About: I’ve been a dedicated dog mom for 6 years and have experience caring for dogs through all kinds of situations — from energetic puppy stages to recovery days that require extra patience, comfort, and attention. About: I have taken care of all different kinds of dogs from sizes and breeds since I was a kid. Throughout my life I’ve had several dogs all types of different breeds and sizes, from a mastiff to a miniature poodle. So, I have lots experience in dealing with dogs in different ranges with breed,size, and age. I also have experience with cats, hedgehogs, guinea pigs, and hamsters. I am working full time currently, I am off on the weekends unless and normally completely free these days. I work during the day most days. I usually work evenings one day out of the week,tuesdays. I am very flexible outside of my time with work! I currently have a dog and 3 cats. With my dog we feed him in the morning and evening, throughout the day I usually play with my dog let him out to go potty, and a couple walks throughout the day to keep them moving. I also feed my cats morning and night and play with them throughout the day and clean their litter box in the evening.

About: I have been around all sorts of animals since I was a baby. I had a German shepherd growing up. Now I own a hound mix who is very energetic and keeps me busy which I like. While I was in college I worked at my teams stable and took care of my coaches horses, chickens, and her donkey. Since I own a dog of my own, pet care is in my every day life. About: I've had furry family members my entire life. They taught me the importance of patience, loyalty, and kindness. My family and I were lucky enough to have a variety of dogs as part of our family. A Basset Hound (Jake), a Pitbull (Roxy), an English Mastiff/Shar-pei mix (Bruno), and an American Akita/Shar-pei mix (Meesha). The most important thing about having a furry family member is knowing that they each have their own personality and they have feelings just like humans do. You're their entire world and are deserving of the love and respect that they unconditionally give out to you. And like family members, they have bad days too. Since they aren't capable of voicing their grievances, they rely on their loving family to recognize these issues with patience and caring attention. Currently I have two rescue cats named Cooper and Remy. Both have wildly different personalities, love cuddles, and enjoy playing with their toys. I work at an animal shelter part-time and I am fear free certified. I am available weekdays and weekends. I'm excited for the opportunity to help out those who need that fun night out, end up working overtime, or have fun plans for the weekend. We love our fur-babies but unfortunately, we can't bring them everywhere. I will travel to and sit at the client's home. I would rather your pets be in a comfortable environment that they are familiar with to make this experience as relaxed and happy as possible.

Your dog will love peaceful afternoons filled with energetic runs or watching the backyard koi pond. Inside, a toy basket overflows and is ready for game time. Routine is key. I have attended local training centers/classes for support. I am a certified foster for Humane Indiana, Munster, IN. I have experience with senior dogs as I have lost 2 senior dogs in the past, age 13 and 14. I will accommodate your pet as needed inside and outside of my home. I have 1 acre of land to exercise, fenced in area, inground pool with splash pad area (if they like to swim, otherwise, access is fenced off). I am willing to FaceTime/communicate with pet parent as needed! (I know how hard it is to be away from our pets). I am an ex-School Counselor who left the field of Education after 16 years. I assist husband with our business but my days are flexible to accommodate boarding bookings. Pets stay indoors. I have a fenced in area with a doggie door for in-out access to grassy area. I also have a crate if needed. Willing to feed your pup as instructed, take walks, and supervise always! If needed or desired, I have the ability to separate my dogs from yours. All my dogs are up to date on vaccinations, heart guard and are friendly. I would recommend a visit to my home with pet prior to boarding to allow your dog to get to know me, put your mind at ease, and ensure it’s a great fit for them!

Thinking about all the pets I've had makes me so happy. 🥰 Anyone else feel like their pets are family? It's the best kind of love! Enjoying the freedom of open schedule currently at home full-time. So furry buddies will get Daily walks around the lake to offer a refreshing escape. Relaxing time outside under tree shade help me do some gardening🤣. Dogs will be created when I am not home. I currently own a golden retriever. She's a friendly dog. I don't have a fenced in yard my dog listens to commands. Leashes and yard leads will be used. At night dogs will be in their creates.
