Nora has an excellent environment for multiple dogs and Ruby got along with all the dogs and it really helped socialize and grow her confidence. “We dropped our dogs on our way out of town Thursday morning and returned for them Sunday evening. I appreciated Destinee's flexibility with our pick-up time (I had initially booked for the following morning but it made more sense for us to pick them up on our way through as we were heading south to Bloomington - our timing was a bit later than she would have preferred but she graciously worked with us). We received photos of the dogs both inside the house and outside in the backyard on the first three days of care, and a written description of how they were doing on the first day. The home and yard seemed nice and I really appreciated not needing to bring bowls/ beds/ extra items as she provides everything. The only tips I would have for a better "pet parent" experience would be to be more consistent with writing about how each day went, and possibly showing off some of the house/yard upon drop off. Since we don't live close by, a meet and greet or advance tour wouldn't have made sense for us anyway. I feel like our dogs were in good hands with Destinee and her husband. Thanks again for a great stay!”

About: I’m currently a Junior in college and I miss my dogs at home, which is what made me want to become a sitter on rover. I have two bernedoodles at home. One is 4 year old and one is 6 months old, so I’ve had experience training both of them and caring for both of them. I also walked a neighborhood golden doodle frequently in high school. About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was a kid, because growing my family always had pets. I love animals and my family can rely on me when it comes to caring for their pets. About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was a kid, because growing my family always had pets. I love animals and my family can rely on me when it comes to caring for their pets. Having pets and growing up around all sorts of animals has encouraged me to expand my knowledge and kindness to help other’s when it some to taking care of their pets. I’m comfortable around all dogs and cats. When I take care of pets I dedicate my time to care for all of them and their needs. My schedule does change a lot when I go ba k to school or during the summer time as well I at the moment I have part-time availability and can house sit and walk dogs. I will also take last minute bookings on the weekdays, and cancellations. I also travel quite a lot so i apologize in advance for my opening. When it comes to taking care of dogs and other animals, I make sure to take them out on the leash and try to get in at least two walks everyday, as well play with them so they’ll sleep well later on.
About: I've never worked for a company like Rover but I've watched many people's pets, mainly friends of the family. My household has two dogs and 3 cats, two of the cats are kittens. I like small dogs but big dogs are my absolute favorite. I personally have a great dane who is a dork and I love him so much. We used to bread great danes so I can work well with puppies. :) I currently work part time, I work most mornings till about 10am and am free after that. I can watch animals on weekend afternoons or evenings. I would like a set schedule with someone if that works out. I have a big back yard and a very loving great dane to keep company. I also have a pin for my dog if for some reason they don't get along. Also a cat poll in my house for those who need cats watched.

About: Hello my name is michkayla im a single mom that’s unfortunately between jobs I do lots of handyman type side work but not quite cutting at the moment i recently just got my puppy Rufus who was a stray when I found him and it reminded just how hard leaving a pet alone at home all day can be so I figured with my love for pets I’d give this thing a shot im very patient and know how to handle dogs and other pets safely I did 3 yrs of animal science in high school and have 25 yrs of owning pets I’m currently job searching and full time parenting a three yr old im always available from 9-3 for any pet kid friendly anytime before or after those time I ask pets to be kid friendly as I’ll most likely have my child with me I give pets time to get used to me before approaching I’ll often follow up with common training and of course lots of love and some possible treats (with approval from parents )
About: I’ve taken care of cats and dogs my entire life. I’ve always had animals in my household. Neighbors, family, and friends have always trusted me to watch their furry friends while they were away. I work part time at a school from august to may. I have plenty of time every day at home to watch and play with your animals. I have a large fenced in yard for my dogs at home. I live with parents so my dogs have multiple people to let them out and play when needed. In clients homes I let them out often and I am able to walk them and play with them frequently.

About: I have taken care of animals my whole life. I have always had at least one cat, and had dogs for 17 years of my life. I have also taken care of family and friends’ pets while they are out of town plenty of times. I am available all day every day for any kind of pet needs, and I can house cats overnight, however, I am unable to house dogs overnight. Nora has an excellent environment for multiple dogs and Ruby got along with all the dogs and it really helped socialize and grow her confidence. “We dropped our dogs on our way out of town Thursday morning and returned for them Sunday evening. I appreciated Destinee's flexibility with our pick-up time (I had initially booked for the following morning but it made more sense for us to pick them up on our way through as we were heading south to Bloomington - our timing was a bit later than she would have preferred but she graciously worked with us). We received photos of the dogs both inside the house and outside in the backyard on the first three days of care, and a written description of how they were doing on the first day. The home and yard seemed nice and I really appreciated not needing to bring bowls/ beds/ extra items as she provides everything. The only tips I would have for a better "pet parent" experience would be to be more consistent with writing about how each day went, and possibly showing off some of the house/yard upon drop off. Since we don't live close by, a meet and greet or advance tour wouldn't have made sense for us anyway. I feel like our dogs were in good hands with Destinee and her husband. About: I’m currently a Junior in college and I miss my dogs at home, which is what made me want to become a sitter on rover. I have two bernedoodles at home. One is 4 year old and one is 6 months old, so I’ve had experience training both of them and caring for both of them. I also walked a neighborhood golden doodle frequently in high school. Last summer I nannied a family with an adorable pitbull that I cared for in addition to the children. I also had a golden retriever growing up for 12 years. I love all ages, sizes, and breeds of dogs. I have a summer class from 9-12 every morning, but other than that I can be home all day. I spend most of my time studying at home, but love to go for walks as study breaks and I live a very active lifestyle, which dogs would fit into perfectly. I also love being outdoors and I live alone so I’d love the company of a furry friend. It really depends on the client and how they want me to care for their pet. I want to do as much as I can to make their dogs feel at home and at ease. I’ve seen how hard it is for my own dogs back at home to adjust to a new environment, so I want to provide a healthy environment for other people’s dogs. When I get clients I make sure to ask them about their dogs routine, so I can do my best to mimic that.
