About: I have been working at Zionsville Animal Hospital as a vet assistant since October ‘24. Before that I was working in the doggy daycare industry. I have always had love and experience with animals, my own and clients animals. I have pet sat for clients of the hospital and am able to medicate and give injections (insulin, B12, etc.) and whatever else you may need! I currently work full time at ZAH. I can provide drop in visits before and after work. Boarding is situational, shoot me a message! I am able to do more on my days off :) I take my own dog on a walk before and after work every day no matter the weather. If your pet is staying in my home they will also be provided the same! About: Animals have always been a big part of my life — I grew up around dogs, cats, and pretty much every pet in the neighborhood, so being around them just feels like home. I started pet sitting for family and friends when I was young, and it kind of grew from there through word of mouth, which honestly means the world to me. About: I’ve had dogs and other pets for as long as I can remember. When I was about 10, I became obsessed with reading about different dog breeds and their needs. My first job actually working with pets was a dog daycare. I loved building connections with the pups and their parents. At this job, I learned defensive handling skills (how to avoid or break up fights or attacks) and how to handle reactive, scared, and stubborn dogs. I work shorter hours on weekends so I’m able to make plenty of time for your baby, plus my wife is always home and will occasionally help care for your pet when I’m not around. I like to have group play or just time outside when it’s cool in the mornings and evenings. I have a fenced backyard that I check for holes daily and an open front yard (leashes at all times out front). I’m able to crate your dog at anytime they might need it and can even have them in a separate room if crates aren’t their thing. Another bonus is that my wife is home just about full time and is able to care for your pet when I’m not around. If I’m at your house, I will take your dog outside on a leash the first few times just to see how they are and to make sure they aren’t an escape artist once mom/dad is gone

I am highly experienced in administering topical, oral and injectable medications, as well as eye and ear medications. About: I worked in marine mammal care and training at The Indianapolis Zoo for 10 years, and I hold a bachelor’s degree in behavioral neuroscience from Purdue University. I treat every home with the same care and respect I would my own and strive to leave it exactly as I found it. I pay close attention to safety during walks, outings, and playtime, and I keep pet parents updated with regular photos and messages for added peace of mind. Whether your pet is energetic and playful, shy and sensitive, or a senior needing extra attention, I adapt my care to their individual personality and needs.
About: I have been taking care of animals ever since I was about 9 years old! I had a hamster growing up and we had two family dogs growing up. I have experience taking care of other people's animals as well as taking care of family pets such as my sister's dog (beagle mix) and my parent's dogs (two Chesapeake bay retrievers and a rescue hound). I also have experience taking care of cats for family & friends! I also have experience helping take care of newborn puppies, as my stepdad breeds Chesapeake Bay Retrievers. I love animals and I am very passionate about taking care of them and have always had a special place in my heart for them. As of right now I work full time, from 8am-5pm I am available evenings after 5pm and I am available on weekends. I could also potentially be available on my lunch break depending on the location, as I get an hour lunch break daily from 11am-12pm. I unfortunately can't offer in-home services at this time. I will be sure to follow any instructions or guidelines you need met for your fur-baby. I am a respectful individual and I will be sure your pet has the best care!
