who are friendly (albeit loud) and would love to run around with your dog! I do have a crate in the house for your dog if needed. When I am gone my own dogs are closed in my bedroom and I would likely close your pet(s) in a separate room as well— your pet does not need to be crate trained if they are non destructive! Because I do have pets of my own any boarded dogs need to be dog and cat friendly. For home visits and walks— I am slow to introduce myself with each visit to make sure your pet is comfortable with me in their home as it can be stressful!! I typically sit with pets before immediately going for the leash to make sure they feel safe. I am happy to spend time with your pets beyond walking/feeding! In am able to stay for longer periods of time in the evenings to play or sit and just spend time with them. I am comfortable with reactive dogs and will prioritize your pets comfort.

About: Have taken care of animals most of my life. I usually babysit/check on animals and let them out for our neighbors dogs before we moved from Indiana to Wickenburg. I currently do not have a full time job. My husband is usually gone for work during the day so I am home all day. We do not have a fenced in yard, but can take them out with a leash. We have one cat, and one small dog. We usually have to take our dog and walk with her to go to the bathroom.

I'm able to come to your home while you're away! Whether you're working extra long hours or away on vacation, I can watch your pets when you are gone from home. I only watch pets in their home environments. This is less stressful/traumatic on pets, than a kennel stay. Also, your pet will avoid getting diseases from the other animals at kennel. About: I've loved animals for as long as I can remember. Dogs have been part of my life since I was seven years old, and over the years I've rescued animals, volunteered with pet organizations, and fostered Boston Terriers and Havanese dogs rescued from puppy mills. About: I have taken care of pets my whole life (my own and others). I have two of my own dogs currently — at 70 lb Shepherd x Dalmatian and a 25 lb Jack Russel x Aussie, both of which can get rowdy so I am no stranger to high energy pets! I am happy to help work on basic commands and will make sure your pet gets plenty of physical and mental exercise! I am a graduate student so my schedule is very flexible when it comes to checking in on pets and I typically like to spend >1 hour with them a day. I can provide medications and/or any specific care that your dog might require. I am a graduate student and my schedule can be flexible! For boarding— my own dogs wake me up at 6 am to eat and then often like to go outside around 8 after some more snoozing. As a student I can be gone from 9-5 occasionally, but more often it is 11-4 or something similar. On average I am gone between 4-8 hours at a time depending on my schedule. During the day we usually play and I give them different enrichment toys. When I am home I let the dogs out frequently to romp in the yard! Dinner is around 5 and then usually a calm evening. My weekends I am usually home for the entire day. For at home visits or walks— I am happy to fit your pets needs into my schedule! I can offer up to 3 visits per day and can spend various amounts of time with your pet based on their needs. For boarding—I have a fenced in yard with plenty of room to run and play. I have two dogs who are friendly (albeit loud) and would love to run around with your dog! I do have a crate in the house for your dog if needed. When I am gone my own dogs are closed in my bedroom and I would likely close your pet(s) in a separate room as well— your pet does not need to be crate trained if they are non destructive! Because I do have pets of my own any boarded dogs need to be dog and cat friendly. For home visits and walks— I am slow to introduce myself with each visit to make sure your pet is comfortable with me in their home as it can be stressful!! I typically sit with pets before immediately going for the leash to make sure they feel safe. I am happy to spend time with your pets beyond walking/feeding! In am able to stay for longer periods of time in the evenings to play or sit and just spend time with them. I am comfortable with reactive dogs and will prioritize your pets comfort.

About: I have taken care of all kinds of dogs not just my own but friends and families. I let them spend the night, go for walks, feed them, bathe them and just let them hang out with my dogs. I have a full-time job, so I can care for your pet in the early morning or evenings on weekdays, and I’m pretty open on weekends. I would love to check on your beloved pets while you go out of town or just have a busy day away from home They are welcome to spend as many nights at my house where the backyard is fenced in and they can play outside or inside I have a fenced in backyard and 2 dogs that haven't met a stranger yet. They will get fed and watered also get to hangout with 2 other dogs and play with them.

“This was our dogs' first stay with anyone new. They were both anxious & kept peeing & pooping in Surama's home because of it, even though she was taking them out very often. Surama was very patient with them & made their stay a good one regardless. We didn't anticipate this issue & felt terrible about her having to deal with cleaning so many messes. I appreciated that she was open & honest about what was happening, while assuring me it was fine & in no way causing us to feel worse about it. She also sent pictures of them playing with her family & other dogs, which my daughter especially appreciated. Surama was so kind & we will definitely use her in the future.😊👍”
About: I have taken care of dogs since middle school. I love dogs and have two on my own - a Dalmatian and a Basset Hound. My family is very active and we walk the doggies daily! My job is very flexible and I have a lot of extra time during the day to spend time with the doggies! I have had dogs all my life! I love dogs and I spend a lot of time outdoors with the doggies! I make sure the doggies get at least one walk a day but more often than not they get walked twice daily.

I live on 2½ acres in a quiet country setting with plenty of room to enjoy. Most importantly, I want your pet to feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away—and I’ll care for them like one of my own! 🐾 I work a consistent weekday schedule and am home by 4pm, with evenings and weekends spent at home. My house has flexibility in schedules, and I can work with you to make accommodations if necessary. We're an active family, so walks, outdoor time, play and plenty of attention are easy to incorporate into our days. For the less active, we love snugglers and are always able to accommodate downtime. I live on 2½ acres with plenty of space to enjoy outdoors. There is a fenced-in portion of the backyard directly off the house for safe barhroom breaks and play, along with additional property for supervised walks. My morning routine includes leaving the house by 7:00 AM to take my child to daycare or school. Before departing, all pets in my care are taken outside, fed, and provided with any necessary medications. Depending on the proximity of your home, I may be available to stop by during my lunch break to check on and care for your pet. After work, I pick up my child from daycare and can typically arrive at your home around 5:00 PM. Upon arrival, dogs will be taken outside promptly and fed as needed. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or to discuss specific care needs or scheduling. I care for pets with the same level of attention and compassion as I do my own. I follow each pet’s individual feeding schedule, ensure they always have access to fresh water, and administer any required medications as directed. Dogs are taken outside regularly for bathroom breaks and exercise, and I make time to play and engage with them to keep them happy and active. For cats, I maintain clean litter boxes in addition to providing consistent feeding, fresh water, and attentive care. I often come home on my lunch breaks to let the dogs out again, and I’m usually home between 4 and 5 in the afternoon for another potty break, dinner, and some relaxing downtime together. I’m flexible with feeding and walk times and can easily adjust my schedule to make sure your pet is comfortable, safe, and well cared for. I genuinely enjoy walks and love including them as part of my daily routine! Since I have two dogs of my own, I don’t offer overnight house sitting away from my home, but I’m happy to do drop-in visits and spend quality time with your pets while you’re away. I can come by for walks, playtime with their favorite toy or ball, or even practice basic commands using training treats or a clicker. I can also host them at my house for a stay!
