I have experience caring for my own Goldendoodle, Ruger, and understand how important it is for dogs to feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. I’m comfortable with walks, playtime, feeding routines, and giving lots of attention and affection. I’m patient, attentive, and happy to follow each dog’s individual routine and needs. I currently work night shifts, which gives me plenty of availability during the day for walks, playtime, and lots of attention. I’m home during the day and can be flexible with drop-offs, pick-ups, and care routines. I live in an apartment with several walking trails right in my backyard, so there are plenty of opportunities for walks, fresh air, and exploring! About: I have had a dog in my life for as long as I can remember. I have a passion for making them feel like they’re loved and just like family. “Alexis was amazing & I will absolutely be using again! She did 1 hour drop-in visits for my 2 kitties for 8 days & went above & beyond my expectations. This was the first time I’ve ever had to leave them for an extended period of time, so it was also the first time I’ve had to hire someone to help take care of them, so I was pretty nervous. She came over ahead of time to get acquainted with them & myself, stayed in constant communication while I was gone, sent me lots of pictures & updates, & most impressive- got one of my babies to be snuggly & loving with her which is incredible considering their normal disposition around new people (hiding be pretty hissy/unfriendly). That alone let me know just how amazing she is with animals! When I came home their litter boxes were clean, their food & water were full, & they were both perfect condition.
