“Andrew was GREAT! His whole house, from the inside out was extremely dog friendly. LiLi was a little apprehensive at first. He let me stay while he introduced all the dogs he was watching, one at a time, to LiLi. He made the transition easier for her by giving her (and all the other dogs) treats. Even though LiLi was nervous when I left, Andrew sent me a video of her happily playing with his dog, James, less than 5 minutes after I left. He took great pictures and videos too!! About: I am a 34 year old non smoker, I live just outside of valpo with my large family (7children). I have pet and house sat since 2006, i started nannying for children in 2010 and have been cleaning houses since 2014. I have dog and house sat for friends of family and boarded pets at my own home for people i met online. That went well so I would like to expand on it but i cant do it on my own so hoping to meet some new friendly faces on this app! I dont have any pets of my own, not ready for the financial commitment yet. We also love farm animals! I have recently decided to resign from my postal job, it was taking away from my family time, so I am home and available full time now! Each puppy/dog is different and I treat them accordingly. My home has a huge backyard as we're situated next to farm and it's not fenced in. I like to keep whatever schedule/routine the pet already has established but also have fun! If its okay we may go play at the nearby dog park especially more energetic dogs that need more than walking on a leash.

About: I've had dogs in the house since before I can remember, and as I got older I helped my dad train each of them. After caring for his personal dog for over a year in 2017, I found my own dog (Nola- a Golden) and trained her myself. She's now the perfect family dog, hiking partner, and home security system. My experience has led me to become a firm, fair, and consistent handler, making walks with me a calm and enjoyable treat for pups! I leave homes better than I found them and give lots of loves during drop-ins! I am trained in MWD/K9 first aid and resuscitation through the Army. I take my dog with me on long hikes with a backpack (rucks), my 2 mile run, or a slow walk at least once a week, as well as throwing the ball outside for her and/or walks around the block every day. I understand that energetic pups need a lot of exercise to avoid negative coping behaviors! My house is very pet friendly, we have two cats and my Golden Retriever, Nola. She is not allowed on furniture, but when humans get on the ground, it's super snuggle time! she gets brushed every few days and feeding times are a ritual instead of constant food being out. However, I know everyone cares for their pets differently so when I visit someone's home, I never turn down a pup in my lap for kisses and I'm comfortable giving medicines or special treatments/attention to animals who need it.

About: I’ve taken care of ever kind of dog imaginable for my whole life. I fostered over 300 dogs in 3 years. I’ve dogs at for neighbors, friends and family. I will treat your fur babies like they are my own and give them all the love. I have a flexible schedule that changes by the week. I can take care of your babies during the week while you’re working or if you need an overnight when you’re going out of town. i am your girl. I have a fenced in yard, I do not have any dogs of my own which would allow dogs the privacy they may need. I have crates if they need to be crated as well
