“We are a rescue that was transporting a Foxhound, pulled from a high-skill shelter in SC to our rescue in SE Minnesota. We were unable to secure a volunteer to do overnight boarding for our girl Charlene. I was apprehensive but, I did a search on Rover.com for an overnighter in the Greensburg IN area. Kayla W appeared. I asked the questions, she responded. It was a late drop-off and an early pick-up; no problem, Kayla could and did accommodate us. This woman is top-notch. About: I am 26 raised up on a farm my whole life. I have been apart of 4-h since the age of 6 and still currently volunteering in their program as well as helping my two foster boys in it. We have Pygmy goats, llamas, Alpacas, cats, birds, donkeys, heagehogs, a chinchilla and 3 dogs. I also have experience with snakes, turtles, ferrets, sugar gliders, pot belly pig, parrots, fish, skunk, deer, horses, rabbits, and fox,. I'm a stay at home foster mom with teen boys who can take care of their self for the most part which makes my schedule open We have a large yard and a fenced in are out back. Our dogs love to play with others but would rather come to your pets home where they are most comfortable

About: i am a reliable and trustworthy individual who will provide exceptional care and attention to your pets when you’re away. i’ve taken care of dogs since i was little and have always loved them. As each year has passed, i’ve taken care of more dogs along with other pets like guinea pigs,birds,fish and cats. i’m capable of taking care of senior dogs and ones with special needs. I know what it’s like to care for an old dog that struggles with certain things. they would still get the exact same amount of attention as any other dog would. i’m very compassionate when it comes to animals. your pets needs are first priority. they’re happiness is what matters most. any pet of yours will be loved on, cuddled and cared for with me looking after them i don’t have a job but i’m still quite busy helping my family out during the week with therapy/doctor appointments. my brother is handicapped and so he has to go to therapy a few days a week all the way up in cincinnati which takes half a day. im also helping homeschool my younger brothers during the week. in my opinion i know the weekends would work the best bc I’m usually not doing anything which means that i could have my full attention on your pet(s). however we could always talk in advance about the schedule and i could make take time during the week work if needed They’ll have my full attention. I will always play with them to get them to exercise and have some fun. I can also take them on walks and runs and take them out for potty breaks. if they need to be fed at a certain time or need any type of medicine then that is very important to know in advance. Also knowing if they get along with other people/pets. we don’t want anything bad happening so knowing anything and everything about your pet(s) in advance is highly recommended.

About: I have owned and helped take care of my family’s animals since I was around 6 years old. I am a dog mom to a 4 year old golden retriever and she is my world. I would love to do anything that I can to help you and take care of your pet while you are away or just need an extra hand. I can go on walks with them, play with them, feed them, and keep them safe! I can also help bathe them and keep them groomed by brushing them. I am a photographer so I have relatively open availability. For my own dog, we go on walks a lot and do tricks and puzzles to ensure brain exercise during the day. I do not have a fenced in yard yet, but we do walk with a leash around the town as well as use a beeping and vibrating collar to keep pets in our yard.

Rover is my only employment at this time so I am free most days. I try to update my availability at least once or twice a week. I would be so happy to take care of your babies at your home while your away! I know having a stranger in your home seems scary but just know I am there for you and your baby nothing more! You can message me as much as you would like during the visits and don't worry I'll send plenty of pictures! I will also clean up after myself and your pet if they make a mess!

About: I’ve spent my entire life loving and caring for animals. So much so that I’ve devoted my life to them. For the last 10 years I’ve worked as a registered veterinary technician. I’m able to handle any and all pets and anything your loved one might need. Please note that if you are planning on boarding with me I do have small children and cats, so a meet and greet is non negotiable and must be done before the stay. Please message me with any questions I’m very flexible with days and times. Basically I’m available more times than not since I only work part time away from home. Please feel free to message me with any questions on my schedule! In my house everyone is treated like family, lots of love, cuddles, and playtime. But please note, I do have two small children and cats. Due to some serious issues in the past, I do require a meet and greet first. If your pet is known to eat/ destroy blankets or toys please let me know so we can be prepared for their stay.

I currently live in an apartment with a roommate's cat that scares easily with other animals. Therefore, I will only sit in owner homes. I look forward to having a proper place to make a loving dog a home at. When I watch pets in other homes, I like to follow whatever regimen the owner has in place. I have found animals adapt to a new person in their territory when they stick to a routine and are in a familiar place.
