“Abi was amazing with Tater! Everything went perfect from the pre-visit, drop off, stay and pick up. Abi sent updates and pictures every day and throughout the day. We never had to reach out and ask how Tater was doing. We had to ask to extend Taters stay due to our flight being cancelled and rebooked. Abi was super flexible and allowed us to extend our stay. Tater was happy and relaxed when we picked her up from Abi. This was such a great experience! We will definitely be rebooking with Abi the next time we need a sitter for Tater.”

About: Hi, I am Marlene and I love just 5 Miles from Holiday World, Santa Claus, Indiana. l am self employed as a Senior Caregiver and a Dog Groomer. I have loved all animals my whole life and we have always had dogs in our home. I love all animals and even volunteered at the Louisville Zoo from the age of 13-15. Our animals are part of our family and priority in my life. It would be a privilege to care for your Pup Kids too, where they will receive lots of love, attention, and play time! I have 3 very friendly and social Mini Bernedoodles so vaccination records will be required before booking approval (Rabies, Bordetella, and Distemper). My home is pet friendly and I allow morning zoomies and play in the house as well as pets on our couches. I have a large fenced backyard with a covered deck, as well as a completely fenced 1 acre beyond that. My fenced backyard is dog-friendly, clean and free of anything that could harm your pet. Because each dog is different, please inform me of any specific personalities or needs that I need to be aware of to keep your pat safe and happy.

About: I owned a pet grooming and resort for over 10 years and now I am again. With 10 acers surrounded by the state park it is a perfect place for your pets to play and relax. I am available most everyday and I work from home so your pet will always be cared for and have nice friends to play with. I have a large fenced area on 10 acers for your pets to play. I take them for walks through the park or in the paths through the yard. In bad weather or at night they will stay inside with me. For sleep they will be in the house in a create with blankets and their favorite toy.

“Kirsten provided excellent care for our 55 pound lab for an 8 night stay. She communicated daily with texts and photos. She made sure he got plenty of exercise and also gave him treats just like home! We could tell he was not stressed in any way. He enjoyed his vacation as much as we did!”

About: I have had animals ever since I was born. My grandma had a ranch in Wyoming, and I have owned my own pet since I was 8. I am available for boarding on weekends after 3. During the week I work full time, but am available to sit or walk in the evenings. I have a fenced in yard and a golden doodle and retriever. I also have my own crates so if your dog needs kenneled you don’t have to bring your own. I am available for in house sitting as well. I will send a ton of pictures so you know your fur baby is getting taken care of.

About: I bathe the dogs, water/feed, play/go on walk or running, take them outside to use the bathroom after they get done eating there supper. If they need medicine before or after eating there meal, I can do that because I had to do it with my German Shepherd once. Animals give me pride, joy, and make me feel special inside and stress is gone. Animals should be treated like a family member in your home. Currently this is my only income along with uber eats. This fits my schedule between my daughter going to school even then I have a babysitter. I will make sure that fences are shut, doors are shut as well as making sure theres no holes in the fences for them to squeeze through.

“Marlene was fabulous. She is very close, yet tucked away from Holiday World, so we were able to stay in the park all day long. She sent so many great photos and updated us often, which gave us peace of mind and allowed us to have fun without worrying about our babies. Our dog that is iron clad at home was acting out (and embarrassed me to death), but Marlene took him in stride and made his day fabulous despite the initial hiccup. Our dogs are elderly and we are so grateful for her and her family welcoming our pups for the day 🥰”

About: Farm grown! I have had closer friendships with more animals than people! I enjoy all types of dogs with all types of needs. I like to play fetch, go for runs/walks, rough and tumble, training, petting, beach and just about any activity a dog likes. Whether you have a pup that needs more exercise or one that just needs some love. I am a veteran, a forever student and a dad. I exercise outside daily regardless of the weather. Might as well bring a friend and make it fun! I am flexible and will provide the type of environment the client requests! I never privoke or push a pet outside of their comfort zone. I see them as children, and will protect them like my own.

About: Hi! I’m Bre! I’ve got two dogs of my own! Finn is a toy Australian Shepard and Sadie is a chocolate lab! I’ve been around dogs my whole life and can handle any situation they have. I’m currently off of work for the next few weeks so I’m very flexible on my schedule throughout the week and am able to work most days I’ve got a fenced in yard with lots and lots of toys ! I’ve got two dogs of my own so they’ll have someone to play with!
