“We are a rescue that was transporting a Foxhound, pulled from a high-skill shelter in SC to our rescue in SE Minnesota. We were unable to secure a volunteer to do overnight boarding for our girl Charlene. I was apprehensive but, I did a search on Rover.com for an overnighter in the Greensburg IN area. Kayla W appeared. I asked the questions, she responded. It was a late drop-off and an early pick-up; no problem, Kayla could and did accommodate us. This woman is top-notch. She is professional, informational and kept us apprise of rescued girl- Charlene. We will definitely be booking with Kayla W again. Thank you for an awesome, first-time experience. Dianne”

About: I am 26 raised up on a farm my whole life. I have been apart of 4-h since the age of 6 and still currently volunteering in their program as well as helping my two foster boys in it. We have Pygmy goats, llamas, Alpacas, cats, birds, donkeys, heagehogs, a chinchilla and 3 dogs. I also have experience with snakes, turtles, ferrets, sugar gliders, pot belly pig, parrots, fish, skunk, deer, horses, rabbits, and fox,. I'm a stay at home foster mom with teen boys who can take care of their self for the most part which makes my schedule open We have a large yard and a fenced in are out back. Our dogs love to play with others but would rather come to your pets home where they are most comfortable

About: I had German Shepherds, Welsh Corgis, a Jindo, and a mixed-breed dog back in Korea, and all of them were well trained. When I meet a new dog, I try to become their friend by making gentle eye contact, lowering myself to their eye level, and offering my hand while patiently waiting until they feel I am safe. I have also dealt with aggressive dogs several times, and in the end, they too became my friends. Since I work from home with flexible time during the week, I have not had my own pet yet because I felt it would be unfair to leave them alone for long hours. However, on weekends I usually dedicate time to myself through photography, driving, and hiking, and I would truly enjoy having the company of your dog or cat during those times. Taking care of a pet would naturally fit into my routine as part of those weekend activities, giving me both companionship and joy while also ensuring the pet has quality time and attention. In my home, I would care for pets as if they were my own friends—providing attention, playtime, and walks, even on rainy days, to make sure they stay active and happy. In a client’s home, I would first ask about any rules or restrictions, such as areas of the house that are off-limits, preferred snacks, daily routines, and any medical concerns. About: Am retired and generally home all day Recently retired. Plenty of time for walks and attention. have personal experience with dogs and cats. I had a dog for 7 years. She passed away. I was very fond of her. I am Recently retired. Love walking dogs and having them in my home. Back yard has 6 foot fence for secure potty breaks. Home most of time I do not have any pets at this time. About: I've had many animals my whole life. I'm very comfortable with any size dog or cat and their unique personalities. I really enjoy building a bond with my clients. Rover is my only employment at this time so I am free most days. I try to update my availability at least once or twice a week. I would be so happy to take care of your babies at your home while your away! I know having a stranger in your home seems scary but just know I am there for you and your baby nothing more! You can message me as much as you would like during the visits and don't worry I'll send plenty of pictures! I will also clean up after myself and your pet if they make a mess!
