About: I’ve lived with cats for as long as I can remember. I remember when I was about 10, I bought so many books about cats and decided they were my favorite animal. They are such interesting lil guys that have huge personalities. I love getting to know each individual kitty I meet. I have 7 cats of my own and I know that each one has a weird trait. One is picky about how deep the litter is, one is picky about which bowl she eats from, stuff like that
About: Animals have always been a big part of my life — I grew up around dogs, cats, and pretty much every pet in the neighborhood, so being around them just feels like home. I started pet sitting for family and friends when I was young, and it kind of grew from there through word of mouth, which honestly means the world to me. About: I’ve been watching dogs since I was about 8, I’ve been responsible for bathing, giving medicine and making sure they are well loved while owners are away. I specifically love the ability to care for the furry ones you love when you cannot devote the time needed or wanted for them! I am currently in nursing school so my schedule can be wonky some weeks, but my usual availability is 1-6 most weekdays and usually between 8AM and 9:00 PM on weekends! I have a Malshi (Maltese shihtzu mix) he plays mostly In our backyard as well as with my neighbors German Shepard, we live on a 1 acre plot.

Currently, I have a tuxedo kitty named, Mr. Sir. His is my laid back, street rat, expert hunter that does not like to be indoors. I have currently have a flock of 14 chickens. This is my second flock of chickens owned since 2019. I am a previous dog owner. My animals were not only my pets, but they were my family. I had my Labrador for 13 years and my Boxer mix for 15 years. We used to love to take long strolls around the neighborhood and visit our pals at the local dog park. We would cook dinner and lounge around watching our favorite flicks. We even took car rides around town when we got bored. Over the years, we went through everything from crazy puppy phases, to professional command/leash training, and experienced all medical scares (labs love to chew on EVERYTHING) under the sun. I can assist with any type of need ranging from long walks, simple belly rubs, to training help. Maple, my lab, was a diabetic for 7 years, requiring insulin injections. I am highly experienced in administering topical, oral and injectable medications, as well as eye and ear medications. The care needed for my senior dogs helped build my knowledge on many types of medications and daily care pills. Whatever the need may be, just ask me! EDUCATION: I am a graduate with my b.s. in buisness from Purdue. I currently am a stay at home mother, with much freedom to build my own schedule. About: I worked in marine mammal care and training at The Indianapolis Zoo for 10 years, and I hold a bachelor’s degree in behavioral neuroscience from Purdue University.
